Location

Villa Bahçe is located in Ortaalan, one of Kalkan’s most established and sought-after residential areas. Elevated above the town, the villa enjoys wide sea views and cooling summer breezes, while remaining conveniently close to Kalkan Old Town, the harbour, restaurants and shops.

The centre of Kalkan can be reached in approximately 15 minutes on foot, largely downhill, making Villa Bahçe a good option for guests seeking a walk-to-town villa without being right in the centre. The setting is peaceful and residential, offering privacy and a relaxed atmosphere away from late-night noise.

The Accommodation

Villa Bahçe is arranged over three levels and sleeps up to six guests in three spacious en-suite bedrooms. The accommodation has the benefit of being super flexible  – all bedrooms can be configured as either super-king or twin beds, offering excellent flexibility for couples travelling together, families with children or groups of friends. Throughout the villa, the recent renovation is evident in the high-quality finishes, custom marble bathrooms and comfort-focused details, including non-slip marble flooring and heat resistant glass windows designed to keep the villa cooler in summer and warmer in the cooler months.

Ground Floor – Living Space & Pool-Level Bedroom

The ground floor opens into a bright, open-plan living and dining area, designed for relaxed holiday living. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space while framing views across the bay.

The living area has two sofas and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table, plus a wall mounted Smart TV that has a firestick giving guests access to Netflix and many other channels.

 

 

The fully integrated kitchen is finished to a high standard and includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and water cooler. It also has a central island that works particularly well as a sociable gathering point or casual dining area, especially for families.

This level also includes a guest WC and a separate laundry area with a large-capacity washing machine, ideal for longer stays.

Bedroom 1 – Pool-Level En-Suite Bedroom
Located on the ground floor, this bedroom offers direct access to the pool terrace and garden, making it particularly suitable for guests who prefer fewer stairs or for families with younger children. The room can be configured as a super-king or twin beds and features a beautifully finished en-suite marble bathroom with rainfall, hand and foot showers.

First Floor – Master Suite & Guest Bedroom with Sea Views

The first floor is home to two generously sized en-suite bedrooms, both enjoying sea views across Kalkan Bay and access to a spacious shared terrace.

Master Bedroom – En-Suite with Private Terrace
The master bedroom is especially well appointed, featuring a luxury marble en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a choice of rainfall, hand and foot showers. The bedroom opens onto its own private terrace with seating, providing a peaceful spot for morning coffee or quiet evenings overlooking the bay. There is also a safe for your valuables in this room

Bedroom 3 – En-Suite with Shared Terrace Access
The third bedroom is equally flexible, configurable as either a super-king or twin beds, and benefits from a stylish en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large first-floor terrace shared with the master bedroom.

Both first-floor bedrooms are finished with luxury pillow-top mattresses and high-quality Soak & Sleep bedding, including 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton bed linen, Supima cotton towels and a selection of pillow firmnesses to suit individual preferences.

Top Floor – Roof Sun Terrace

At the top of the villa, the roof sun terrace is one of Villa Bahçe’s standout features. Furnished with sun loungers and a comfortable seating area, this elevated space enjoys panoramic views across Kalkan Bay and captures the last of the evening sun. It is an ideal setting for sunset drinks, relaxed conversation or simply unwinding at the end of the day.

 

Outside Space

Thanks to its corner-plot position, Villa Bahçe enjoys particularly generous outdoor space for a villa of this size. The private swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 4m with Roman steps with safety handrail for easy access, and a maximum depth of around 1.5m, making it suitable for both adults and children. The pool can be accessed safely from all sides, with no sheer drops, and is surrounded by spacious sun terraces offering both sunny and shaded areas.

The mature garden adds privacy and a distinctly Mediterranean feel, while the multiple terrace levels allow guests to enjoy different outdoor spaces throughout the day, whether relaxing by the pool, dining outdoors or enjoying sunset views from above.

Access to the villa – there is an off-road parking space at the front of the villa. From this, there are gated steps which lead down through a charming front garden filled with a variety of plants and trees to the front door. 

 

Accommodation 

The accommodation is laid out as follows: 

 

Ground floor (entrance level)  

The front door of Villa Jibreel opens directly into a welcoming hallway and lounge area. To the right, the stylish lounge features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that frame the sea views and fill the space with natural light. Comfortably furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, and a pouffe, it’s a perfect space to relax. 

 

Entertainment is taken care of with a 4K smart TV equipped with a Firestick, giving guests access to international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. A small balcony off the front of the lounge provides a charming spot to enjoy a morning coffee at the bistro-style table and chairs. 

 

To the side, another set of sliding doors leads out to the spacious dining terrace, where a large marble-topped table seats 10 guests—ideal for al fresco dining with a view.  Shade is provided for this area by the pergola above the dining terrace.  

 

A convenient WC with sink is also located just off the lounge area. 

 

The separate kitchen, located behind the lounge/hallway, also opens onto the dining terrace through French windows. Modern and fully equipped, it includes a large fridge-freezer, oven & hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an espresso coffee machine—everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. 

