Olympos 9 Apartment, boasting what is one of the best panoramic sea views in Kalkan, has recently been fully refurbished, and carefully thought out to ensure that guests have a premium and relaxed holiday experience, with some luxury touches.

The open plan living accommodation and kitchen connect via full width sliding windows to a large balcony, allowing for indoor/outdoor living, and of course taking in those incredible views!

You won’t be able to resist spending much of your time on the large balcony taking in the incredible views! The apartment is South facing, so gets sun all day long even at the beginning and end of the season.

The property interior has been designed and tastefully furnished to an exceptionally high standard and offers air-conditioning throughout. The apartment also benefits from high-speed Wi-Fi.

Everything has been designed with a luxury guest experience in mind (coffee machine/electric juicer/games/ Smart TV with Firestick – can stream UK channels if you can bear to tear yourself away from the mesmerising views!

Olympos 9 enjoys one of the best locations in exclusive Kormuluk, only an easy 5-minute stroll to Kalkan’s renowned rooftop restaurants, harbour, and beach. The Olympos complex offers tranquil surroundings, with a large communal pool & sun-bathing terrace, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a shaded area with tables & chairs to cool off. Close to two of the best beach clubs in Kalkan – Palm Beach is only a few steps away, and Zest Beach Club just a 5 minute walk away. There are also car park spaces outside of the apartment complex for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.

Olympos 9 may also suit those with restricted mobility, as once you have entered  the complex down a small flight of steps, access to the apartment is on one level, as is the accommodation inside (NB – access to the pool area is down a further staircase).

The accommodation:

On entering the apartment a spacious entrance hallway leads through to the light and airy open plan kitchen and living area.

 Lounge & kitchen:

The brand new fully fitted kitchen, complete with kitchen island & bar stools,  is very well equipped, and includes:

There is also an espresso coffee machine and milk frother for coffee lovers, and an electric juicer. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses, plus a full set of saucepans and cooking equipment for those who prefer to cater for themselves (there is even a pizza cutter for those takeaways!)

 Living area:

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area, with a large, comfortable L shaped sofa, glass topped coffee table and a WIFI connected Smart TV, with 4K Firestick so guests can access the main UK channels, plus Netflix, YouTube etc. Amazon Firestick to offer access to all UK terrestrial channels.

Bedrooms:

The apartment has two bedrooms, both accessed off the entrance hall.

 Bedroom 1: (master) this bedroom has a brand-new double bed with comfortable mattress and padded headboard, bedside tables with lamps, and a double wardrobe with built in vanity unit & LED mirror, & juliet balcony.

 Bedroom 2: (twin/double) – this bedroom offers flexible sleeping accommodation, as it can be configured with either twin beds, or a king size bed. The beds are brand new, and have comfortable mattresses, and a padded headboard, bedside table with lamp. Wardrobe & open shelves, plus separate vanity unit with mirror, & Juliet balcony.

Shower Room & WC:

Shower room – shower enclosure with brand new shower unit, sink with marble storage unit below, wall hung toilet, & mirror. Turkish style travertine tiled, rain forest style shower.

WC – there is also a separate WC off the hallway, with wall hung toilet and sink, with mirror.

Hallway:

The hallway has a large cupboard, which has extra hanging space inside if required, plus plenty of space to store shoes, jackets etc. A safe is also located in this cupboard. There is a full-length mirror on the wall adjacent to the front door.

Balcony:

The extra-large balcony is well furnished with a large dining table & chairs (seating 4) and 2 sun beds, with comfortable cushions. You can take in the panoramic views, watching the boats come out and in during the day – there is always something interesting to watch! Finish your day sipping a sundowner enjoying the amazing sunsets.

Olympos 9 is such a great place to stay. This was our second time and we were lucky enough to stay for over 3 weeks. We love it. Location, location, location. The views are amazing and the the spacious balcony is perfect any time of day. Add to this a well equipped kitchen, great shower, comfortable bed, smart TV if you can tear yourself away from the view. We will definitely return. Plus the team, which I’ve used for many years, provide great service from booking to departing nothing is too much trouble and their communication throughout, is always thorough, timely and accurate. Another great stay.

