Villa Ela is a stunning 6 bedroom contemporary villa, enjoying unobstructed panoramic sea views from its hill-side position above Kalkan.

Ground floor:

Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, featuring a state of the art fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops. Integrated appliances include double fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, & washing machine. There is also a kettle and toaster, and a coffee press. Separate island area with hob/extractor, plus breakfast bar with bar stools.

The lounge has contemporary style, comfortable sofas and arm chair, coffee table, & media wall with flat screen TV (55”) DVD player & iPod dock dining area and table (seating 12) Downstairs cloakroom. Double bedroom with twin beds; en-suite with double sink and shower.

First floor:

Bedroom 1 -Master suite with king sized bed; private balcony with panoramic views; en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate shower unit, sink & WC . Outdoor areas:

Villa Ela has a stunning infinity pool (11M x 4 M) with the added benefit of full steps leading into the pool on one side (great for children, or for just cooling off during the hot weather!) surrounded by a marble terrace with plenty of sun-loungers and umbrellas. There is also a stone built BBQ, and an outside shower. To the side of the terrace is a lawned area, with separate seating, and also a table tennis table for the more active guests! On the top floor of the villa is a glorious roof terrace, offering the best views of all. It is partially shaded by a pergola, and has a built in seating area, plus a small bar area, fridge and sink – perfect for enjoying a sun-downer whilst taking in the magnificent views!

Private garage underneath the property, plus additional parking outside on ground floor level. The villa is suitable for those with impaired mobility, as it can be accessed on the flat via the ground floor parking area, and there is one double bedroom with en-suite also on the ground floor.

Villa Ela was a real find! Beautifully decorated and very well equipped with an incredible view over Kalkan that we could never tire of. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable (so no fighting over the dud room!) Plenty of outside space and shade and at no time did the 12 of us feel cramped. The owner, Erhan, was charming and helpful at all times. I would definitely recommend this Villa to all my friends and Terramar holidays who we booked through.

For beach days, Indigo & Cakil Beach Clubs are around an 5-minute walk, while Kalkan harbour (approximately 10 minutes away) offers water taxis to beach clubs across the bay, including Palm & Zest Beach Clubs

The Accommodation

The accommodation is arranged over two main floors, with a spacious roof terrace above, offering bright, well-proportioned living spaces suited to families or small groups. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, with ceiling fans in all main rooms providing an additional cooling option.

Ground Floor – Living Space & Kitchen
The open-plan living area is split-level and well designed, with a comfortable lounge, indoor dining space, and a modern kitchen.

The kitchen is finished with Corian work surfaces and high-quality integrated appliances, including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. A sliding door leads directly out to the al fresco dining terrace and BBQ area.

The living area offers comfortable seating and opens onto the pool terrace via double doors, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.

Also on this level is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and separate WC, ideal for guests preferring fewer stairs.

First Floor – Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms on this level.

A really perfect Villa.

Cool inside, hot outside.

Lovely kitchen, big comfy lounge with games and videos galore.

Big bedrooms with loads of storage and mirrors.

Roof terrace is luxurious, had a great BBQ one night and sat up there for cocktails and games every evening.

Well positioned for beautiful Kalkan. A trip to Zest Beach Club is a treat.

Any Villa issues are sorted immediately.

Transfers were well organised, on time and comfy.

All arrangements from start to finish were efficient.

Great location, Villa and service.

This was our first visit to Turkey but it won’t be our last.

Villa Amelia is a spacious, modern, very well equipped villa just a few minutes walk from the old town of Kalkan, ideal for a family holiday. We stayed here for a week in August with our daughter and grand children who thoroughly enjoyed the villa and all of the amenities it had to offer. The main kitchen on the ground floor leads out onto the pool area but there is a further kitchen and dining area on the roof which makes a wonderful setting for dining in the evening. There is lots of outside space with a private pool and garden.

The Villa was exactly as described and all of the facilities were excellent. Quite often villas are a slight disappointment from the advert, but this was not the case with Paloma.

Best of all, the communication from the Villa company, both as individuals and as a business was excellent.

The information provided before our arrival, and during our stay was the best I’ve ever experienced, and we have been renting villas for over 40 years.

The service we received was friendly, professional, and proactive, and I would recommend the company, and the individuals to anyone.

We had a fantastic and trouble free holiday, and thanks to everyone who made it so great.

Great to be back in Kalkan again and wow did Villa Paloma live up to expectations- a little further out than normal but really only a relatively short walk still to the top of town. The pools were amazing and perfect for kids. The Villa is beautifully furnished with super town and sea views from the generous top balcony and olive groves from the bottom – probably one of the best stays we have had (and that’s quite a few).

This was one of our favorite holidays, the villa ticked all the boxes for us and we had an amazing time!

The pool area was brilliant and we got to sunbathe all day long with the sun facing all angles.

All rooms were finished to the highest standard and we fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in. Everything we might of needed, was provided!

The villa was only a 5-10 minute walk from local restaurants and the nearest beach so it was absolutely perfect if we felt like eating out occasionally.

The views from the villa were outstanding daytime and nighttime!

The service from the booking team, all the way through to the property management team was so welcoming and helpful, couldn’t recommend them enough.

We also experienced a lovely gift delivered on my mums birthday which was unexpected and so thoughtful!

We are gutted to be home and are already wanting to come back! Really recommend this beautiful place!

Fabulous villa!

We stayed at Villa Paloma for 10 days at the end of October. It is a fabulous villa, very well equipped with lots of spaces for sunbathing and relaxing. The swinging chairs in particular were very popular. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. It was spotlessly clean and lots of towels were provided. The views from the top balcony were fabulous. We did have pool heating as it was the end of October and the pool was very warm. It was easy to get taxis to and from town but only a short walk to the nearest supermarket. Would highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic Villa!

