Villa Naz is a beautifully-presented detached villa, located close to the sea in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan and has beautiful views, particularly from the spacious roof terrace.

Recently upgraded to a high standard by the new owner, the villa has 4 / 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.

The villa is located very close to the popular Kalamar Beach Club. 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan living and kitchen area. The living area has comfortable seating, TV with home entertainment system.

The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar that extends out into a dining table as well as a range of integral appliances including large fridge-freezer, electric hob, extractor, oven and dishwasher.

There are glass walls to the left and front provide stunning views and sliding doors lead out on to the pool terrace.

Lower ground floor:

There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, two are doubles and these have en-suite shower rooms. The third bedroom on this floor is a double that can also be configured as a twin if required (so suitable for children). This room does not have en-suite facilities, but it has use of a shower room / WC across the hallway.

Also on this floor is a games room that’s equipped with table football, air-hockey, Playstation 4 and a dart board.

A washing machine is also provided on this level.

There is access via sliding doors out onto an attractive and shady terrace area with small table and chairs.

First floor:

The master bedroom suite occupies this level – a spacious double bedroom with integral shower room / WC surrounded by glass.  There’s also a Jacuzzi bathtub in the room with great views. Sliding doors lead out on to a good-sized sea view balcony.

Second floor:

This level has a double bedroom with small en-suite shower room. Please note, that as this room is built into the eaves, there is limited ceiling height in some areas.

This bedroom leads out onto the villa’s roof terrace which has fabulous views, a couple of loungers and a comfortable seating area.

Outside the villa:

The villa has a lovely infinity-edged pool which includes Jacuzzi jets. Sun-loungers flank the pool and there’s a shaded al-fresco dining area plus a BBQ.

Pool heating can be provided at certain times of year – extra costs apply (please ask for details at the time of booking).

To the rear of the villa, table tennis is provided beneath a canopy for shade.

Points to note:

  • Although the villa sleeps 10 people, the owner feels it is better suited to 8 (or 8 adults and 2 children) so that there is sufficient space for everyone on the pool terrace.
  • The 5th bedroom doesn’t have an en-suite (although it does have access to a shower room across the hallway)
  • WiFi internet connection is provided
  • A welcome pack is provided on arrival
  • A safe is provided
  • The villa has a security alarm
  • Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
  • Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis, therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided (additional cleans and linen changes can be organised at extra cost – please ask for details)

The Amethyst apartment is unique.

The views from everywhere are amazing.

The apartment is very well equipped and has everything a family needs.

The pool and its surroundings are wonderful.

The apartment is located on a hill, but we didn’t mind.

We’d love to go back there again.

Villa Lavaya is a palatial villa with its unique layout, design features and highly enviable location, has just undergone extensive renovation.  Lavaya is a contemporary and extremely spacious 7 bedroom villa, with a fantastic master suite Jacuzzi, plunge pool and waterfall flowing into the vast infinity pool. From its luxury amenities to its high-end designer finish, there are so many elements that make this villa stand out.

Lie back and relax in the infinity pool with the waterfall overflowing from the master suite infinity pool. Relax to the sounds of flowing water or gaze across the waterfall onto the seating area and pool bar beyond. If you are looking to hide from the midday sun, why not take yourself to the side garden and relax in the hammock with a good book.  For those who enjoy the heat, grab a bottle of water from the outdoor bar and relax in the unique swing structure while catching more of the sun’s rays. The outdoor sofas allow you to lie back next to the pool while enjoying some shade by pulling the canopy above you.

Socialise with friends and family in the outside entertaining area and bar which has stunning views of the waterfall and sea beyond.  The impressive marble bar has everything you need to create those sundown cocktails.  This beautifully lit bar is the perfect place to visit before heading into one of the towns amazing restaurants or lighting the BBQ for a meal on the terrace. You can make a delicious cocktail and take yourself to the outdoor seating area.  Whether it’s relaxing jazz or something upbeat you require, the outdoor sound system of Sonos speakers will not disappoint.

The outdoor entertaining area is a great space for those who still have some energy after a day by the pool or fancy some shade and activity from the afternoon sun. It consists of a pool table, table tennis and darts board. The outdoor dining area is a beautiful space for alfresco dining with stunning waterfall lights hanging above the table.

The villa’s stunning glass façade with stone walls is modern and sophisticated and provides the perfect balance between the interior and the exterior of the villa.  The quality continues inside with marble flooring and full glass walls that frame the breath-taking views of the sea, beach and town.  Serious wow factor is the glass enclosed staircase that connects all three floors.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor there is one en-suite double bedroom with fully fitted, bespoke wardrobes and makeup area.

The modern, spacious lounge is flooded with light by the walls of glass doors and looks out onto the expansive terrace and pool area.  The 75″ TV and surround sound makes it a beautiful space to enjoy a movie together.  This floor boasts a reading area with handcrafted chairs and coffee table.  The marble kitchen and breakfast bar consist of all the amenities needed while staying at Villa Lavaya.  The marble dining table seats 14 and is the perfect place if you want to eat indoors. At the rear, sliding doors open out onto the games area.