Fabulous property with fantastic views. Very quiet and so homely and tastefully decorated. Pool was clean and peaceful during our stay. Can’t think of anything that wasn’t there, plenty of crockery and glasses etc, even bags for life to carry your shopping! Jane was very helpful and any queries I had were responded to immediately. There was a very useful folder anyway with lots of information which was great. It was only a short 10 minute walk into town. We always had a taxi back at night once it got dark as the road wasn’t lit up enough for us but would be okay for some. Taxis were cheap and plentiful with a flat rate for a certain radius within the town so it was no bother. I would highly recommend this property

We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks at Olympos 9. The apartment is beautifully decorated inside, so many personal touches, it is like a home from home and was it was wonderful to return to after a day out.

It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even down to toilet rolls & kitchen towel and a lovely welcome pack was waiting for us upon our arrival.

The balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast every morning or a sundowner, overlooking the pool with a spectacular view of the bay.

For us, the location was perfect, easily accessible into town and only a short walk to Palm, Denizim(our personal favourite) & Zest beach clubs.

Jane & her team have provided exceptional customer service from the moment we booked, looking after our airport transfers, providing extensive information on Kalkan itself and making the whole process seamless.

We are already looking forward to returning next year!

Our first time in Kalkan and our family of 4 loved it. The apartment is lovely and we were grateful for the thoughtful welcome pack as we arrived late at night. The views were breathtaking and location was excellent being close to the beach, beach clubs and also the town for shopping and eating out. Jane and the Lale team were very helpful from booking to departure and grateful for their advice throughout such as booking the airport transfer. We will definitely book through Jane again!

Jane was a wonderful host. It was a perfect week and i couldn’t fault the experience and stay in any way. The apartment was exactly as the photos showed and we felt very comfortable, home and home. Very comfortable beds and good quality bed linen, good selection of towels, lots of toilet roll and a well equiped kitchen with water cooler/water dispenser. Relaxing and well kept swimming pool. Balcony with stunning view. Peaceful but near the town. Jane replied immediately with any questions we had. We would absolutely come again

We’ve just got back from the most wonderful 9 nights staying at Jane and Lev’s apartment. Absolutely stunning location, the apartment was just perfect. Breathtaking views & loved the pool which we had to ourselves. Fully kitted out with everything you need & the welcome back of fresh bread, eggs, water, tea and coffee were a really lovely touch. The walk into Kalkan old town took about ten mins, cheap cab back. So many gorgeous restaurants, lovely shops and everyone was so friendly. The comms with Jane was first class. All the info provided was super helpful and she was very quick to respond, nothing was too much trouble. Cafe Leon in the old town is definitely worth a visit. They do amazing breakfast and coffees and the team are so efficient and friendly. We were lucky enough to bump into Jane and her husband Lev who are so lovely. They both made us feel so welcome and gave us lots of tips. We cannot thank you enough for making our holiday so special & will be back for sure!

The host supply a welcome pack with coffee tea etc and even bread and milk along with a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch to welcome you to your holiday.

Su Apartment is a lovely 2 bed duplex property located on the popular Emir complex, with sea views and large shared pool.  Just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, the centrally located complex benefits from two large shared swimming pools. The largest of these is just a stone’s throw away from the apartment steps. The property is well maintained and in very good condition.

Ground Floor

Comfortable apartment in a superb position

We are probably biased as this was our 18th stay at the Su apartment. It is so convenient for the terrace and swimming pool just outside the door. The covered private patio has views across the pool to Kalkan Bay. Master bedroom is light and airy with a balcony ideal for sitting having a sundowner.

The Emir complex is ideally situated only 5-10mins from the old town, and there are several supermarkets nearby.

Jane, Elsie and Mimi from Lale Holiday rentals were all very helpful, including arranging transfers for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Su. The apartment is beautifully furnished and clean and has everything you need for your stay. The pool area has lovely comfortable sun loungers with stunning views of the town and was never too crowded.

It’s a 5-10 minute walk into the town or harbour with lots of choice of restaurants and bars so great location with no need for a taxi.

The onsite management team were very friendly and helpful and the booking experience with Lale was also superb.

