Apartment Ortada is a bright and airy, modern duplex apartment with its own private pool and two outdoor terraces.  The main ground floor pool terrace is south facing and enjoys all day sun, whilst the lower ground shady garden courtyard provides a welcoming escape from the summer heat.

 

The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor and opens to a very bright and spacious open plan living area with a well-stocked modern kitchen with water cooler and Nespresso coffee machine, indoor dining area and airy living space housing an ample L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, TV with UK channels and Bluetooth speaker.  Two large sets of patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace and outside dining area.  A BBQ, adjustable shade and comfy sun-loungers complete the picture. 

The two light and generous bedrooms are on the lower level and both open out onto the downstairs garden courtyard.  This is also equipped with outdoor furniture and a table tennis table for entertainment. 

The master bedroom has a large double bed, air conditioning, ample storage for clothes and an ensuite shower room. 

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and air conditioning and a shower room with sink and WC is immediately opposite. 

A laundry room is also located on this level, equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Begonvil 3 Apartment has the best position in the building – on the top floor, where you can take in the fantastic sea views from both the ground floor balcony, and the roof terrace on the top floor! It is slightly elevated, so you get the panoramic views across the entire bay, yet it is within VERY easy walking distance of the Old Town

Entrance floor:

On entering the apartment there is a bright and airy kitchen and living area. The kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped, with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. Double patio doors lead off the spacious living area out onto a large dining balcony with new pergola.

On this floor there is also a double bedroom which also has access out onto the balcony. There is a utility area and a newly refurbished family bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

First Floor

A flight of stairs leads up the top level of the apartment. Here there is a lovely twin bedroom, hallway and newly refurbished bathroom with shower, sink and WC. A door leads out onto the private roof terrace.

Outside areas:

Begonvil 3 has several different outside areas, meaning there is always somewhere to escape to with a glass of wine and a good book! In front of the entrance to the apartment, there is a stylish built in seating area with table.

There is a large balcony leading off the living area and also a roof terrace at the top of the apartment, furnished with sun-loungers and a bistro table with chairs. The roof terrace is very secluded and the ideal place to sunbathe.

Set in a block of just three apartments, the apartment also has access to the communal pool and gardens.

The apartment is ideal either for couples or a small family.

The house is exactly as on photos, even better!

The kitchen is fully renovated and now there is the dishwasher.

Jane and all the team are very pleasant and helpful. Always ready to solve any problem.

The apartment is very stylish and comfy, and very well maintained. Cleaning is very good. The view from the balconies is awesome. The noise from the road is very very low and will not bother you. Supermarkets, old city and Kalkan beach are very close to the apt.

The house is great and worth the money.

We can highly recommend it.

Our staying was really good and pleasure!

We spent 18 days there.

The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.

House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.

We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)

Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.

So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.

Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

That was fantastic! I have a very great experience with holiday rentals staying.

We had cleaning every Monday and Janes team was making a great job!

Melissa Apartment is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom duplex apartment with it’s own swimming pool and private roof terrace- making it feel more like a villa, but with the price tag of an apartment! Located close to the Thursday market, the apartment is within easy walking distance of all amenities and just a five minute walk to the centre of Kalkan.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor of the apartment there is a spacious master bedroom which has double doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The room is light and airy, air conditioned and is furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinets, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, shower enclosure and sink unit.

First Floor:

A flight of stairs leads up to the living area and the twin bedroom. This twin bedroom is also air conditioned and furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. A side balcony offers sea views. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower unit, WC and sink. The open plan living area on this level is a good size, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and seating area with L-shaped sofa. Leading off the lounge is a covered balcony with dining table and chairs- the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the shade.

Outside areas:

Stairs lead from the first floor up to the roof level. Here there is a utility room with washing machine. A door leads out onto the private roof terrace from which there are spectacular sea and mountain views. A pergola gives shade throughout the day- making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the views day or night.

Outside, the apartment has it’s own 7m x 4m private pool, surrounded by sunbathing terraces and pretty gardens. The terrace is equipped with 4 rattan sun loungers and a gas BBQ is provided for guests. The apartment is accessed off the main road through a gated entrance and down a small flight of steps- making the outside spaces very secure and private.

Outside Area:

As well as the apartment’s own private balconies and roof terrace, guests’ at Sahane also have use of a beautiful shared pool and terrace. This is shared with two other (smaller) apartments and the terrace is furnished with sunloungers and parasols. The pool area benefits from all day sunshine.