Stayed at Villa Paloma for a week in early June.

Beautiful villa, very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was fantastic, large but not too deep.

The ping pong table was an added bonus and very well used during our stay.

The walk into town is downhill but we used the local taxis to come back, only about 3 pounds.

The area is very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Overall, fantastic villa and Jane organised taxi transfers to and from airport too, both journeys on time and very comfortable, thank-you.

We booked through Lale Homes and they too were excellent and thoroughly professional from start to finish, even arranging a change in accommodation at short notice to a superior villa when they came aware of an issue with the original villa booked.

We would definitely use them again.

Wow what a location!

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa at the end of April. Wow what a location!

The villa itself has everything you need and more, stunning views, comfortable rooms and lovely bathrooms.

The outside living area is excellent, really comfortable sun loungers and seating areas and shaded areas for the hotter parts of the day. The swimming pool we had heated at the beginning of the holiday which is a lovely touch because it would have been quite chilly as coming out of their winter season, perfect depth and size to get a few lengths in too.

The Villa also had a gym with a treadmill, bike and weights- perfect for a small workout in the morning with the mountains to look at.

The town is lovely, with lots of lovely food restaurants to eat in. The walks around the town are beautiful.

Would highly recommend this Villa and I will definitely be returning!

Built by one of Kalkan’s leading developers, the apartment offers 3 bedrooms and spacious accommodation, with a cool, contemporary interior and furnishings, and a large private pool and patio area outside. Fantastic stay at Serena!

We stayed at the gorgeous Serena Apartment in August, it was our first time in our own villa with our teenage daughters and I did worry how we would find it just being ‘us’ as we usually stay on a small complex. We all absolutely loved it. The villa was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is also the main bathroom so we all had our own bathrooms! With teenage girls this was a brilliant bonus! The pool is fantastic, it was always cool which was very surprising considering it was 40 degrees most days so was a godsend. The sunbeds were the comfiest ever and there are plenty of umbrellas to put up for shade. The outside seating area was wonderful to sit at each evening having pre going out drinks. It is just a 10 minute stroll into the old town so we never needed a taxi. We cannot recommend Serena Apartment enough, and we will definitely be booking it for our next stay in Kalkan. Debbie the owner was fantastic from start to finish with the booking process and the security deposit refunded just days after our return which we’ve never experienced before, we normally have to wait a couple of weeks! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we can’t wait to stay again in the future.

Lovely stay, would highly recommend!

We stayed at the apartment in May this year with our family including our 1 year old daughter, and we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Kalkan. It was a great location just a short walk into the main town (the quickest walk back is a steep hill but it’s not a long walk at all). We had everything we needed for our daughter including a cot and highchair which was a big plus. The facilities were great with plenty of sun beds and places to sit and eat both inside and outside, a lovely clean pool and all the kitchen utilities we needed for a few lunches. We hardly noticed any neighbours and felt like we were staying in our own villa which was brilliant for the price we paid. An Outstanding property not to be missed!

Book this as soon as possible. It is a real gem. We booked the duplex apartment for 1 week in July an from start to finish it was excellent. Debbie communicated well and answered all questions quickly and fully. We had a smooth arrival and we more than pleasantly surprised. Often the pictures do not reflect what you find but it was exactly as the pictures show. 3 double bedrooms with terraces which we only used for hanging clothes as upstairs was so wonderful. 3 bathrooms, all great and not issue. You do need to go downstairs to use the bathroom and so drying off is recommended. There is no access to the bathrooms without going through the apartment. We spent all our time outside, eating, swimming and relaxing. it is a close walk to shops, restaurants and the town. We have spent time in Kalkan and stayed in different hotels. This was a welcome change and we have already recommended it to friends.

Beautiful Kalkan apartment

We had a lovely week at Serena.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for a family. The outside space is generous with a lovely pool and extremely comfortable sunloungers!

The apartment is very well positioned with an excellent supermarket close by and yet close enough to walk to town but still be very quiet and relaxing.

The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms clean with good showers.

We hope to visit again next year.

We have visited Kalkan many times and rate Serena Apartment as one of the best places we’ve stayed.

It’s described as an apartment but it is extremely spacious with one of the biggest private pools available for an apartment.

It has a fully equipped kitchen – Love it when the kitchen has decent knives!

Welcome pack included, toiletries and pool towels too.

Mid week clean was brilliant.

The walk to Town is easy and mostly flat. Two new supermarkets only a 5 minute walk away.

Both Debbie (owner) and Jane (manager) were super helpful especially when BA cancelled our flight and we needed to stay an extra night.

Great place to stay.

This apartment is even better than the pictures. Lovely good sized pool. Very well equipped,spacious clean apartment. Nice cool downstairs bedrooms ,quiet for young children.

Near to shops and old town.

Jane and Lale homes were so helpful from choosing an apartment to the end of the holiday. Great transfers arranged by them.

The apartment was as described if not better. Very spacious and well equipped. Jane was really helpful from the start of booking right through the holiday. She arranged transfers which were excellent and was really helpful during our stay. Our party ranged from 8 months to 63 years old and this apartment and pool suited us all.

Wonderful Serena Ekin

We have just had 3 wonderful weeks in Serena Ekin and what a great time we had.

It is a beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly want. The bed in the main bedroom was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in and the showers were always hot and powerful.

The outside space and pool was a lovely place to spend a very hot day with comfortable furniture to sit on and soak up the sun with a good book and glass of chilled wine.

It’s location was spot on for the Kalamar road restaurants and the main town was just as accessible.

Jane & Mimi from Lale holidays were as usual just fantastic, always on hand for any queries or problems with nothing being too much trouble for them.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone it is spot on and ideal for couples like us or a family with children.

Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