We have visited this apartment every year for the past 16 years. It really is a home from home for us.

It is well appointed, on the popular Emir development and is in an ideal situation, with beautiful views out to sea, and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The balcony from the master bedroom is an ideal place for having a nightcap, and the ground floor terrace is a lovely spot to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Melissa Apartment is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom duplex apartment with it’s own swimming pool and private roof terrace- making it feel more like a villa, but with the price tag of an apartment! Located close to the Thursday market, the apartment is within easy walking distance of all amenities and just a five minute walk to the centre of Kalkan.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor of the apartment there is a spacious master bedroom which has double doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The room is light and airy, air conditioned and is furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinets, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, shower enclosure and sink unit.

First Floor:

A flight of stairs leads up to the living area and the twin bedroom. This twin bedroom is also air conditioned and furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. A side balcony offers sea views. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower unit, WC and sink. The open plan living area on this level is a good size, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and seating area with L-shaped sofa. Leading off the lounge is a covered balcony with dining table and chairs- the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the shade.

Outside areas:

Stairs lead from the first floor up to the roof level. Here there is a utility room with washing machine. A door leads out onto the private roof terrace from which there are spectacular sea and mountain views. A pergola gives shade throughout the day- making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the views day or night.

Outside, the apartment has it’s own 7m x 4m private pool, surrounded by sunbathing terraces and pretty gardens. The terrace is equipped with 4 rattan sun loungers and a gas BBQ is provided for guests. The apartment is accessed off the main road through a gated entrance and down a small flight of steps- making the outside spaces very secure and private.

This apartment is a real gem of a place. It’s more like a villa than an apartment, it has so much room. It is beautifully kept with the pool and patio area cleaned everyday. The pool is a lovely size and very welcome on a hot day. Internally, the bedrooms are furnished with lovely comfortable beds and excellent showers with adequate room for clothes – the only thing missing for me in the bedroom was a chair to sit at the dressing table to do hair and makeup. We took one off the balcony so all was ok. Lovely sitting room with a great modern kitchen, only thing missing here for me was a microwave. On the few wet days we had takeaways delivered and they could have done with a boost in a microwave but it’s not a show stopper. We loved the upper terrace and spent many hours up there, the furniture is very comfortable and the views are fabulous. Again one thing I think would enhance this is a fridge to keep drinks and ice in instead of having to go down to the kitchen. Melissa is very well appointed to walk into town Migros is just down the road and the wonderful Coriander restaurant is also very nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone the owners are fantastic and a shout out to Jane and her staff who manage the villas. Oh and lastly the fresh bread that is delivered is a lovely touch. Thank you Sharon and Rami for allowing us to rent your beautiful apartment, we hope to be back in the future.

Melissa apartment is not an apartment, it’s a good sized semidetached villa. Great pool, loads of room on the many balconies. A little noisy at times as your close to the school. Overall a good stay. Would recommend Melissa apartment to anyone.

Beautiful apartment, conveniently located within the village, steps to a multitude of excellent restaurants and shops.

It was clean and beautifully laid out with a terrace and pool, all mod cons.

The hosts were lovely, helpful, and readily available to answer any questions.

A few thoughtful extras which were a nice surprise.

I was there with my two teenage children and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Melissa Apartment: Everything seen in the advertisement about the house was exactly as described, even more.

When we entered the house, even something for breakfast was left for us, considering that we arrived by road after a long journey.

The views from the house were great, the cleaning of the house perfect and when we encountered any problem, it was resolved extremely fast.

For example, on the second day we entered the house, the water was cut off. Although the water in the tank was finished, Ramazan brought water in a tanker in a very short time, perhaps not taking an hour, and he solved our problem immediately.

There is a lot of thought and attention to detail, there was even a small portable cold box for snacks to take with you to the beach.

The size and depth of the swimming pool were good and it was extremely clean.

If I were to go to Kalkan again, I would definitely choose this place, which has excellent views, is perfectly maintained and a great location, and I would definitely recommend it to those who want to stay.