The surrounding communal gardens are beautifully maintained and feature well tended cascading bougainvillea, banana trees and hibiscus.

We’ve bene coming to Kalkan for 17 years on and off, but this is the nicest place we’ve stayed.

The roof terrace is just incredible, with the best views in Kalkan, and the complex is a very short walk into the town centre.

The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, with everything you need.

Villa Fosa is a wonderful family villa offering a large private swimming pool, beautiful gardens and stunning sea views. Located between Kalkan and Kalamar Bays, the villa has many amenities within easy walking distance.

Ground floor:

Inside the villa is designed for easy summer living, with the open plan design on the ground floor making use of large French windows that open out onto the swimming pool terrace and an ‘al fresco’ dining area for eight people. The large kitchen features an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Magimix Nespresso machine, while the washing machine is located under the stairs together with an iron and ironing board. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The indoor dining area has a wooden table and six chairs, while the living room features two comfortable cream armchairs, together with a sofa bed, new flat screen 50 inch HD television and Blu-ray player and Amazon Firestick.  Pretty, traditional style lighting throughout the ground floor together with handmade wooden cupboards all add to the quality and beautiful style of the property.

First floor:

On the first floor you will find one large bedroom with a super-king size bed, wooden furnishings and lovely en-suite shower room finished in cream and stone tiles, together with the pretty en-suite twin bedded room, which is also furnished in wood. Both have large glass doors that open out onto a wonderfully spacious balcony with wooden seats and sun loungers to enjoy the views.

Second floor:

On the second floor is the luxurious Master Suite, which features a super-king size bed and private shower room, together with a lovely roof terrace with iron sofas on which to relax with a book or a drink at the end of the day. The views from the Master Suite are spectacular and it’s the perfect location for enjoying some star gazing.

Whichever room you stay in, you will wake up in the morning and open your curtains to stunning views of the Mediterranean and the towering Taurus mountains that form the backdrop to Kalkan.

In addition, we offer rental of a full range of baby/child equipment including a BT baby monitor, Baby Bjorn potty, Phil & Ted’s travel cot, high chair, etc – please ask us about prices for your requirements. The villa also has a range of children’s books and family games.

Outdoor areas:

Outside the villa, guests can enjoy a lovely private swimming pool with built in steps offering easy access to the water. Pink and white oleanders together with large pot plants surround the pool area, creating a wonderful holiday escape.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Fossa. A beautiful villa with everything we needed. We loved the pool and the extra shaded seating area with hammocks. Lots of lovely restaurants and places to drink just a short walk away or about a 20min walk down the hill to old Kalkan town. We took a taxi back to the villa costing around £3.50 after an evening out. Villa was clean and tidy with lots of storage. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All round a fantastic stay and we will definitely return.

Villa Fosa, had everything you needed to enjoy a lovely family holiday in Kalkan. A great location with lovely relaxing views from all balconies, especially the top balcony.

The villa is in a great location with bars and restaurants nearby. Also, near several Migros’s.

It was walking distance to the Town, which was a 15 minute enjoyable stroll.

We recently spent 3 weeks in Villa Fosa.

Everything was perfect. Everything we needed was supplied.

The villa itself was lovely and was kept very clean.

The terrace and pool area was very spacious and we spent many hours on the roof top terrace taking in the amazing views.

The location of the villa was perfect with many fabulous restaurants and well stocked supermarkets in the vicinity and the town was also just a short walk away.

We would thoroughly recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again.

You need to be fit and able as it’s a good 15/20 minutes walk down to Kalkan which is very hilly and uneven pavements.

On the plus side it has stunning views.

Villa Ocean Pearl is a truly stunning five bed, five bath 5 star luxury villa (sleeping up to 12 guests) The villa offers superb amenities, cool contemporary accommodation, and two swimming pools with unique waterfall features, plus many extra amenities – overall, this property has some serious ‘wow’ factor!

The villa is super contemporary in style, and has been very tastefully furnished and decorated. It offers spacious accommodation (370 sq feet in total) for guests throughout, and will sleep up to 12 guests (one of the lower floor bedrooms can be used as a family room, or for groups of older children/teenagers etc if required) All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms/bathrooms. There are top quality inverter air conditioning units in all main rooms and bedrooms for your comfort.

