Leto Townhouse is a luxurious home from home, in a fantastic location- just a 2 minute walk from Kalkan’s bustling Old Town. The townhouse has a beautiful secluded courtyard garden and a private pool- perfect for cooling off in.

Ground floor:

On entering Leto Townhouse, there is a beautiful, spacious open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen set to the rear. The kitchen features all high end modern appliances, beautiful marble work tops and has an island unit with bar stools. Should you wish to whip up a quick breakfast, light lunch or even full evening meal- the kitchen is stocked with everything you should need. A door leads off the kitchen out to the beautifully secluded private courtyard. The perfect spot for escaping the heat of the day, the courtyard is furnished with sun loungers, comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table with chairs. There is also a traditional stone built BBQ here- perfect those lazy, balmy summer evenings.

The living room at Leto Townhouse is very spacious, furnished with a high-end corner sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player and portable speaker. Wi-Fi is also provided.

First floor:

Marble stairs lead up to the first floor of Leto Townhouse where there are three stylish en-suite bedrooms. To the rear of the townhouse is the twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a large private balcony which looks over the courtyard below.

To the front of the townhouse are two double en-suite bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has double wardrobes, bed side cabinets and huge super King- sized luxury beds. The two bedrooms share a very spacious south facing balcony, furnished with a seating set and two further sun loungers

Outdoor areas:

A door leads off the kitchen out to the beautifully secluded private courtyard. The perfect spot for escaping the heat of the day, the courtyard is furnished with sun loungers, comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table with chairs. There is also a traditional stone built BBQ here- perfect those lazy, balmy summer evenings.

Double patio doors open off the living area out onto the south facing pool terrace. Here, there is a small but perfectly formed plunge pool- a must for cooling off in during the hot summer months. The terrace is furnished with four high quality aluminium sun loungers and features pretty Mediterranean shrubbery.

The townhouse is located on a quiet residential side street, yet is only a 2 minute walk from the Old Town and many, many amenities. There are only a small number of steps leading to the entrance of the property, which along with its central location, make it an ideal property for those with mobility issues.

As a location, it is a great advantage that Kalkan is close to both the bazaar centre and the beach.

Villa Frida is a stunning & unique semi-detached 4 bedroom villa, combining Turkish flair with Mediterranean style. Villa Frida offers luxurious, spacious and accommodation, comfortably furnished in a simple, uncluttered and stylish way.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor, there is an open plan living area with two triple sofas and an armchair, fireplace and TV/DVD and 2.1 speakers. The kitchen is fully equipped and has built in appliances. Kitchen patio doors open onto another al fresco dining area.

The villa has one downstairs twin bedroom with shower room next door.

First floor:

Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, plus a family bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom and second bedroom share a balcony, which is furnished with a coffee table & chairs, and where you can enjoy the great sea views or incredible stars by night.

Outdoor areas:

Outdoors, there is a lovely shaded dining area which comfortably seats 8 people, plus a BBQ, sunbeds and umbrellas for 8 guests, and the good size pool. which has the benefit of roman steps leading down into the water for easy access (also great for children, or any non-swimmers!)

The villa is only 200 metres from the sea and Kalamar and Kulube Beach Clubs.

It is a 15 – 20-minute stroll to the town centre of Kalkan, with its many boutique shops and fabulous restaurants, bars & cafes. There are also some great local restaurants and mini markets for day to day shopping within a 5 minute walk of the villa.

The villa is suitable for families with children of all ages. There is no need for a car, if you prefer not to walk, taxis are plentiful, and inexpensive.

Villa Alternatif is a spacious 4 bed family friendly property with a large pool and outdoor areas with sea views.

Accommodation:

Interior:

The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with air-conditioning through-out.

Bedroom 1: large twin room with en-suite, large balcony with uninterrupted views over Kalkan.
Bedroom 2 and 3: large double bedroom with en-suite. 2 balconies, ones private, one shared.
Bedroom 4: double or twin, with door to terrace.
Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite fully tiled shower rooms with WC and sink. All en-suites are a good size.
The main living area also has a good sized shower room with WC and wash basin.

Kitchen: Large fully fitted kitchen, including cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and iron available. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals.

Living Rooms: The living room has two sofa’s which can double as beds for small children. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD and CD player, together with Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a large dining table and seating inside if alfresco dining is not for you.

Towels and linen are provided. The villa will be cleaned once a week, when all bed-linen and towels will be changed..

Outdoor Area:

The villa is set in the middle of its own large terrace area with large private infinity pool. There are 6 sun beds with 3 large sun umbrellas, and two large swing chairs for relaxing in or out of the sun. There is also outside a BBQ with seating on the terrace and balconies for alfresco dining.

The villa is suitable for small children with a shallow pool for them to play in. We can also arrange car hire, airport transfers and day trips at an additional cost. We now have a new high standard security system fitted to ensure safety at the Villa.

