Villa Greenwich affords spectacular views of Kalkan Bay enhanced from its elevated position in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms) Villa Greenwich provides sea views from every room and contemporary, stylish interiors with large glass windows to allow the light to flow freely through the open plan areas. The open plan ground floor comprises a large lounge with a comfortable large L shaped sofa & TV, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, well connected to the exterior areas via large sliding windows.

The outside spaces are well thought out and ideal for summer living. There is easy access to the large private pool via the roman steps in the corner. A large al-fresco dining area is covered with a shady pergola, cushioned sun loungers and parasols are provided for relaxing, and another comfortable seating group is located at the edge of the pool terrace. There is a BBQ and a table tennis table located to the side of the terrace.

Two of the bedrooms have private balconies, and the master bedroom on the top floor has its own private terrace furnished with sun loungers and a rattan ‘egg’ chair. There is also a separate roof terrace, with its own bar, and jacuzzi and offers the perfect place for a chilled sundowner whilst taking in the views.

Ground floor:

The ground floor comprises of a comfortable open plan living area with L shaped sofa, fully equipped kitchen/ dining area and a separate W/C.

The open plan living area contains a comfortable open plan living area with large L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, plus a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and bar stool seating. A water cooler, fridge freezer, luxury wine fridge, Nespresso Coffee Machine, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and cafetiere are also provided (the washing machine can be located in a cupboard under the stairs) There is a separate seating area to the side of the breakfast bar with swivel armchairs. Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen area onto the pool terrace.

There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First floor:

Bedroom 1,2 & 3 – Stairs lead up to the first floor and large landing with a seating area.

On this level there are three bedrooms – two spacious doubles and a twin bedroom, all of which have their own ensuite shower rooms. Both double bedrooms have sea view private balconies, furnished with a table and chairs (bedroom 1 also has an egg chair on the balcony). The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room with W/C.

Second floor:

Bedroom 4 – The master bedroom suite occupies the whole of the top floor, with a double bed and en-suite shower room. The room has direct access to unforgettable sea views from the private furnished roof terrace, with its own sun loungers, and two comfortable rattan ‘egg’ chairs.

Roof terrace – has its own entrance (not connected to the master bedroom).

Outside Areas:

The outside spaces are well thought out and ideal for summer living.

Ground floor: spacious terrace area and large swimming pool (there is easy access to the latter via roman steps) A large al-fresco dining area is covered with a shady pergola, cushioned sun loungers and parasols are provided for relaxing, and another comfortable seating group is located at the edge of the pool terrace. There is a BBQ and a table tennis table located to the side of the terrace.

First floor – private balconies off bedrooms 1 & 2.

We were 3 couples staying over 2 weeks and we have visited Kalkan staying in Villas 6 times before. Villa Greenwich exceeded our expectations on every level. Very spacious in and outside, very well equipped (needed bins in the bedrooms), perfect location, comfortable outdoor beds and seating. The upstairs Jacuzzi and bar area for evening drinks and views was very special. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Greenwich during our time in Kalkan. Jane and Elsie were so helpful with booking and arranging transfers and made the process seamless. The villa itself was perfect, the pool was great, all the rooms a good size and clean. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend and come back another year!

A beautiful villa inside & out

Our family, of 5 adults, had a wonderful stay at Jane’s Villa. I would highly recommend. The property had everything you would need, spotlessly clean, comfy sofas and beds, pool was perfect, just a beautiful villa inside and out. The views were incredible and I will miss waking up to that everyday. The walk into town took 25 mins and we would taxi back. The abundance of restaurants and lovely shops in the old town was a delight. We went to restaurants that were also recommended by Jane. The first time everyone enjoyed every single meal we had. Everyone very friendly and it felt very safe. We will definitely return to Kalkan and would love to stay again at Villa Alexander.

We really love this villa, having already visited in 2024 too. There were 7 of us, and the villa is spacious, and equipped well enough to accommodate 7 adults.