 

From the hallway, steps lead down to the lower pool level, and also up to the first floor accommodation 

 

Pool level accommodation 

A corridor on this level features useful storage cupboards and a modern family shower room, shared by both bedrooms. A side door from the corridor also provides direct access to the side pool terrace. 

Double Bedroom 

The largest bedroom in the villa, this spacious room features a king-size bed with a padded headboard, bedside tables, a double wardrobe, and a vanity unit with an LED-lit mirror. A small desk offers a quiet workspace, ideal for guests who may need to work during their stay. Above the desk is a 4K Smart TV with Firestick, providing access to international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. Double sliding glass doors on two sides open directly onto the pool terrace, blending indoor comfort with outdoor living. 

 

Twin/King Bedroom 

This flexible room includes twin single beds that can be configured as a king-size bed upon request. Furnished with a double wardrobe, bedside table, and vanity unit, the room also features large sliding glass doors that lead straight onto the pool terrace 

 

First Floor Accommodation 

Master Bedroom 

This elegant room features a double bed with a padded headboard, bedside tables, a triple wardrobe with integrated vanity unit and mirror, and an armchair. The en-suite shower room adds to the comfort and privacy. Step out onto the private balcony, complete with a bistro-style table and chairs, and enjoy stunning sea views. 

 

Double Bedroom 

Furnished with a double bed, padded headboard, bedside tables, a double wardrobe & vanity unit, this bedroom also benefits from a private en-suite bathroom. The room opens onto a private balcony with sea views, furnished with a bistro table and chairs. A large jeweller-style safe is securely located in this room. 

 

Stairs lead up from the first floor to the top floor 

 

Kitchenette & Laundry Area 

This level features a convenient kitchenette with an under-counter fridge—perfect for keeping drinks chilled for sunset drinks on the roof terrace. A washing machine and drying rack are also located here for guest use. 

 

Twin Bedroom 

The twin bedroom on this level is bright and welcoming, furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, and built-in sliding cupborads. A large picture window offers wonderful views across Kalamar Bay (NB – the window includes a child-safety feature for added peace of mind) 

 

Shower room 

There is a shower room located next to the twin bedroom 

 

Roof Terrace 

Accessed via a door from the kitchenette, the roof terrace is a true highlight of the villa. Enjoy panoramic sea views from the comfort of a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table, shaded by a stylish pergola. There are also two sunbeds for lounging and a bistro-style table and chairs—perfect for evening drinks under the stars. 

 

 

 

 

Pool Terrace 

The spacious freshwater pool features a graduated depth and Roman steps in the corner, providing easy access for all ages. Around the pool, you’ll find 10 sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the sun, as well as a shaded lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table—ideal for relaxing out of the midday heat. Guests can enjoy a game of table football, refresh under the outdoor shower, or cook up a feast on the free standing BBQ. Pool heating*is also available, if required, during the cooler months ( * a separate charge applies for this) 

 

Traditional stone walls and pretty decorative panels provide a sense of privacy, while mature plants and trees in the surrounding flower beds add a lush, tranquil feel. Stone steps lead up from the pool terrace to the villa’s main entrance.

Villa Teshir, a beautifully presented detached 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom character stone villa with a large private pool, lush gardens and breath-taking sea and mountain views.   

Villa Teshir is on 2 levels and the stone floors inside and out give it a charm of its own. 

Please note: 

The property is undergoing renovations this winter, including new bathrooms, updated kitchen with island unit, renovated pool and new furniture throughout. All will be ready to take reservations from May 2025 and new photos will be available early Spring. 

 

Villa Teshir is set in the heart of Kalkan in the area knowns as Ortaalan and an easy flat walk of 10 minutes into town.  The property is situated well below the D400.  

The nearest supermarkets, Migros and Macro, are only a 5 minutes’ walk away.  

Whilst a car is not necessary, there is a private parking space available. 

Outside Areas: 

This lovely, detached villa has large spacious outdoor areas comprising of a large pool (6m x 5m) with Roman steps for easy access.   
There is a secluded garden with lemon and olive trees and a large veranda which runs the entire length of the villa. Here you will find a comfortable seating area comprising of sofas and easy chairs.   

The spacious terrace surrounding the pool has a dining area, 4 sun loungers and a built brick BBQ, all overlooking Kalkan Bay.  

Ground Floor:

The spacious ground floor comprises of a dining kitchen, lounge and cloakroom.  
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes all the usual modern appliances, a water cooler and a Nespresso coffee maker.  

From here, French doors lead directly to the pool terrace. 

The comfortable lounge has sofas, easy chairs and a coffee table. There is a 42-inch flat screen TV offering all the English channels you may require. 

There is direct access out to the veranda, shaded by olive trees from our garden below. 

 

First Floor: 

On the 1st floor there are 2 ensuite bedrooms, both with large, fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a 4 poster 6 ft king size bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. 

Both bedrooms have stunning sea views with shutters on the windows to keep you cool in the summer months.  

 

A “kosk” balcony with comfortable lounge seating, perfect for relaxing and looking out to sea or enjoying the twinkling lights of Kalkan in the evening.