Villa Lavaya is a palatial villa with its unique layout, design features and highly enviable location, has just undergone extensive renovation.  Lavaya is a contemporary and extremely spacious 6 (or possibly 7*) bedroom villa, with a fantastic master suite Jacuzzi, plunge pool and waterfall flowing into the vast infinity pool. From its luxury amenities to its high-end designer finish, there are so many elements that make this villa stand out.

Lie back and relax in the infinity pool with the waterfall overflowing from the master suite infinity pool. Relax to the sounds of flowing water or gaze across the waterfall onto the seating area and pool bar beyond. If you are looking to hide from the midday sun, why not take yourself to the side garden and relax in the hammock with a good book.  For those who enjoy the heat, grab a bottle of water from the outdoor bar and relax in the unique swing structure while catching more of the sun’s rays. The outdoor sofas allow you to lie back next to the pool while enjoying some shade by pulling the canopy above you.

Socialise with friends and family in the outside entertaining area and bar which has stunning views of the waterfall and sea beyond.  The impressive marble bar has everything you need to create those sundown cocktails.  This beautifully lit bar is the perfect place to visit before heading into one of the towns amazing restaurants or lighting the BBQ for a meal on the terrace. You can make a delicious cocktail and take yourself to the outdoor seating area.  Whether it’s relaxing jazz or something upbeat you require, the outdoor sound system of Sonos speakers will not disappoint.

The outdoor entertaining area is a great space for those who still have some energy after a day by the pool or fancy some shade and activity from the afternoon sun. It consists of a pool table, table tennis and darts board. The outdoor dining area is a beautiful space for alfresco dining with stunning waterfall lights hanging above the table.

The villa’s stunning glass façade with stone walls is modern and sophisticated and provides the perfect balance between the interior and the exterior of the villa.  The quality continues inside with marble flooring and full glass walls that frame the breath-taking views of the sea, beach and town.  Serious wow factor is the glass enclosed staircase that connects all three floors.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor there is one en-suite double bedroom with fully fitted, bespoke wardrobes and makeup area.

The modern, spacious lounge is flooded with light by the walls of glass doors and looks out onto the expansive terrace and pool area.  The 75″ TV and surround sound makes it a beautiful space to enjoy a movie together.  This floor boasts a reading area with handcrafted chairs and coffee table.  The marble kitchen and breakfast bar consist of all the amenities needed while staying at Villa Lavaya.  The marble dining table seats 14 and is the perfect place if you want to eat indoors. At the rear, sliding doors open out onto the games area.

A WC is also provided on this level.

First floor:

On the first floor you will find two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin (can be made into double on request), with bespoke fitted wardrobes and dressing/make-up area.  Each bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors which open up onto a large balcony with seating to enjoy the views of the water. 

A spacious master suite is meticulously designed with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes and a luxurious bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing Jacuzzi bath or a relaxing shower with sea views. But, the most incredible part of this master suite is the private Jacuzzi and plunge pool which sits on the terrace.  A unique waterfall cascades from this first floor pool into the expansive main infinity pool below.  Two large bamboo cushioned swings hang from the pergola and sit above the pool.  If you prefer a sun lounger, lie back in one of the two that sit in this beautiful pool overlooking the sea.

Second floor:

The second floor consists of a further en-suite bedroom with double bed, fitted bespoke wardrobes and dressing/makeup area.  What makes this bedroom so special is the 180* balcony.  The views from this floor are incredible at all times of the day and night.

Lower ground floor:

On the lower ground floor you will find a further en-suite bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing/makeup area. 

For those who like to stay fit while holidaying, the lower ground floor gym is the perfect place for you.  You will find all you need.

The new media room on this level will keep everyone happy, whether you want to watch a movie on the 65″ TV with surround sound, or play a game on the Xbox.  The bespoke lie-down TV bed enables this room to be used as a double bedroom (if required) and will keep you comfortable whatever you choose to do. There is a fridge in the room so you don’t need to go up to the main kitchen for drinks or snacks.  This room is also en-suite.

  • The villa has IPTV for sports and movies plus UK TV channels

  • CCTV security and alarm system is provided

  • Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
  • *The 13th and 14th guests (if applicable) will be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the media room – this is suitable for older children or young teens, but not suitable for adults (this room does have an en-suite shower room)
  • Although the lower ground level is within the secure perimeter of the property, it is separately accessed from the main part of the house, so it would not be suitable to accommodate unaccompanied young children
  • Pool heating is available at this villa – extra costs apply.  This must be pre-booked at least 7 days in advance and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking

Blueberry 2 apartment in Kalkan is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom split level apartment with very good outside space and own infinity pool with partial sea view. The pool and terrace attracts sun all day long and is a lovely spacious area that not many apartments have. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has complimentary wifi. Migros Supermarket is opposite the apartment, with eateries, banks and shops around the corner, and the Old Town and Harbour only a short stroll away.