A WC is also provided on this level.

First floor:

On the first floor you will find two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin (can be made into double on request), with bespoke fitted wardrobes and dressing/make-up area.  Each bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors which open up onto a large balcony with seating to enjoy the views of the water. 

A spacious master suite is meticulously designed with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes and a luxurious bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing Jacuzzi bath or a relaxing shower with sea views. But, the most incredible part of this master suite is the private Jacuzzi and plunge pool which sits on the terrace.  A unique waterfall cascades from this first floor pool into the expansive main infinity pool below.  Two large bamboo cushioned swings hang from the pergola and sit above the pool.  If you prefer a sun lounger, lie back in one of the two that sit in this beautiful pool overlooking the sea.

Second floor:

The second floor consists of a further en-suite bedroom with double bed, fitted bespoke wardrobes and dressing/makeup area.  What makes this bedroom so special is the 180* balcony.  The views from this floor are incredible at all times of the day and night.

Lower ground floor:

On the lower ground floor you will find a further en-suite bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing/makeup area. 

For those who like to stay fit while holidaying, the lower ground floor gym is the perfect place for you.  You will find all you need.

The new media room on this level will keep everyone happy, whether you want to watch a movie on the 65″ TV with surround sound, or play a game on the Xbox.  The bespoke lie-down TV bed enables this room to be used as a double bedroom (if required) and will keep you comfortable whatever you choose to do. There is a fridge in the room so you don’t need to go up to the main kitchen for drinks or snacks.  This room is also en-suite.

Outside:

The huge 15m saltwater infinity pool at Villa Lavaya can be heated if desired and has a shallow section to enable non-swimmers/children to enjoy the pool, yet is still deep enough for the full length to be used by swimmers. From the pool there are views to the right out to Mouse and Snake Islands, a view best appreciated at sunset when dramatic hues of oranges, pinks and purples illuminate the sky.
If you are looking to hide from the midday sun, the hammock in the side garden is an ideal spot to relax with a good book. For those who enjoy the heat, grab a chilled bottle of water from the outdoor bar and relax in the unique swing structure while catching the sun’s rays. The ​day beds next to the pool allow you to lie back and unwind to the sounds of water flowing from the master suite infinity pool above; the canopy can be extended to provide shade ​here ​if required.
The outdoor entertaining area with pool table, table tennis and darts board is a great space for those who still have some energy after a day by the pool, or fancy an afternoon activity shaded from the sun. Close by is a cushioned rattan seating area for spectators to sit and chill or just cool off with a refreshing drink.
To the other side of the entertaining area you will find a marble outside bar. Beautifully lit in the evening, the bar is equipped with everything you need to create a tempting sundown cocktail before lighting the stone BBQ for a meal on the terrace, or heading into town to visit one of Kalkan’s renowned restaurants. Whether it’s relaxing jazz or something upbeat you require, the outdoor sound system of Sonos speakers will not disappoint.
There is an alfresco dining area ideally situated between the kitchen and built-in stone BBQ, waterfall lights above the table create a magical ambience and a beautiful setting for evening dining.

Lipsos 2 is a newly built 3 bed villa with private pool, located in the Kalamar Ortalaan area of Kalkan.  The villa is light and airy and has spacious outside areas.  The villa is a 3 minute walk to local shops and restaurants and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town centre and harbour.  Kalamar Beach Club, with its very own Dive Centre is just a short stroll from the property. 

The villa can also be rented together with its neighbouring villa, Lipsos 1, for larger family or friends groups.  The two villas combining a maximum number of 12 guests.

Entrance:

Private entrance with gate and to the side of the property, the front door leads into the spacious open plan kitchen and living area.

Ground Floor:

Open plan modern kitchen and living area.  The kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a separate breakfast bar with stools.  This area also comprises of a dining table and chairs. Sliding doors open out onto the BBQ/Outside dining area.

The living area is light and spacious with a TV and TV unit, large comfy L shaped sofa, coffee table and rugs.  The patio doors open out onto the pool area.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 with double bed, built in bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, overhead lit dressing table and stool, full length mirror, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom, comprising of shower, sink unit and mirrored wall cabinet, WC.

Bedroom 2 with double bed, built in bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, overhead lit dressing table and stool, en-suite bathroom with shower, corner bath, sink unit, mirrored wall cabinet and WC.

Both bedrooms are light and airy and lead onto their own wrap around balconies.

Second Floor:

Bedroom 3 with twin beds, bedside table, en-suite bathroom with sink unit, mirrored wall cabinet and WC.

The sliding doors lead onto the spacious roof terrace with mountain and harbour views.

Outside areas:

Pool area is spacious with sun loungers, side table and large parasol and outside shower.  Private pool dimensions of 3m x 8m x 1.55m.