Everything you need is there, although we did notice that a few things needed attention – the coffee machine wasn’t working, & there wasn’t always enough hot water on the middle floor. The top floor was fine!

Apart from these couple of issues the villa is lovely and we would definitely come back another year. We all love the outside space, the pool is great, the bbq and the dining area, is exactly what we want as a group.

Just back from a week’s stay at Villa Alexander. There were 6 adults so we used most of the accommodation. It is a beautiful villa with fantastic views especially at sunset. Bedrooms are generous and the beds are a good size and very comfortable. They also have blackout curtains which not all properties in Kalkan offer. The kitchen/ lounge area is a beautiful space with all the amenities you’d expect. The pool is crystal clear and maintained twice a day. The garden is all tiled and is also regularly swept. There is also a games room on a lower level with medium TV. Football table and pool table. I would definitely recommend this villa. The only thing I would say is there are a lot of steps from the road to the front door so take this into consideration if you book.

We have just returned from two fantastic weeks at Villa Alexander.

The Villa is just as the photos show the main suite on the second floor is huge and has amazing views from its full length balcony, the rooms on the first floor were equally as luxurious and had a balcony running their full length.

The living area and fully equipped kitchen had everything you needed and more but as always most time was spent in and around the pool which was so comfortable and spacious.

The pool Guy came every day so it was kept clean for the whole of our stay.

The Laundry room was also very useful.

I must add that any requests to Lale Homes was dealt with immediately, their suggestion for caterers was very useful and the chef we used Kazim Oguz of ‘Chefs at home’ was easily the best meal we had during our stay, a proper chef who spent for five hours preparing the meal!

I would highly recommend Villa Alexander and Lale Homes who were great communicators and super efficient throughout.

The Villa was exactly as described and all of the facilities were excellent. Quite often villas are a slight disappointment from the advert, but this was not the case with Paloma.

Best of all, the communication from the Villa company, both as individuals and as a business was excellent.

The information provided before our arrival, and during our stay was the best I’ve ever experienced, and we have been renting villas for over 40 years.

The service we received was friendly, professional, and proactive, and I would recommend the company, and the individuals to anyone.

We had a fantastic and trouble free holiday, and thanks to everyone who made it so great.

Great to be back in Kalkan again and wow did Villa Paloma live up to expectations- a little further out than normal but really only a relatively short walk still to the top of town. The pools were amazing and perfect for kids. The Villa is beautifully furnished with super town and sea views from the generous top balcony and olive groves from the bottom – probably one of the best stays we have had (and that’s quite a few).

This was one of our favorite holidays, the villa ticked all the boxes for us and we had an amazing time!

The pool area was brilliant and we got to sunbathe all day long with the sun facing all angles.

All rooms were finished to the highest standard and we fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in. Everything we might of needed, was provided!

The villa was only a 5-10 minute walk from local restaurants and the nearest beach so it was absolutely perfect if we felt like eating out occasionally.

The views from the villa were outstanding daytime and nighttime!

The service from the booking team, all the way through to the property management team was so welcoming and helpful, couldn’t recommend them enough.

We also experienced a lovely gift delivered on my mums birthday which was unexpected and so thoughtful!

We are gutted to be home and are already wanting to come back! Really recommend this beautiful place!

Fabulous villa!

We stayed at Villa Paloma for 10 days at the end of October. It is a fabulous villa, very well equipped with lots of spaces for sunbathing and relaxing. The swinging chairs in particular were very popular. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. It was spotlessly clean and lots of towels were provided. The views from the top balcony were fabulous. We did have pool heating as it was the end of October and the pool was very warm. It was easy to get taxis to and from town but only a short walk to the nearest supermarket. Would highly recommend this villa.

Stayed at Villa Paloma for a week in early June.

Beautiful villa, very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was fantastic, large but not too deep.

The ping pong table was an added bonus and very well used during our stay.