Living Area 

The apartment is up a short flight of steps on the outside (about 7). Inside there is the open plan split level lounge and kitchen. The lounge is spacious and opens out onto the poolside. The kitchen is modern with a table and 4 chairs, plus it has a small balcony with table and 2 chairs for a quick coffee (or glass of wine). There is a shower room off the lounge.

Bedrooms 

To the other side of the lounge is the second shower room and both bedrooms. The twin bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors with direct access to the poolside. The double bedroom is up 2 steps and has its own balcony with table and 2 chairs.

Bedroom 1 – Double room fully air-conditioned.

Bedroom 2 – Twin room fully air-conditioned.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 – Shower room off the lounge.

Bathroom 2 – Shower room between both bedrooms.

Outdoors 

Blueberry 2 has its own infinity pool, which is roughly 6m x 3m and surrounded by plenty of sunbathing terraces. There are 4 sunbeds, a BBQ, comfy sofa and coffee table plus a dining table and 4 chairs, and 2 parasols.

We have just spent a wonderful week at Blueberry 2 apartment! It was everything we were hoping for and more.

The apartment is in a great location, 2 minutes walk to the supermarket to buy some croissants for breakfast. 5-10 minute walk into the old town.

The apartment was perfect for us, lovely and spacious and clean and cool.

The pool area was amazing, lots of space to relax around the pool and a dip in the pool to cool off.

Perfect holiday, we absolutely love Kalkan and will definitely be returning to Blueberry 2.

The team at Lale are so helpful and friendly and made our holiday special!

A fantastic property which feels more like a villa. Located in a peaceful area, the apartment offers a private pool, spacious terraces and stylish accommodation over 3 floors. Melissa Apartment is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom duplex apartment with it’s own swimming pool and private roof terrace- making it feel more like a villa, but with the price tag of an apartment! Located close to the Thursday market, the apartment is within easy walking distance of all amenities and just a five minute walk to the centre of Kalkan.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor of the apartment there is a spacious master bedroom which has double doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The room is light and airy, air conditioned and is furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinets, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, shower enclosure and sink unit.

First Floor:

A flight of stairs leads up to the living area and the twin bedroom. This twin bedroom is also air conditioned and furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. A side balcony offers sea views. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower unit, WC and sink. The open plan living area on this level is a good size, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and seating area with L-shaped sofa. Leading off the lounge is a covered balcony with dining table and chairs- the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the shade.

Outside areas:

Stairs lead from the first floor up to the roof level. Here there is a utility room with washing machine. A door leads out onto the private roof terrace from which there are spectacular sea and mountain views. A pergola gives shade throughout the day- making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the views day or night.

Outside, the apartment has it’s own 7m x 4m private pool, surrounded by sunbathing terraces and pretty gardens. The terrace is equipped with 4 rattan sun loungers and a gas BBQ is provided for guests. The apartment is accessed off the main road through a gated entrance and down a small flight of steps- making the outside spaces very secure and private.

Blueberry 1 Apartment is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a really envious position just by the supermarkets, banks and restaurants, and across from the Thursday Market, but also just a 10 minute walk to the harbour.

It is also one of those precious few apartments with a private pool, making it particularly attractive to those wanting to enjoy and swim or splash about any time of the day, just outside the door.

Living Area 

The apartment is light, airy and comfortable throughout. Blueberry 1 is open plan with a lounge area with a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table and wall mounted TV. Large doors/windows let in lots of lights and open out onto the poolside and terraces.

The modern kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 stools, has all the appliances you need including oven, hob, ridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, water dispenser and a coffee maker.

The two bedrooms can be configured either as 1 twin and 1 double, or both doubles as the beds push together. Useful for making the apartment suitable for couples of small family groups. If you are a family with two children, the apartment can accommodate you comfortably. There are also 2 shower rooms so no sharing.

Outside 

The outdoor space with this property turns it into a luxury apartment, it is generous enough it would not embarrass a villa. The full size pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces complete with sun loungers & parasols, swing seat, comfy sofa and chairs, dining table and BBQ. The terraces are also bordered by olive trees and rock, so a lovely natural setting and not so close to your neighbours.
There is on street parking easily available if you wish to have use of a car during your stay.

Beautiful bright and spacious apartment with every mod con. The private pool area is very spacious and really well furnished. It is in a great location. A true 7 minute stroll to the main buzz of Kalkan., but also plenty of shops and restaurants on the way. Ertan has put a great deal of thought and effort into this apartment making it a real gem. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and hope to return soon.

