The views from everywhere are amazing.

The apartment is very well equipped and has everything a family needs.

The pool and its surroundings are wonderful.

The apartment is located on a hill, but we didn’t mind.

We’d love to go back there again.

The property is on a complex comprising of 6 apartments, all of which have sea views and use of a large communal swimming pool. Guests staying at the property also have the benefit of their own private plunge pool. The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style, fully air-conditioned and has WiFi internet access, a satellite TV with English channels and Netflix and a DVD player.

Ground Floor:

Two high quality bedrooms, each with their own interior design style. The accommodation is arranged over one level with one double and one twin bedroom and two fully tiled shower rooms with a W/C. The open plan living space comprises of a fully equipped kitchen consisting of oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine and iron and dining area.  The lounge a comfortable sofa and coffee table and from here has access to a furnished private terrace and plunge pool.

Bedrooms:

Two high quality bedrooms, each with their own interior design style. The accommodation is arranged over one level with one double and one twin bedroom and two fully tiled shower rooms with a W/C.

The master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment and has views over the private plunge pool.

Prime location! Excellent location and just a 5 min walk to the beach, harbour and everything the Old town has to offer.

Lovely well set out apartment with its own private terrace and plunge pool offering perfect peace and quiet.

The extensive sundeck is well furnished and it feels like the communal pool is your own private pool.

Great stay in a wonderful resort.

Kay and Nige are wonderful hosts and we would definitely come again

Yusuf the owner who is very pleasant and speaks perfect English met us and showed us how everything worked. There is no key safe at this apartment. The apartment has been recently redecorated and the new a/c units are very efficient. The kitchen and shower room were new with a very good walk in waterfall shower. There was a welcome pack of bread, butter, jam, eggs, bread and milk plus a full bottle on the water cooler. The views are amazing and the apartment is well situated for both walking into Kalkan and the beach clubs. The large balcony is shaded and big enough for sun beds and table and chairs. We found the bedrooms very tight and in our opinion the second bedroom would only be suitable for children or young adults. Yusuf and his wife did a mid stay clean and changed the bed linen and towels.

Easy walking distance down into the town centre, the pleasant 2 bed property is in the lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan. The apartment is located within a short walk down to the town however a taxi may be needed on the walk back up.

Azure Apartment is a wonderful 2-bedroom apartment with its own private entrance on the ground floor. The property offers fantastic views from all levels. The apartment has its own private entrance. You enter on the ground floor, where there is a very large open plan living area, kitchen, and dining area. 

The Apartment: The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven and hob, water cooler machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, large American style fridge freezer and dining area with table and chairs for six guests.   The open plan living room, consisting of a large comfortable corner sofa-bed in the living room, with coffee table and tv. The view from this room is simply super taken in by the wraparound balcony at the front, furnished with table and chairs.  

Bedrooms:

From the ground floor the stairs lead up to the top floor, where there are two bedrooms. The master has a double bed, bedside tables vanity unit and wardrobe, en suite bathroom, with glass partition within the room and access onto the shared roof terrace outside. 

The second bedroom on this floor is a twin room, with wardrobe, bedside table, and vanity unit and built in cupboards.  In addition, there is folding bed in this room.  The second bedroom also has access to the shared roof terrace. There is also on this floor is a shower room. The roof terrace is a good size, with truly amazing views, two sun beds, small drinks table and large umbrella. 

Outside Areas: The complex is spacious and peaceful with a large, shared pool and terrace. New sun beds and cushions and umbrellas within this area.

Safa Apartment has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. The apartment includes all the facilities you would expect to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible including air-conditioning throughout and Wi-fi internet access.

The light & airy open plan lounge and dining area are tastefully decorated in a contemporary Turkish style.  There is an LCD TV, DVD  and ample lounge and dining seating provided.

The modern and well equipped kitchen featuring solid granite work tops includes full size stainless steel cooker, hob and extractor fan, washing machine and fridge freezer. An iron and ironing board are also provided for the use of guests.  There is a contemporary bathroom, fully tiled in travertine with rainfall shower, sink/vanity unit and modern, wall mounted w.c.