For larger groups, the outside areas are perfect too, with sunbathing terraces and dining and seating areas on the ground and lower floors, next to the two pools, plus all bedrooms on the upper levels have their own private balconies.

This is a villa that you may not want to leave too often, as it has been designed to give guests a wonderful , enhanced all round holiday experience for all ages. Choose to swim in either of the two pools (both with stunning waterfall features) Pamper yourselves in the spa bathroom & sauna, and then finish off relaxing on one of the fabulous hot beds. For the more active guests, there is a small gym area, plus a table tennis table outside. On the lower floor of the villa is a separate media room, with TV, surround sound system, and PS4 (with it’s own kitchenette, so you don’t need to bring drinks etc from the kitchen!) There is even a bar area and pool table within the ground floor living space!

Set in an elevated, quiet location, with lovely ocean and mountain views, the villa is in a brilliant position, just an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre, & another 5 minutes to Kalkan’s beautiful Old Town, with its amazing choice of restaurants, cafes and bars, and lovely boutique shops. (NB during the hotter months in the season, you may prefer to take a taxi back up to the villa)

 

Ground floor:

Large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that run the full width of the property create an almost seamless connection between inside and out, and effectively extend the inside living area to include the swimming pool terrace and connect everyone, whether chilling out inside or enjoying the sunshine or a shady spot outside.

The open plan living area has a large modern kitchen which flows into the lounge and dining area. This includes a stunning 30 foot atrium looking out onto the waterfall feature and main infinity pool. It allows light to flood in and makes the most of the incredible ocean and hillside views. It also has a bar area with a specially-commissioned white pool table (with marble playing surface under blue baize) complete with Swiss made pool balls to give a great playing experience.

The large glass sliding doors open onto the fabulous infinity pool area and garden with beautiful colourful flower beds, an outside shower, BBQ and further dining table with seating for 10 under a shaded canopy, There are ample sun loungers, parasols, plus a sofa and two chairs with a coffee table which seat 5; all perfect for enjoying the magnificent views and sunsets whilst enjoying alfresco dining, a dip in the pool or a game of table tennis. A Yamaha amplifier with B & W HiFi speaker system has been installed around the main pool and pool table area. This has iPod connectivity which creates superb quality music even at low volumes.

The fully equipped kitchen has a built in oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, lots of cupboard space and also has a balcony with sea views and overlooks the pools.

The dining area has a large table and chairs with seating for 10 and is set in a spectacular 30 foot atrium with floor to ceiling windows, a beautiful modern chandelier above and stunning ocean views overlooking the main infinity pool area and ocean views.

The beautiful lounge has a large sofa, two arm chairs, coffee table, sideboard and large TV; perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views.

The second Pool / Garden Area – this area has a further sofa, two chairs and a coffee table seating 5, a further 3 sun loungers, parasols, an outside shower and a beautifully planted area. Access is via the Spa area via two large sliding glass double doors.

A 65″ Samsung ultra high definition 4K TV with JBL 610 5.1 surround sound system and a Denon BT550 amplifier

Bespoke comfy cushioned seating area which can convert into two single beds creating a fun sleeping option for older children.

Turkish Delight Suite – Master Bedroom 1 (Sleeps up to 4): A spectacular very spacious master suite with a super king bed, two bedside units, a large dressing table and chair, very large wardrobes, TV and seating area, two arm chairs and coffee table, plus two sofas, each of which can convert into a single bed, so this bedroom can sleep up to 4. This amazing bedroom opens up onto the pool/garden area through two sets of glass sliding doors which let light flood in.

En-suite Bathroom 1 – is a very large en-suite with a huge shower, sink, triple vanity unit and toilet.

Spa Area – this beautiful area with turkish tiling includes gym equipment, a sauna and two enticing heated beds, and is perfect for when you want to work off those extra pounds from all the wonderful holiday food, wish to relax and sooth any aches from all that exercise or simply wish to chill out! The second pool/garden area is accessed via here through a set of glass double sliding doors.

Ocean Pearl Suite – Master Bedroom 2: This very large dazzling second master includes a super king bed, two bedside units, large dressing table and chair, very large wardrobes and sofa.  A set of three large floor to ceiling double sliding doors open up onto the pool/garden area.