Minerva Apartment is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment in a highly sought after location- just a genuine 1 minute walk to the nearest amenities and an easy 5 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town. Our stay in Minerva apartment was perfect for our party. Every room was decorated to a very high standard; the accommodation was homely had absolutely everything we needed if we wanted to dine in after a day lazing around the pool. The pool area was immaculately clean and we had sun beds for our use, belonging to the apartment. It was also very quiet around the pool which is exactly what we wanted from our holiday. We also loved the wrap-around balcony, which is a great sun trap in the mornings, and the views from there, especially during the evening. The apartment was so close to everything that we needed in terms of shops, bars, cafes and banks etc., and was only a short walk to the beautiful old town and all the amazing shops and restaurants. Despite it’s central location, what we loved was how quiet it was on an evening and that fact that it is just far enough away from the main attractions of the old town to be really relaxing. This was our second time of staying in Minerva apartment and we would definitely return.

This apartment is amazing. We were a family of 3, and it was just perfect. Spotlessly clean, super equipped, very comfy beds. We were so impressed with the attention to detail from the owner. We were so lucky to basically have the pool to ourselves which was also well equipped with lovely clean sunbeds. The location is great. Not too much of a walk into the main town area. Local supermarket and restaurants were really nice too. We catered for ourselves half the time we were here. It was a perfect home from home. Just fabulous. Only thing missing was a shopping trolley, then, we looked in the cupboard and there it was! Outstanding!! Only bug bear, for our 15 year old was that broadband was iffy. But not much a problem for us.

We had a very comfortable stay for four people; it was clean and comfortable. A particular highlight for me was the air conditioning available in every room. The house’s location was convenient, being close to the Kalkan bazaar and the sea. There were also amenities like a grocery store, bakery, and pharmacy nearby, all within walking distance. If we visit again, we would gladly choose this house once more.

We spent three wonderful weeks in the Minerva and it is one of the best apartments we have stayed in over the years.

Spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with extras like washing up liquid, wash powder, tea towels, cleaning supplies and a thoughtful welcome pack.

The folding doors onto the terrace were wonderful and I spent most of my time on the huge wrap around terrace just chilling and reading and having a drink or two!

Jane was fast as always answering the two queries we had.

Just returned home from 11 nights at Minerva. When we arrived we were wowed at how lovely the apartment is – it is beautifully decorated with lovely tiles and wooden ceilings. The kitchen is well kitted out and we often cooked at the apartment. The water cooler is a great feature (we refilled it twice during our stay at a reasonable cost) as is the air conditioning which was very much appreciated in the heat. The bathrooms were lovely with helpful light up mirrors and the bedrooms and living room were spacious and comfortable.

Minerva is the ground floor apartment in a beautiful site of 6. The living space opens onto a spacious balcony with views over the swimming pool and to the sea and mountains further afield. Every day we soaked up the views and at night the twinkling lights of the apartments on the opposite hillside lit up Kalkan like a Christmas tree! There are bars, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep (2 minute walk away) and then 5-10 minutes walk into the old town. Our favourite was Lime Bar round the corner which had a pool table and dart board and so kept our boys occupied in the evening.

Jane and Elsie at Lale Homes were super helpful from the moment I booked until the moment we left – Jane couldn’t have been more helpful and was always on hand to answer any questions via whatsapp once we arrived. They provided a perfect service and I would absolutely book with them in future and would happily return to Minerva again.

We were really sad to leave and all agreed it was the best family holiday we’ve had and part of that was due to the lovely setting!

A wonderful 11 day break

We have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing 11 days in Kalkan.

The Minerva apartment is fantastically located just a ten minute walk into the town and is equipped with everything you need for a holiday.

We were really lucky in having the swimming pool to ourselves for the duration of our stay and enjoyed all the outdoor space.

It was extremely hot and so we appreciated the excellent air conditioning!

I’d really recommend this apartment and the service we received from Lale Homes which was outstanding throughout our stay.

Good location and excellent communication with the host. The welcome pack was a lovely touch which was much appreciated. Although in an apartment block it was a quiet location with only about a 10 minute or so walk down to the Old Town/Harbour. Apartment was close to 2 supermarkets (Mirgos and Macro) and a couple of restaurants just a few minutes away so there was at least an easy option for those nights you don’t want the walk down into the Old Town

Lovely apartment in a quiet location walkable to old town, harbour and beach clubs.

