The entrance level features a bright open-plan living space with an L-shaped sofa, armchair and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. First floor

On the first floor, three en-suite bedrooms enjoy private balconies with uninterrupted sea views. The master suite features a romantic four-poster bed and dressing area, while the two twin rooms can be arranged as doubles if required.

Top floor

Separate Annexe (Level –1)

Two additional bedrooms are located in this annex, accessed via steps from the pool terrace – one double and one twin room, sharing a shower room, making it an ideal setup for families or older children. The twin room can also be configured as a double if necessary. Villa Papatya sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, all ensuite with stunning sea views over Kalamar Bay. This recently renovated villa has been beautifully furnished and is well equipped for all your holiday needs featuring a modern kitchen, spacious lounge area with flat screen tv and wifi connection throughout. A 4th bathroom is located on the ground floor off the living area.

A 7th person (age restriction to 11 yrs of age or below) can be accommodated on a single-sized fold out bed that can be placed in any of the three bedrooms.

The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun loungers, barbeque, lounging area and a dining area for the all important al fresco dining. The Kalamar Beach club is less than a 2 minute walk away and offers a restaurant, watersports and scuba diving.

The old village of Kalkan is a 15 minute walk away and there is a frequent local bus service from Kalamar to Kalkan. On arrival at the villa we supply a complimentary welcome hamper and information file listing information about the villa and local area.

A weekly deep clean, all linen and towels provided, including pool towels. We can help arrange airport transfers, boat trips, days out and scuba diving.
