Set across multiple levels, this private pool villa combines bright, contemporary interiors with expansive outdoor areas, including a large pool with jacuzzi section, a lawned garden, and multiple terraces for dining and relaxing. All six bedrooms are en-suite, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of up to 12 guests looking for comfort and privacy. 

 

Location – Ortaalan, Walk to Town 

Located in the popular Ortaalan area of Kalkan, Villa Lion offers a great balance of convenience and a slightly elevated, peaceful setting. 

Kalkan’s Old Town, harbour, restaurants, and shops can be reached in around a 10-minute walk, making this a great option for those looking for a walk-to-town villa in Kalkan. The nearest supermarket (Migros) is also within easy walking distance, and a selection of beach clubs can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride.

The villa is arranged over multiple levels, offering a generous sense of space throughout. All rooms, including the bedrooms, are notably large, with plenty of natural light and a bright, airy feel.

Exceptional apartment!

This apartment was exceptional. The sea view just can’t be captured on camera. The rooms are spacious and beautifully clean and the kids loved the pool. We walked into the old town every day with a 12 minute walk (top tip…cut across the playground at the end of the road to avoid the steep steps/hill). The supermarket is just around the corner. Jane was great, giving us all the information well before we departed for Turkey and the owner’s son was there to greet us and help us with our bags even though we arrived after midnight! I’d highly recommend this apartment to everyone. One thing to pack in your suitcase though is a tea towel if you plan on using the kitchen.

Idyllic apartment in the Old Town, Kalkan

The Cennet apartment is a beautiful, stylish 2 bed apartment situated within 5 minutes walk of the bars and restaurants of the Old Town but just far away enough to ensure peace and tranquility. With a sea view, pretty gardens and a large pool it was perfect. We have stayed here 3 times now and are always delighted with the accommodation. It has been beautifully decorated throughout with gorgeous little touches which provide a luxurious feel. We will be back!

As regular visitors to Kalkan, we can confidently say that your apartment “Cennet” is one of the best we’ve stayed in.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location is incredibly convenient, allowing us to walk everywhere. Your apartment provided the perfect place to kick back, relax and unwind.

The thoughtful attention to detail and comfort made it feel like a true home from home. The added bonus of being just a 5 minute walk to town, with an abundance of bars and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you for being such warm and welcoming hosts. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and our holiday.

Well appointed quirky apartment with all the essentials. It was great to be able to open the patio doors and have the swimming pool right there.

The welcome pack was a generous bonus. Although the apartment is well located at the top of the old town, for us the hill was too steep to walk back from the centre which meant taxis back.

All in all, would definitely recommend.

An immaculately newly refurbished three-bedroom villa in the Kalamar Bay area. This stylish property is only a short walk to the beach clubs in Kalamar Bay as well as the restaurants and supermarkets on the ‘Kalamar Road’.

Ground floor:

The entrance hall has a small ‘snug’ or TV room with a PS4 (with games) and smart TV provided for guests’ use, plus a sofa that can be made up as a large single bed to accommodate a 7th guest on request. On the other side of the hallway is a separate shower room with WC and basin. 

Past the staircase are a couple of steps down to the open plan living area. This is furnished with an L-shaped sofa and another small sofa placed around a coffee table. A wall mounted Smart TV is provided with English channels and Netflix (via your own account).

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, conduction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, wine cooler, ice machine, water cooler, toaster and kettle.  

Sliding doors from the kitchen and living area provide access to the pool terrace.

A washing machine can be found beneath the stairs, together with an ironing board and iron for guests’ use.

First floor:

There are three double bedrooms on this floor. 

The first double room at the front of the property has a Juliette balcony with floor to ceiling wardrobes and a chest of drawers with mirror and stool. This room has lovely views across Kalamar Bay to the islands beyond and it shares a large family shower room with a ceramic basin and WC.

The second double bedroom is at the rear of the property with views of the tree-lined street below.  This bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and small decorative padded stool and shares the above-mentioned shower room across the landing.

The master bedroom on this level has sliding doors to a large covered balcony furnished with two armchairs and a small wooden coffee table; the perfect spot from which to enjoy the panoramic views of the bay below and the surrounding mountains.  The bedroom is furnished with an open frame wardrobe and a chaise longue at the end of the king-sized bed.  The en-suite shower room has a ceramic basin and WC.

Outside the villa:

There are 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols by the infinity-edged pool that has a shallow end with steps for access.  There is also a covered seating area with a sofa and two arm-chairs set around a coffee table in which to relax and enjoy the views, together with a swing seat.

To the side of the villa is a marble topped dining table to seat 6 guests and a built in BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.

Points to note:

  • WiFi is provided for guests’ use
  • A welcome pack is provided on arrival
  • Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
  • Pool dimensions are approximately 5 metres x 3 metres (with shallow end)
  • The 7th guest (if applicable) will be accommodated on the large single sofa bed in the ground floor ‘snug’
  • Pool heating is available at this villa at an extra cost of £150 per week. This needs to be pre-booked with at least 7 days’ notice
  • Weekly cleans and linen changes are provided (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
  • Off road parking is provided adjacent to the villa

– Landing includes a desk and swivel office chair.

Second floor

– Top-floor double under the eaves with en-suite shower. Glass doors lead to the roof terrace.

– Separate landing access to the roof terrace without passing through the bedroom.

– Roof terrace: large Jacuzzi, 4 sun loungers, dining table with 4 chairs and panoramic views.

Outside

– Large freshwater pool (shallow lounging area with immersed stools by a sunken pool bar with fridge and sink; integral Jacuzzi at the far end). Sun loungers and parasols around the pool.

– Side dining table seating 8, built-in BBQ, outside sink/food prep area, plus a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table with mountain and sea views.

– Table tennis at the rear for active guests.