Apartment was very well equipped with great air con and good WiFi.

There’s was also easy in street parking directly outside the resort for our hire car.

The pool was bigger than it looked on the pictures and a great spot to cool off.

Beautiful apartment Solvi, felt more like a villa. Fantastic outside space with large comfy sofa and good-sized dining table, all around your own pool.

Very well-equipped large kitchen, we had everything we could possibly need. Upstairs the beds were really comfortable (which is always a concern when your away for two weeks)

6 minute pretty flat walk into town and a lovely we’ll stocked supermarket 2 mins away.

Mavi Kelebek Apartment is new to our rental portfolio for 2022! We are very pleased to offer this charming 2 bed duplex apartment, located in lower Kiziltas, with simply stunning views from all levels  The apartment is located on a small. quiet complex (only 4 apartments) and is a 5 minutes stroll to the Old Town (the walk back is a little steep at the end, so you may prefer to take a taxi).

Entrance:

The apartment has its own private entrance. You enter at ground floor level, into a very large open plan lounge and kitchen area.  

The Apartment:

The ground floor is light, airy and spacious.  This level comprises an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, plus a separate WC.  

The kitchen is fully fitted, with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, and a dishwasher.  There is also a microwave, a kettle, toaster and water cooler machine. The kitchen island offers seating for 4 people with bar stools.

There are two 3 seater sofas in the lounge (one of which converts to a sofa bed) plus 2 armchairs. Large sliding doors lead out onto the wraparound balcony, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs for 4 people.

Stairs lead up to the top floor where there are two bedrooms. The master has a double bed, bedside tables, vanity unit and wardrobe, an en suite bathroom within the room and access onto the shared roof terrace. The other bedroom on this floor is a twin room, with wardrobe, bedside tables and vanity unit (the twin beds can be made into a double bed if preferred)  This bedroom also has access to the shared roof terrace. There is a shower room next door to the second bedroom. The spacious roof terrace has truly amazing views and is furnished with a large umbrella and seating set with coffee table for 4 people.

Outside Areas:

The complex is spacious and peaceful with a large shared pool and terrace.  Guests have the use of the apartment’s brand new sun beds and parasols within this area.

There is also a big marble topped dining table with chairs on the side of the terrace, please note that this can be used by all guests at the complex.

This is a fabulous apartment, ideally located for a quick walk into town (and taxi back) . The apartment is spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Complete clean every week, which was well communicated to us by Jane, so no surprises. Pool area was spotless and it was a good size swimming pool, no rushing for sunbeds as this is only a complex of 4 apartment and each one has their own allocation of sunbeds. Would definitely use again and also strongly recommend Lale Homes who were professional, efficient and caring.

A fantastic apartment with amazing views and excellent amenities.

The apartment was immaculate and had everything needed for a great holiday.

Pool area was exceptional with sun beds allocated to the apartment. It was usually quiet so we had the pool to ourselves.

Town centre a 10 minute walk down a steep hill but taxi will collect and return if required.

We asked for Patio homes which helped the taxi driver know where to go.

We would fully recommend this apartment.

We were 4 friends on a girlie holiday and had a brilliant time, lots to see and do around Kalkan, went to Patara to see the sunset at the dunes which i would highly recommend, every meal we had in the town was fantastic.

We have just returned from a beautiful 2 week stay in Mavi Kelebek and could not be happier.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and very clean with stunning views. It is well equipped and only a short walk into town, we walked most nights without problems.

Clean pool area with an amazing size infinity pool. The pool is shared with 3 other apartments but there is lots of space and it never felt crowded! The sun beds are super comfy too.

We have just come back from 2 weeks at Mavi Kelebek and we had a fantastic time.

From the moment we saw the photos of the property, we knew we had found the perfect place to stay in Kalkan.

The flat is absolutely lovely and exactly like on the photos. It is modern, super clean and we had everything we needed.

The kitchen is provided with all you need to cook and it was like a home away from home!

The beds were very comfortable and we slept well during our stay.

