Villa Destiny has been designed to maximise outdoor living. The highlight is a 10m x 5m private infinity pool (1.65m depth) alongside a jacuzzi (the pool can be heated on request) Surrounding the pool are spacious terraces with 8 aluminium sun loungers, parasols, and coffee tables.

The alfresco dining terrace seats up to 10 guests in a shaded spot, while a stylish pergola with cushioned seating and coffee table provides the perfect retreat from the midday sun. Additional seating is available near the kitchen terrace, creating multiple spaces for families and friends to relax.

Elegant and Modern Interiors

Step inside and you’ll find a designer kitchen fitted with modern appliances, sleek granite worktops, and a dining area for eight. The stylish lounge offers comfortable sofas, IPTV with British channels, and a small library of books – ideal for winding down after a day in the sun.

A cloakroom is also conveniently located on this floor.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four spacious ensuite bedrooms:

Ground Floor

1 Super King Room with ensuite

1 Twin Room with ensuite (can be configured as a double upon request)
Both share a furnished terrace with cushioned chairs and a coffee table.

First Floor

Main living area with lounge, kitchen, cloakroom, pool and terrace access.

Second Floor

1 Super King Room with ensuite and private balcony (table & chairs).

1 King Room with ensuite and large balcony furnished with 2 sun loungers plus table & chairs.

Two fold-up beds with mattresses can also be added (except in the Twin Room) for an additional charge, making the villa suitable for larger families.

Villa Marvellous is a 5-bedroom villa set in a peaceful elevated location above Kalamar Bay, offering outstanding views from every level to the islands.The villa provides ample space for families or groups and is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride to town. Kalamar and Kulube Beach Clubs are within walking distance.

– Enter into a generous open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and exceptional views.

– Living room: large curved sofa, armchair, pouffe, coffee table and a large flat-screen TV with English channels.

– Kitchen: dishwasher, built-in microwave, gas hob with extractor, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, water cooler, kitchen island and dining table for 10.

– One double bedroom with en-suite shower, twin basins, built-in wardrobes and wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors open to the pool terrace with stunning bay views.

– Guest WC and a utility room with washing machine under the stairs.

First floor

– Three bedrooms:

– Double with en-suite (bath, twin basins, separate shower), dressing table, walk-in wardrobe, wall-mounted TV and sliding doors to the full-width shared balcony (two chairs and a small table).

– Twin bedroom accessed across the atrium with built-in seating and a separate utility room (washing machine, ironing board, iron).