The walk into town is downhill but we used the local taxis to come back, only about 3 pounds.

The area is very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Overall, fantastic villa and Jane organised taxi transfers to and from airport too, both journeys on time and very comfortable, thank-you.

We booked through Lale Homes and they too were excellent and thoroughly professional from start to finish, even arranging a change in accommodation at short notice to a superior villa when they came aware of an issue with the original villa booked.

We would definitely use them again.

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa at the end of April. Wow what a location!

The villa itself has everything you need and more, stunning views, comfortable rooms and lovely bathrooms.

The outside living area is excellent, really comfortable sun loungers and seating areas and shaded areas for the hotter parts of the day. The swimming pool we had heated at the beginning of the holiday which is a lovely touch because it would have been quite chilly as coming out of their winter season, perfect depth and size to get a few lengths in too.

The Villa also had a gym with a treadmill, bike and weights- perfect for a small workout in the morning with the mountains to look at.

The town is lovely, with lots of lovely food restaurants to eat in. The walks around the town are beautiful.

Would highly recommend this Villa and I will definitely be returning!

Yasameen Penthouse Apartment is a beautiful 3 bed penthouse duplex apartment with private roof top plunge pool. Ideally located in a peaceful area within a 5 minute leisurely stroll of Kalkan town centre. Modern and contemporary in design, the property is furnished & decorated to a very high standard with stunning sea views and a lovely outside terrace. The complex is in a peaceful location yet only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan with many shops and amenities just a few minutes away.

Entrance:

Up two flights of stairs and entering on the ground floor, there are three good sized bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. The Master bedroom is exceptionally spacious, has a beautiful en suite bathroom and access out onto a large private balcony with sea views. King size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables.

The kitchen is very well equipped with high end appliances and is contemporary in style with white gloss units and black granite work surfaces, and houses a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and kettle. The lounge is comfortably furnished with an extra large L shaped sofa and flat screen TV.

Outside Areas:

In addition to the two private bedroom balconies, the large wrap around balcony and plunge pool on the upper level offers stunning uninterrupted views out over Kalkan Bay and harbour, and also the beautiful olive groves surrounding the property. The balcony houses sun loungers and umbrellas, and a BBQ. The beautiful plunge pool is a good size (Length 6.00mt x Width 3.50mt x Depth 0.90mt).

The apartment is located about a 15 minute walk away from harbour, extremely steep hill on a busy road with broken walkways so sometimes you need to walk on the road and along side bins which can be smelly in the heat , perhaps not for the faint hearted , would be a difficult walk from harbour to apartment for those with buggies or walking difficulties, that said the taxi rank is at the end of the harbour with plenty of taxis that cost around 100-150 Turkish lira.

Jane can give you local taxi driver name so they can come and pick you up directly from the apartment.

We stayed here as 2 couples, all 60 years of age.

Jane recommended this for us as our previous booking , was cancelled.

Fantastic apartment, with views to die for. Only 5/10 minutes walk to town. We did get a taxi back at night time, only £3.30

A/C in every room, which was great. Also well stocked with crockery and glasses.

First time ever I was able to drink my beer out of a pint glass.

Kalkan should definitely be seen with its own beach and the historical and private coves in the vicinity. Although the season is very hot, there is great weather and you will not be disturbed at all. The condition of the house is very good. You can enjoy a coffee by the pool accompanied by a wonderful view with the breeze blowing in the evenings 🙂

Thank you for the great stay. The service in particular is great. Anil, the manager was available for us at any time. We were even able to find small ingredients for breakfast in the fridge at check-in. We were even allowed to check in 3 hours in advance! That’s what I call service !! We particularly noticed the friendliness of the staff. The view from the upper part of the apartment is breath-taking, whether in the morning or in the evening. The pool was cleaned every morning by a very friendly man and he even took good care of the plants. Towels were provided and the kitchen inventory was available for cooking. All in all, a great stay with friendly service.