The terrace outside our bedroom on the top floor was so nice and we had coffee there every morning – so relaxing!

The other terrace is also practical to dry towels after going to the beach!

Towels and bedsheets were provided and we also received a little welcome pack – very much appreciated after a long journey!

The accommodation is about 10 / 15 minutes away from the town centre and various shops (there is a little supermarket about 5 minutes away from the flat) and many restaurants are close by.

We didn’t rent a car and as others mentioned the flat is at the top of a hill (like all other properties in Kalkan).

We took our time to walk down to the supermarket / harbour with our 4-year-old and 6-year-old and we got on a taxi to go back as it was too much for their little legs to walk all the way back up (especially when it was super-hot).

We shared the pool with the guests who were staying in the 3 other flats but most of the time we had the pool to ourselves which was great!

Jane at Lale Home was a star from start to finish. Very friendly, always happy to help and super organised.

The bathroom has been fully tiled in Turkish travertine.  The suite has its own private, extensive sun terrace which is furnished with sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs and private bbq.

Outside Area:

As well as the apartment’s own private balconies and roof terrace, guests’ at Sahane also have use of a beautiful shared pool and terrace. This is shared with two other (smaller) apartments and the terrace is furnished with sunloungers and parasols. The pool area benefits from all day sunshine.

The surrounding communal gardens are beautifully maintained and feature well tended cascading bougainvillea, banana trees and hibiscus.

Great Little holiday Hideout in a good Location!

Great little holiday hideout in a good location – very handy for the harbour, shopping and the old town. The apartment was nicely decorated and furnished – very comfortable! The kitchen whilst a tad on the small side (as in work space) was well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. For three of us this place was a good size – although the 3rd bedroom (which we didn’t use) is quite small with 2 beds in it. So whilst technically sleeps 6, my only watch out would be it might be a bit tight for six people. I’d imagine less of an issue for families or during summer months when you tend to spend less time in the accommodation. The internet connection was good and constant and having the firestick was a bonus for catching up on Christmas TV in the evenings. We’d highly recommend the apartment as well as Jane and her team who were very responsive to any questions we had ahead of our arrival and during our stay.

The Sahane apartment is perfectly placed for the old town restaurants, shops and beach. It is beautifully presented after having a ‘make over’ and suited 3 of us offering the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom must have one of the most incredible views from its gorgeous balcony. Perfect for having coffee or wine! We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and book again.

We’ve just returned from 8 days in the Sahane Apartment. We had a great time. It’s a really nice, well equipped apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town. We didn’t use the shared pool, but could’ve done, as there were plenty of sun beds. Instead, we spent most of our time on the balcony on the top floor. This has a couple of sun beds, and comfortable seating, perfect for taking in the stunning views over Kalkan bay. We’ve rented with Lale before – and, as usual, all dealings with Jane & Elsie were really easy, friendly and efficient.

Communication was prompt and Jane was able to answer all my questions leading up to our stay. Even arranged transport to and from the airport. The apartment was perfect for a family of 5. The views were stunning, a wonderful way to wake up in the morning looking out at sea. Just a few minutes walk we were in the centre of the huddle and bustle. We would love to return to Kalkan again, it was the most relaxing stay I’ve ever had on a holiday. The pool was never crowded, often had the place to ourselves.

Stayed at the Sahane Apartment for 8 nights in Sept 2024. Only two of us in the 3 bed apartment which was clean and spacious.

Stunning views of Kalkan Bay, good air conditioning and well equipped kitchen although a plug for the sink and some washing up liquid provided would have been useful.

Comfortable beds and living area and swimming pool and garden area were spotlessly clean and maintained.

Highly Recommended. Best restaurant during our stay was ARA Terrace Restaurant.

My partner and two teenagers stayed here for 10 days. The apartment was perfect and had everything you could possibly want on holiday.

The owner has taken a lot of thought and time to provide items such as, a water cooler, safety deposit box, good wifi, sound system where you can use your phone to play music, valuable air conditioning, beach towels, barbecue, clothes airers, washing machine etc.

The views and location could not be better, and with two balconies to choose from was wonderful.