We are delighted to have Solvi Apartment, an Asfiya Retreat Apartment within our portfolio. A 2 bedroomed duplex property arranged over two floors, ground and first floor. This apartment benefits from having its own private terrace and pool as well as use of the large communal pool on the complex. Located in a convenient location just off the Kalamar Road and less than a 10 minute walk to Kalkan’s old town quarter. The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style, is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi internet access, satellite TV, DVD player, MP3 docking station, safe and hairdryer.  The apartment also has use of the attractively designed communal pool and spacious sun terraces, which are furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols.

Open-plan living, kitchen and dining area.  The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, water cooler machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor and microwave.  The living area includes a comfortable new L- shaped sofa, a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and an MP3 docking station. 

Upper Floor:

Bedroom 1: kingsize bed, en-suite shower room and spacious balcony. Black out blinds. 

Bedroom 2: twin room, (please note that the two single beds can be configured to make a kingsize bed), en-suite shower room and spacious balcony.  Black out blinds.

Outside area:

Patio doors from the living area open out onto the apartment’s private terrace which is furnished with sunloungers and a dining table and chairs. A BBQ is provided for guests’ use. The private pool is approximately 1.5 metres deep.

Kalkan is lovely

Lovely apartment in a quiet location walkable to old town, harbour and beach clubs.

Apartment was very well equipped with great air con and good WiFi.

There’s was also easy in street parking directly outside the resort for our hire car.

The pool was bigger than it looked on the pictures and a great spot to cool off.

Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return.

What an amazing time we had at the Solvi Apartment.

Great location, supermarket 2 mins away and kalkan town 10 mins scenic walk away.

Beautiful apartment with everything you would need for your stay. Our private pool was a good option.

Welcome pack was a bonus.

I would definitely stay again.

Communication with Jane and Elsie was seemless throughout and transfers wete arranged through them too.

My partner and I have just returned from a wonderful stay at Solvi apartment.

The apartment itself is really well decorated, very spacious, has it’s lovely own pool (as well as use if the shared pool) and everything you need.

The owners are super responsive, helpful and communication was great.

A lovely place, great location and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment Solvi, felt more like a villa. Fantastic outside space with large comfy sofa and good-sized dining table, all around your own pool.

Very well-equipped large kitchen, we had everything we could possibly need. Upstairs the beds were really comfortable (which is always a concern when your away for two weeks)

6 minute pretty flat walk into town and a lovely we’ll stocked supermarket 2 mins away.

Nice quiet residential area

This villa is one of 3 built next to each other in a quiet neighbourhood. It is just off the Kalamar Road.

From the villa into town it’s about a 20/25 minute walk downhill. We took a taxi home at night as they were regular and not expensive.

The pool was a good size with 6 sun loungers and a comfy swing. Outdoor seating in the shade was lovely. There is a built in bbq.

As a party of 4, we didn’t need to use the bedroom at the top. There is a huge balcony at the very top. Access can be gained from inside the bedroom. There is also access from the landing which saves having to go into the bedroom.

The only negative I’d say was that there wasn’t anything on the roof top terrace. No sunbeds or tables or chairs, and so we could only go up, admire the stunning views and leave. It would have been lovely to sit up there in the evening. It’s a beautiful large area that’s not utilised.

The villa had plenty amenities and everything worked hand. Instructions for villa entry and contact should there be any problems were simple and effective.

Restaurants are available in abundance in Kalkan.

Sometimes we chose to eat in the neighbourhood. There is a number of bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. Aqua makes the best cocktails and delicious food. Cafe Vita are very welcoming with lovely dinners and breakfasts. The Brothers Restaurant also serves lovely food. There’s a mini market and supermarket in this area too.

Food can be delivered as can the large water bottles so we didn’t have any problems finding anything.

All in all, it was a lovely relaxing experience staying at this villa.

Just back from a fantastic 2 weeks in our favourite place – Kalkan.

Our party was 6 Adults & 1 baby aged 10 months.

Villa Lipsos 1 was perfect for us in every way. Spotless throughout & very modern.

Location is fantastic – 20 min stroll into town & if you don’t want to wander into town you have fab restaurants / plenty of amenities on your doorstep. Set in a residential/ peaceful location- what’s not to enjoy!

Just back from 2 weeks here. Fantastic villa, lots of space for the 4 of us, 20 min walk to town but taxis are everywhere so it’s almost irrelevant.

Villa owner was on hand and very good, although we didn’t really have any issues.

Villa is quite modern, pool is a good size, area is pretty quiet, booking was straightforward, decent price, great family time 😉

Well organised private transfer to the Villa where the owner Huseyin was already there to meet us to hand over the keys. The villa is modern and clean inside and out with efficient and quiet air con. Superb pool which was maintained every day. It’s in a nice quiet spot in the evenings and around a 15-to-20-minute walk into Kalkan old town. There are also several small convenience stores plus good restaurant/bars within a 5-minute walk. I would recommend a stay at Lipsos 1.