BBQ area has an outside dining table and chairs under a covered pergola.

Nice quiet residential area

This villa is one of 3 built next to each other in a quiet neighbourhood. It is just off the Kalamar Road.

From the villa into town it’s about a 20/25 minute walk downhill. We took a taxi home at night as they were regular and not expensive.

The pool was a good size with 6 sun loungers and a comfy swing. Outdoor seating in the shade was lovely. There is a built in bbq.

As a party of 4, we didn’t need to use the bedroom at the top. There is a huge balcony at the very top. Access can be gained from inside the bedroom. There is also access from the landing which saves having to go into the bedroom.

The only negative I’d say was that there wasn’t anything on the roof top terrace. No sunbeds or tables or chairs, and so we could only go up, admire the stunning views and leave. It would have been lovely to sit up there in the evening. It’s a beautiful large area that’s not utilised.

The villa had plenty amenities and everything worked hand. Instructions for villa entry and contact should there be any problems were simple and effective.

Restaurants are available in abundance in Kalkan.

Sometimes we chose to eat in the neighbourhood. There is a number of bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. Aqua makes the best cocktails and delicious food. Cafe Vita are very welcoming with lovely dinners and breakfasts. The Brothers Restaurant also serves lovely food. There’s a mini market and supermarket in this area too.

Food can be delivered as can the large water bottles so we didn’t have any problems finding anything.

All in all, it was a lovely relaxing experience staying at this villa.

This beautiful and stylishly presented 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is in a peaceful and elevated position with stunning panoramic views overlooking Kalkan and the bay. The villa has a fantastic infinity pool with jacuzzi section, spaces sunbathing terraces and Kalkan's Old Town is a 15 minute downhill walk.

Villa Mirage is in an elevated position overlooking Kalkan and the bay. 

This detached fully air-conditioned villa has been very stylishly furnished by the owners who use the villa as their winter home. Villa Mirage also features an attractive outdoor Jacuzzi that overflows into a private infinity pool. This can be heated at certain times of the year (additional costs may apply – please ask for details at the time of booking). 

 

The spacious marble pool terrace is furnished with sun-loungers and parasols, comfortable sofa seating with coffee table, plus a BBQ and table and chairs for al-fresco dining for 8 guests. Welcome shade is provided by the unique roof design. 

 

The living area of the property is beautifully furnished an L-shaped sofa, 42” LCD satellite TV, DVD player and sound system. 

 

The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, island unit and Siemens appliances, including dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. 

 

Adjacent to the ground floor cloakroom, is a laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. 

 

The four bedrooms are configured as follows: 

 

Three bedrooms with a king-sized bed and a private balcony. Each of these rooms has a marbled en-suite bath/shower room with walk-in shower (one bathroom also has a bath). 

 

One twin bedded room, with a private balcony and en-suite shower room featuring a walk-in shower. 

 

The centre of Kalkan village is a 15-minute walk away – this is downhill all the way, so bear in mind, it’s uphill on the way back so a taxi home is a good idea.

This villa is the best we have stayed in, in Kalkan.

It is spacious and well fitted out, tastefully furnished with wonderful views.

The outside furniture is good quality with lots of options for sun or shade. We enjoyed the table tennis table too.

We would stay again and our friends have already rebooked to bring family out next year.”

Villa Kuzey is perfect for families and larger groups. Access to the villa is on the flat, but as the access road to the property is quite steep, this may cause problems for people with mobility needs. The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with air-conditioning through-out.

Ground floor:

There is a tastefully decorated open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, with a large dining table & chairs seating 9, a fully equipped modern kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.

In the lounge area, there is a 3 seater sofa, and two armchairs, a coffee table, and large 42″ flat screen TV, with satellite channels available, and a DVD player. There is also the added bonus of a Playstation 3 console.

Bedroom 1: Spacious twin room with large en-suite bathroom. Doors open onto large balcony with uninterrupted views over Kalkan bay.

First floor:

Bedrooms 2: Spacious with 3 single beds and en-suites.  Two balconies- one private to rear of villa, one large balcony shared with bedroom three. Beautiful views over Kalkan.

Bedroom 3: Spacious double with en suite.

Second floor:

Bedroom 4: Good sized double with en-suite and fabulous jacuzzi bath (in the corner of the bedroom). Large double doors leading out to terrace and pool area.

Outdoor areas:

Fabulous outside area – infinity pool, with children’s’ pool/jacuzzi attached. Dining table and chairs for alfresco eating, plus BBQ. Eight sunbeds, with parasols. Unique Ottoman style wooden day-bed/seating area. Lovely mature gardens. For the more active, there is a treadmill, and a table tennis table

For larger groups, there is a similar 4 bed villa next door, which can be booked at the same time.

Cots/high chairs can be provided (at additional cost) along with baby-sitting if required.

Parking is available outside the villa.

The villa is perfect for families and larger groups. Access to the villa is via a fairly steep set of steps to the property, so this may cause problems for people with mobility needs.