The apartment was light and airy, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and during our stay the bedsheets and towels were changed.

We can not fault anything and would highly recommend staying here.

The management company, were brilliant and so helpful. They were very pro-active, and ensured we had all the information needed well in advance of our holiday, they arranged private airport transfers which was a godsend and a nice touch to start our holiday and when returning home.

A couple of times I had to contact Jane to obtain the key code and safe code as I had forgotten, and she was always available, extremely quick in responding and just lovely to correspond with.

This is our 4th visit to Kalkan so its fair to say we know and love the area. This is however the first time we changed apartment location… and we are really glad we did! Firstly the views! I’m not sure they can be bettered in such a convenient location. It was great to get up early and watch the sunrise across the bay as the town comes to life. The location is probably as convenient as you can get… a short work to town, the beach and the water taxis… and the apartment itself is great. Just right for 2 adults and 2 children… enough space so you don’t murder each other… but homely too and well equipped for those days you don’t want to eat out and just want to watch a family film or lay by the pool.

A word to the management team at Lale Homes. Our stay wasn’t without incident… nothing to do with the property I may add… but we all suffered with a sickness bug in the first week. Jane could not be more accommodating with helping us with pharmacy requests and helping us with the language. Its when things don’t go completely to plan, that you really see the worth of the people you’ve booked with. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Great apartment, brilliant location!

We have been coming to Kalkan for a few years and have always stayed in hotels.

Swapping to an apartment has been a revelation and we’ll be staying this way from now on.

Sahane was perfect for our family of five.

The top bedroom with its gorgeous views was especially lovely and the outside space fully equipped with table and sofa chairs and sun loungers.

We enjoyed some lovely bbqs looking out over the bay.

Location- wise, Sahane is perfect. It’s literally a 3 min walk into the old town and to all our favourite restaurants and bars.

The pool was well maintained and a really peaceful place to chill besides.

All in all we felt we got the jackpot in terms of value for money and can’t recommend enough.

Lipsos 2 is a newly built 3 bed villa with private pool, located in the Kalamar Ortalaan area of Kalkan.  The villa is light and airy and has spacious outside areas.  The villa is a 3 minute walk to local shops and restaurants and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town centre and harbour.  Kalamar Beach Club, with its very own Dive Centre is just a short stroll from the property. 

The villa can also be rented together with its neighbouring villa, Lipsos 1, for larger family or friends groups.  The two villas combining a maximum number of 12 guests.

Entrance:

Private entrance with gate and to the side of the property, the front door leads into the spacious open plan kitchen and living area.

Ground Floor:

Open plan modern kitchen and living area.  The kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a separate breakfast bar with stools.  This area also comprises of a dining table and chairs. Sliding doors open out onto the BBQ/Outside dining area.

The living area is light and spacious with a TV and TV unit, large comfy L shaped sofa, coffee table and rugs.  The patio doors open out onto the pool area.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 with double bed, built in bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, overhead lit dressing table and stool, full length mirror, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom, comprising of shower, sink unit and mirrored wall cabinet, WC.

Bedroom 2 with double bed, built in bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, overhead lit dressing table and stool, en-suite bathroom with shower, corner bath, sink unit, mirrored wall cabinet and WC.

Both bedrooms are light and airy and lead onto their own wrap around balconies.

The sliding doors lead onto the spacious roof terrace with mountain and harbour views.

Nice quiet residential area

This villa is one of 3 built next to each other in a quiet neighbourhood. It is just off the Kalamar Road.

From the villa into town it’s about a 20/25 minute walk downhill. We took a taxi home at night as they were regular and not expensive.

The pool was a good size with 6 sun loungers and a comfy swing. Outdoor seating in the shade was lovely. There is a built in bbq.

As a party of 4, we didn’t need to use the bedroom at the top. There is a huge balcony at the very top. Access can be gained from inside the bedroom. There is also access from the landing which saves having to go into the bedroom.

The only negative I’d say was that there wasn’t anything on the roof top terrace. No sunbeds or tables or chairs, and so we could only go up, admire the stunning views and leave. It would have been lovely to sit up there in the evening. It’s a beautiful large area that’s not utilised.

