The Accommodation

Entrance Level (Ground Floor)

The villa entrance is accessed via a short flight of steps down from street level.

Our staying was really good and pleasure!

We spent 18 days there.

The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.

House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.

We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)

Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.

So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.

Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

That was fantastic! I have a very great experience with holiday rentals staying.

We had cleaning every Monday and Janes team was making a great job!

What a wonderful apartment! Every here you could need for a fantastic holiday. The bifold doors opening out to frame the beautiful view of Kalkan Bay is stunning.

Comfortable beds, plenty of storage, fully equipped kitchen, allocated sun loungers, stylish furnishings and ideal location for Old Town are just a few of the benefits of staying at Minerva apartment.

I also need to point out the excellent and professional service provided by Lale holiday homes. They communicated perfectly and were on hand for any queries.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as the photos showed it to be, lovely. Jane was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Very comfortable bed and sunbeds on the balcony. Only a 5 min walk into town along a flat road. We got a taxi back at night when it was dark as the road is unlit, but they are only £4 so cheap! Highly recommend staying here.
