Serena Apartment (Ekin 1) offers the best of all worlds – the luxury accommodation and facilities of a villa, but without the price tag!!
Built by one of Kalkan’s leading developers, the apartment offers 3 bedrooms and spacious accommodation, with a cool, contemporary interior and furnishings, and a large private pool and patio area outside. Situated just a short walk (7 mins) from Kalkan town centre and the Old town (no need for taxis and expensive hire cars!). The apartment is also within easy reach of local shops and restaurants. Ekin 1 is fully air conditioned, with travertine marble flooring throughout, and also Wifi, satellite TV, and DVD player, and 2 safes.
Sleeps 6 plus one child under 11.
Ground floor:
Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room area, with large L shaped leather sofa,& matching coffee and side tables chrome/glass dining table (seats 8) flat screen TV (with satellite TV) DVD Player.

French windows through to the outside patio area and pool.
Lower ground floor:
Bedroom 1- double bed, vanity unit, bedside tables, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – bed can be configured as a king size, or two single beds. Wardrobe, vanity unit bedside tables, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – double bed, plus wardrobe, vanity unit. And wardrobe. NB – this bedroom has access and will use the shared shower room on the same level
All bedrooms have french windows leading out to the private patio area outside, and all three have hairdryers.
Family bathroom, with walk in shower unit, WC, and washbasin (Both bathrooms have shaver sockets)
Laundry area, with washing machine, under the stairs.
Outdoor areas:
The ground floor level has access to a very spacious and sunny terrace with a large pool (8.3m x 4.2m) An al-fresco dining area is also situated on the pool terrace (to seat up to 8 people) with a shady pergola, plus a comfortable corner seating set, and BBQ. The lower ground floor level has access to a terrace area – this is secluded and affords some shade in the afternoon.

We have visited Kalkan many times and rate Serena Apartment as one of the best places we’ve stayed.
It’s described as an apartment but it is extremely spacious with one of the biggest private pools available for an apartment.

Mid week clean was brilliant.
The walk to Town is easy and mostly flat. Two new supermarkets only a 5 minute walk away.
Both Debbie (owner) and Jane (manager) were super helpful especially when BA cancelled our flight and we needed to stay an extra night.
Great place to stay.
Wonderful apartment for families
This apartment is even better than the pictures. Lovely good sized pool. Very well equipped,spacious clean apartment. Nice cool downstairs bedrooms ,quiet for young children.
Near to shops and old town.
Jane and Lale homes were so helpful from choosing an apartment to the end of the holiday. Great transfers arranged by them.

Wonderful Serena Ekin
We have just had 3 wonderful weeks in Serena Ekin and what a great time we had.
It is a beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly want. The bed in the main bedroom was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in and the showers were always hot and powerful.
The outside space and pool was a lovely place to spend a very hot day with comfortable furniture to sit on and soak up the sun with a good book and glass of chilled wine.Show more
It’s location was spot on for the Kalamar road restaurants and the main town was just as accessible.
Jane & Mimi from Lale holidays were as usual just fantastic, always on hand for any queries or problems with nothing being too much trouble for them.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone it is spot on and ideal for couples like us or a family with children.
Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Would highly recommend this apartment it is beautiful inside and out
We spent 10 lovely days in this apartment it was situated very close to town which we were able to walk into at all times of day.
It had everything that we needed.
We had a 7 month old baby which had what we needed for him as well (highchair , travel cot and car seat).

Has everything you need and an essential shop on arrival to the great location and spot on facilities.
Just a short walk down in to the town centre where you’ll find lovely restaurants, shops and the beach.
Will definitely be going back.