The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable bed with plenty of wardrobe space and dressing table.  Bedroom two has twin beds, again good size wardrobes, dressing table and hairdryer. Air conditioning is throughout.

We have just arrived home from our visit to your Safa apartment, and I am emailing to let you know that we had a wonderful time.

The transfers worked really efficiently, the vehicles were very luxurious and the drivers polite and accommodating.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with non-stick pans and sharp knives. The beds and sofa were really comfortable and we were grateful that the apartment was so generously stocked with loo roll, dishwasher tablets etc.

Thank you for the welcome pack, which made life easier on the first day.

We would happily recommend your company to our friends. Everyone has been very helpful and responsive to any requests, Elsie in particular.

We also enjoyed our visit to The Alley – a lovely spot with great staff and music.

We recently stayed at Safa Apartment and had a fabulous time.

There are so many positives about this apartment:

Beautifully decorated and furnished

Very well equipped – everything you need for a great self catering holiday was there and we particularly loved the water dispenser and coffee machine.

The Smart TV is a great addition too!

The outside area is lovely with brand new sunbeds with super thick mattresses and a lovely pool that is shared by only 3 apartments. We were very lucky to be the only guests by the pool each day but there is plenty of room around the pool anyway.

AND Safa is literally a couple of minutes walk into the Old Town!

We loved it all.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both accessed off the entrance hall.

 Bedroom 1: (master) this bedroom has a brand-new double bed with comfortable mattress and padded headboard, bedside tables with lamps, and a double wardrobe with built in vanity unit & LED mirror, & juliet balcony.

 Bedroom 2: (twin/double) – this bedroom offers flexible sleeping accommodation, as it can be configured with either twin beds, or a king size bed. The beds are brand new, and have comfortable mattresses, and a padded headboard, bedside table with lamp. Wardrobe & open shelves, plus separate vanity unit with mirror, & Juliet balcony.

Shower Room & WC:

Shower room – shower enclosure with brand new shower unit, sink with marble storage unit below, wall hung toilet, & mirror. Turkish style travertine tiled, rain forest style shower.

WC – there is also a separate WC off the hallway, with wall hung toilet and sink, with mirror.

Hallway:

The hallway has a large cupboard, which has extra hanging space inside if required, plus plenty of space to store shoes, jackets etc. A safe is also located in this cupboard. There is a full-length mirror on the wall adjacent to the front door.

Balcony:

The extra-large balcony is well furnished with a large dining table & chairs (seating 4) and 2 sun beds, with comfortable cushions. You can take in the panoramic views, watching the boats come out and in during the day – there is always something interesting to watch! We stayed 13/9/24 for one week. the apartment is brilliant with everything you need. The deco is great.the views are stunning and the pool is lovely.

The host supply a welcome pack with coffee tea etc and even bread and milk along with a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch to welcome you to your holiday.

We loved everything about this apartment and we loved Kalkan.

Jane and Elsie were so helpful, answering any questions I had very quickly, giving excellent tips and recommendations for things to do in Kalkan, and arranging the airport transfers so our trip went very smoothly.

Su Apartment is a lovely 2 bed duplex property located on the popular Emir complex, with sea views and large shared pool.  Just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, the centrally located complex benefits from two large shared swimming pools. The largest of these is just a stone’s throw away from the apartment steps. The property is well maintained and in very good condition.

We really enjoyed our stay at Su. The apartment is beautifully furnished and clean and has everything you need for your stay. The pool area has lovely comfortable sun loungers with stunning views of the town and was never too crowded.

It’s a 5-10 minute walk into the town or harbour with lots of choice of restaurants and bars so great location with no need for a taxi.

The onsite management team were very friendly and helpful and the booking experience with Lale was also superb.

We have visited this apartment every year for the past 16 years. It really is a home from home for us.

It is well appointed, on the popular Emir development and is in an ideal situation, with beautiful views out to sea, and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The balcony from the master bedroom is an ideal place for having a nightcap, and the ground floor terrace is a lovely spot to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The apartment was spotlessly as was the whole complex.

Close to small supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. No taxis needed as the location is superb.

We also took advance of the airport shuttle with was efficient and comfortable.