The villa had plenty amenities and everything worked hand. Instructions for villa entry and contact should there be any problems were simple and effective.

Restaurants are available in abundance in Kalkan.

Sometimes we chose to eat in the neighbourhood. There is a number of bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. Aqua makes the best cocktails and delicious food. Cafe Vita are very welcoming with lovely dinners and breakfasts. The Brothers Restaurant also serves lovely food. There’s a mini market and supermarket in this area too.

Food can be delivered as can the large water bottles so we didn’t have any problems finding anything.

All in all, it was a lovely relaxing experience staying at this villa.

Just back from a fantastic 2 weeks in our favourite place – Kalkan.

Our party was 6 Adults & 1 baby aged 10 months.

Villa Lipsos 1 was perfect for us in every way. Spotless throughout & very modern.

Location is fantastic – 20 min stroll into town & if you don’t want to wander into town you have fab restaurants / plenty of amenities on your doorstep. Set in a residential/ peaceful location- what’s not to enjoy!

Just back from 2 weeks here. Fantastic villa, lots of space for the 4 of us, 20 min walk to town but taxis are everywhere so it’s almost irrelevant.

Villa owner was on hand and very good, although we didn’t really have any issues.

Villa is quite modern, pool is a good size, area is pretty quiet, booking was straightforward, decent price, great family time 😉

Well organised private transfer to the Villa where the owner Huseyin was already there to meet us to hand over the keys. The villa is modern and clean inside and out with efficient and quiet air con. Superb pool which was maintained every day. It’s in a nice quiet spot in the evenings and around a 15-to-20-minute walk into Kalkan old town. There are also several small convenience stores plus good restaurant/bars within a 5-minute walk. I would recommend a stay at Lipsos 1.

A truly stunning light, bright and contemporary 3 bed duplex apartment in one of Kalkan's most sought after locations, just a 5 minute walk on the flat to the town centre and Old Town. Tulip has been recently renovated, bringing the accommodation up to a high, luxury standard. Inside the accommodation is spacious, and all the bedrooms are ensuite. The star of the show though is the large roof terrace, with it's own jacuzzi pool and great sea views. Overall, Tulip is an exceptional property at an affordable price tag.

This beautiful contemporary style apartment is in a prime, super central location, close to the Likya Residence and within a 5 minute walk to the town. The apartment has been finished with high quality fittings and fixtures, throughout, features a rooftop plunge pool with great views, and many luxury touches

There are 3 double bedrooms on this floor of the apartment; each bedroom has sea views and an en-suite shower room (the master bedroom also has a Jacuzzi bath).

Floor to ceiling windows either side of bifold doors connect the open plan living area with fabulous sea and mountain views and make the space in this area light and bright.
 
The lounge area is furnished with a sofa and armchair, plus a coffee and occasional tables, and a large flat screen TV  (with English speaking channels) There is also an ipod dock, bluetooth speaker and CD/DVD player
 
The kitchen was fully remodelled and installed in March 2023. This offers a contemporary cooking and dining experience with an integrated water cooler, drinks fridge, induction hob, Quooker tap, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and coffee machine along with all the usual kitchen equipment. A long preparation and dining counter with bar stools provides an abundance of preparation and eating space.
 
Also on the upper floor is a separate WC.
 
Outside the Apartment:
 
The newly fitted plunge pool on the villa’s roof terrace offers integrated seating, Jacuzzi jets and lighting. The views to the sea and mountains are spectacular. One side of the terrace has a shaded seating area. The other has  sunloungers, beanbags and a BBQ.

Stunning apartment - inside and out

We have been to Kalkan many times and this apartment is perfectly located to be far away enough from the noise of the centre but close enough to be a short walk in.

The view is just breath-taking, lots to see during the day whilst the boats sail in and out of harbour and beautiful by night with the lights.

Very well provisioned, we had everything we needed during our stay and more. Very glad of the upstairs loo, as we couldn’t quite pluck up the courage to use the main en suite bathroom, which is pretty much on view with the glass partition.

Good supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Lots and lots of towels provided, plenty of spaces for everyone to relax.

Would 100% recommend to stay here