Master Bathroom 2 – This Luxurious and decadent Master Bathroom has double frosted glass doors. It has an extra large couples bath, large massage shower, double sinks with six vanity units underneath and an extra huge full wall length mirror. It also has a separate toilet within the bathroom with a further sink and vanity unit.

We have just come back (as a group of 7 adults) from visiting Villa Ocean Pearl.

We cannot recommend this beautiful villa enough! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was a 5* luxury experience and we didn’t want to leave! The villa is finished to such a high spec and has all the facilities you could possibly want for a fun filled holiday.

Julie and Darrell were aware we were coming to Kalkan to celebrate a special birthday and went above and beyond with all the extra touches.

We booked the villa via Facebook and were assisted every step of the way with our holiday. We had transfers, boat trips and a full guide provided for us as well as a list of all the best restaurants, bars and beach clubs.

The villa is extremely spacious and in an ideal location. We cannot wait to visit again!

We all had a great week staying here and have memories to cherish forever.

Built in the style of a traditional stone village home, Moonlight Garden Villa offers a very special experience in Kalkan. A lovely, tranquil villa with a wonderful private 10m swimming pool, olive trees, hibiscus, orange and lemon trees in the garden, A stylish home from home with plenty of space for outside living. Set in a peaceful location, with views of Kalamar Bay from the bedroom and roof terrace, large wooden gates and stone walls provide a private escape, perfect for couples or small families.

Ground floor:

Inside the property, on the ground floor you will find an open plan living/kitchen area which has been completely refurbished. Travertine flooring helps keep the villa cool in summer, while the comfortable large corner sofa is perfect for relaxing and watching TV (Amazon Firestick and English channels) or a DVD, or listening to music. The new kitchen has been fitted with a Siemens oven and ceramic hob, and you’ll also find a microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. There’s a small dining table with two wooden chairs in case you wish to eat inside. Leading off the living area you’ll also find a new shower room, with rainfall shower, toilet and sink.

First floor:

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large hand-made wooden wardrobe, and has patio doors that open on to a small balcony. The second bedroom is smaller and has two single beds. Both bedrooms have wooden floors and have hand-picked furnishings. The shower room is also on this floor, finished in travertine and with a rainfall shower.

Outdoor areas:

The villa has a lovely al fresco dining area at the front, with Weber barbecue and wrought iron table with travertine top and four chairs. There is also an informal lunch area with designer-styled wooden chairs and table set underneath a shady tree, while the roof terrace or extensive pool terraces are perfect for sun worshippers. Sun loungers surrounded the large 10m long private swimming pool.

On the roof terrace you will find a large day bed for sunbathing, together with two individual sun loungers, small fridge and fairy lights. The roof terrace has been newly tiled and offers beautiful views down to Kalamar Bay.

The villa is a 5 minute walk to the seafront in Kalamar Bay, where there is a beachclub with watersports. The nearest amenities such as a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, are also just a few minute’s walk away. It is roughly a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan, or taxis are readily available and good value.

We had a really nice stay at the villa. It was clean, well equipped and in a great location.

We mainly used the fantastic roof terrace for sun bathing, but the pool was also great to cool off in.

We had a few minor issues, which were sorted out quickly with the owners – who were kind and responsive.

If I was being critical, I’d say the garden needs a little bit of attention & tidying, but this is easily done – and it certainly wouldn’t stop me recommending this place.

What really makes it special is the outdoor space and pool.

The garden is a delight with plenty of comfortable seating in sun or shade.

Pool area is really private and days spent there so relaxing.

A sun-downer or late-night tipple whilst lounging on the day bed on the amazing roof terrace also hard to beat.

Villa well located with some nice places to eat and drink nearby.

We enjoyed the 15 minute walk into Kalkan and it’s a cheap and easy taxi back.

This place has it all!

We have stayed in quite a few villas in a number of countries.

We have enjoyed them all, some more than others, but have never returned to any of them because there was always something that we didn’t like.

This place has it all, so much so that we booked for next year before we even left.

The villa is lovely, very clean and very comfortable, especially the bed.

The kitchen area is small and there is no oven or grill but we really didn’t find it a problem.

We had breakfast and lunch at home most days and cooked dinner on the bbq one night. Apparently the bbq can be used as an oven but we didn’t try that.

Most importantly the outdoor space is fantastic.

There is a good sized dining table right outside the living room and another seating area nearby.

The pool is lovely and the loungers are very comfortable.