Begonvil 3 Apartment has the best position in the building – on the top floor, where you can take in the fantastic sea views from both the ground floor balcony, and the roof terrace on the top floor! It is slightly elevated, so you get the panoramic views across the entire bay, yet it is within VERY easy walking distance of the Old Town

Entrance floor:

On entering the apartment there is a bright and airy kitchen and living area. The kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped, with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. Double patio doors lead off the spacious living area out onto a large dining balcony with new pergola.

On this floor there is also a double bedroom which also has access out onto the balcony. There is a utility area and a newly refurbished family bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

First Floor

A flight of stairs leads up the top level of the apartment. Here there is a lovely twin bedroom, hallway and newly refurbished bathroom with shower, sink and WC. A door leads out onto the private roof terrace.

Outside areas:

Begonvil 3 has several different outside areas, meaning there is always somewhere to escape to with a glass of wine and a good book! In front of the entrance to the apartment, there is a stylish built in seating area with table.

There is a large balcony leading off the living area and also a roof terrace at the top of the apartment, furnished with sun-loungers and a bistro table with chairs. The roof terrace is very secluded and the ideal place to sunbathe.

Set in a block of just three apartments, the apartment also has access to the communal pool and gardens.

The apartment is ideal either for couples or a small family.

The house is exactly as on photos, even better!

The kitchen is fully renovated and now there is the dishwasher.

Jane and all the team are very pleasant and helpful. Always ready to solve any problem.

The apartment is very stylish and comfy, and very well maintained. Cleaning is very good. The view from the balconies is awesome. The noise from the road is very very low and will not bother you. Supermarkets, old city and Kalkan beach are very close to the apt.

The house is great and worth the money.

We can highly recommend it.

Our staying was really good and pleasure!

We spent 18 days there.

The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.

House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.

We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)

Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.

So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.

Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

That was fantastic! I have a very great experience with holiday rentals staying.

We had cleaning every Monday and Janes team was making a great job!

Olympus 6 Apartment is a stylish 2 bedroom apartment located in the prestigious Komurluk region of Kalkan. Undoubtedly the apartment’s best feature are the truly stunning views over the bay and harbour.

Accommodation:

This lovely, contemporary apartment has a luxurious ambience owing to the white marble floors, beige marble bathroom and cloakroom and sleek white kitchen with eye level cooking facilities and designer fridge/freezer. The kitchen area has a designer eye level fridge with freezer below, eye level oven with microwave/combi oven above, dishwasher, washing machine and water dispenser and kitchen island with bar stools.

There are 2 bedrooms; a double bedroom with Juliet balcony and a bedroom which has either a king sized bed or two large single beds. There is a marble tiled bathroom with walk-in, wet room style shower, marble sink and toilet plus an additional cloakroom (also finished in marble with marble sink).

Outside areas:

Its a 10 minute walk down steps to the Palm Beach club with its lovely gardens from where you can take a free water taxi to the harbour or walk 10 mins to Kalkan town beach.

We have just spent a wonderful week here – the apartment had everything you need and is well equipped and comfortable.

The owners were staying in the apartment next door and were helpful and attentive but let us enjoy our holiday.

It is an easy walk to Kalkan and also several beach clubs if you want a change from the pool.

We really do love Kalkan and will return.

Beautiful views from the apartment.

The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Located in a quiet residential area, 10min walk into the top of the old town. Close to 3 beach clubs although you have to navigate very steep hills to get to them – not too bad on the way there but very glad of a dip in the pool to cool off on the way back!!

The whole area of Kalkan is very hilly but loads of taxis and inexpensive to get back at night if you don’t want to walk back.

Overall we had a fantastic holiday and really enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely little apartment in a stunning location overlooking the bay in Kalkan.

Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and a few bits of essentials (bread, milk) had been left for us. The kitchen had all of the amenities that we needed and the balcony was a great place to have our breakfast each morning with a beautiful sea view.

Pool area was clean and perfect for us with a teenager and younger child. Location was also very good, with several of the beach clubs within walking distance and the town centre only a 10 min walk away, although walking back up the hill during the day was difficult in the heat but taxis were always available and only a 2 min ride.

Check in was easy and we were met by the property manager the next day to help us settle in.

Hope to back in Kalkan again soon!