When the suns leaves the pool you can move up to the gorgeous roof terrace and get the sun for another hour or so.

What made a huge difference for us was being able to walk to everything you need.

Despite the fact that it is lovely and peaceful in and around the villa there are 8 restaurants, 2 minimarts & a Turkish bath within 5 minutes walk.

You definitely don’t need a car if you are staying here.

A lot of the restaurants and some of the supermarkets even deliver if you can’t be bothered heading out.

To get to the market or into the old town is a 20 minute walk downhill pretty much all the way.

In the town you have literally hundreds of restaurants to choose from and it’s a really nice place to wander.

We always got a taxi back from the town which is really easy and costs about £3, but you can walk back up the hill if you like. There are plenty places to stop for refreshment on the way.

The owners are really helpful and arranged airport transport and a lovely welcome pack for us.

There is lots of usual info in the folders in the villa.

Personally we would recommend visiting the Thursday market and make sure you don’t miss the food section which is up the hill from the main drag. There are great fruit and veg stalls and another stall which sells amazing homemade cheese and yoghurt.

We also made the trip to Patara to see the ruins and the beach

Not much I can add to previous reviews I have left on this wonderful, relaxing villa. Suffice to say this is our fifth visit to the same villa, and that is something we vary rarely do.

It draws like a magnet, the pool and garden (where you spend most of your time) are magnificent, so quiet and private.

Kalkan as a town can’t be beaten either, the restaurants and shops are all top quality, but at the same time reasonably priced.

Have recently returned from a lovely stay at Villa Aysigi; the pool and gardens are beautiful and the house is also lovely.

It was perfect for a family of four, though it’s good to be aware that the twin bedroom is small (though very comfortable).

The small kitchen area has everything you need, including an oven and washing machine.

You can walk from the Villa to a Carrefour supermarket at the top of the road and lots of other local shops and restaurants.

The centre of Kalkan is a short drive away, as are the beach clubs.

From Kalkan there are lots of places to visit; Patara and Kaputas beaches, ancient ruins, Kas, Olympos, Saklikent Gorge, etc.

We rented a car to make these trips but you can also book tours.

Overall a great holiday and would love to return to Villa Aysigi one day.

We stayed here for a week and I cannot recommend it enough. The Villa is beautiful, clean and private. We had the best time.

One of the biggest standouts for us was the impeccable service we received from Jane and her colleagues – genuinely the best customer service we have EVER received. They should be used as examples in customer service/hospitality training, they were that good.

Extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Words cannot describe how amazing they are.

The Villa itself is beautiful – the pool is lovely and not overlooked. The gardens are beautiful. Super comfortable beds too. The top terrace is gorgeous for stargazing!

So many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and an amazing beach club (Kalamar beach club – definite MUST!).

Cannot recommend this place enough – especially with the level of service we received from the hosts.

We will definitely be back!

Hulya Evi is a modern 2 bed, 2 bath maisonette/duplex apartment, located in a quiet neighbourhood of Kalkan. There is a private pool, stunning sea views and nearby amenities. The villa is a maisonette type house, set on two levels and provides all the facilities for a family or party of up to 4 people. The property is accessed from the main road via a staircase, which leads to the pool level.

Entrance:

The main entrance is on the ground level which leads into an open plan space with modern lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with island and bar stools.  The kitchen includes oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle.  Large french doors open to the pool terrace, outside dining area and the external staircase to the side of the building which leads to a superb private terrace from where guests can enjoy and take in the stunning sunsets. 

First Floor:

The interior staircase, at the back of the lounge area, leads to the upper floor with 2 air conditioned bedrooms, both with private front balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay and offer exceptional views.  The twin bedroom has an adjacent private bathroom and the double bedroom has en suite facilities.

Outside Areas:

The pool extends along the entire front of the villa and is surrounded by sunny terraces offering sun beds and umbrellas and partial views of the bay.

4 girlfriends stayed in this house. The house is as beautiful as it appears in the photos.

We left this trip very happy and I’m glad we came to this house.

The proximity to the sea and the market was within walking distance.

Inside the house, it’s beautifully designed.

There was basic food left for us in the fridge.

The pool is nice and ideal in size, it is good in terms of hygiene every morning as well.

The house is very close to the beaches, walking distance.

The view from the pool and the balconies of the rooms is very nice.