A lovely apartment, which we have visited before and enjoyed. Jane and Elsie were really friendly and efficient in setting up the property rental, airport transfers and a rental car in Kalkan for us, all of which worked perfectly and enhanced our holiday.

As before, the villa was beautifully clean, well equipped and well presented. A great welcome pack too, and this was much appreciated as we arrived on a late flight and did not get to the property until gone midnight.

Hulya Evi also has a brilliant pool for a relatively small (2-bedroom) apartment.

Lale Homes were great every time we contacted them, always responding quickly and very helpfully. Knowing a property was managed by Lale would influence our choice of places to stay in the future – and we have no doubt we will be back in Kalkan again, after all, this was already our 9th visit!

The Kalkan Beach Club were great too, really friendly as well and the last water taxi across to the harbour really is a wonderful way to get into town for dinner.

Hard to pick a favourite restaurant as we have never had a disappointing meal in Kalkan.

Inside the house, it’s beautifully designed.

There was basic food left for us in the fridge.

The pool is nice and ideal in size, it is good in terms of hygiene every morning as well.

The house is very close to the beaches, walking distance.

The view from the pool and the balconies of the rooms is very nice.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes appliances such as a dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer, along with a convenient breakfast bar for casual meals. 

A guest WC is also located on this level. 

Large doors open onto a furnished balcony with sea views, providing a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the scenery. Exterior steps from this level lead down to the pool terrace below. 

Second Floor – Guest Bedrooms 

The second floor accommodates two beautifully presented en-suite bedrooms. 

  • A king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room
    • A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room

Both bedrooms feature private balconies furnished with table and chairs, offering lovely views across Kalkan and the bay. 

Ground Floor – Pool Level Bedrooms 

At pool terrace level, there are two additional en-suite bedrooms: 

  • A king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace
    • A double bedroom with en-suite shower room and terrace access

Also located on this level is the fifth bedroom, which has a double bed and en-suite shower room. This room is accessed separately from the pool terrace and offers additional privacy for guests. Please note that due to the separate entrance it may not be suitable for young children. 

A utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board is also situated on this floor. 

Two safes are provided within the villa for guests to store valuables securely. 

Roof Terrace – Panoramic Views & Jacuzzi 

The top level of the villa features a beautifully furnished roof terrace with panoramic sea views across Kalkan Bay. 

This impressive space includes comfortable seating areas and a Jacuzzi-style plunge pool, creating the perfect setting for sunset drinks while overlooking the bay. This elevated terrace offers a wonderful place to relax while taking in the sweeping views throughout the day.

Our staying was really good and pleasure!

We spent 18 days there.

The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.

House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.

We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)

Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.

So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.

Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

That was fantastic! I have a very great experience with holiday rentals staying.

We had cleaning every Monday and Janes team was making a great job!

The apartment is very stylish and comfy, and very well maintained. Cleaning is very good. The view from the balconies is awesome. The noise from the road is very very low and will not bother you. Supermarkets, old city and Kalkan beach are very close to the apt.

The apartment is great and worth the money.

Thank you for all the help Jane before we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed was at hand. Although we had some inclement weather the apartment provided us with everything we needed. We spend 3 weeks at the apartment sharing the first week with our two teenage granddaughters who enjoyed their stay. Without doubt the apartment provided very good value for money.

Olympos 9 is such a great place to stay. This was our second time and we were lucky enough to stay for over 3 weeks. We love it. Location, location, location. The views are amazing and the the spacious balcony is perfect any time of day. Add to this a well equipped kitchen, great shower, comfortable bed, smart TV if you can tear yourself away from the view. We will definitely return. Plus the team, which I’ve used for many years, provide great service from booking to departing nothing is too much trouble and their communication throughout, is always thorough, timely and accurate. Another great stay.

Fabulous property with fantastic views. Very quiet and so homely and tastefully decorated. Pool was clean and peaceful during our stay. Can’t think of anything that wasn’t there, plenty of crockery and glasses etc, even bags for life to carry your shopping! Jane was very helpful and any queries I had were responded to immediately. There was a very useful folder anyway with lots of information which was great. It was only a short 10 minute walk into town. We always had a taxi back at night once it got dark as the road wasn’t lit up enough for us but would be okay for some. Taxis were cheap and plentiful with a flat rate for a certain radius within the town so it was no bother. I would highly recommend this property

We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks at Olympos 9. The apartment is beautifully decorated inside, so many personal touches, it is like a home from home and was it was wonderful to return to after a day out.

It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even down to toilet rolls & kitchen towel and a lovely welcome pack was waiting for us upon our arrival.

The balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast every morning or a sundowner, overlooking the pool with a spectacular view of the bay.

For us, the location was perfect, easily accessible into town and only a short walk to Palm, Denizim(our personal favourite) & Zest beach clubs.

Jane & her team have provided exceptional customer service from the moment we booked, looking after our airport transfers, providing extensive information on Kalkan itself and making the whole process seamless.

We are already looking forward to returning next year!

Jane was a wonderful host. It was a perfect week and i couldn’t fault the experience and stay in any way. The apartment was exactly as the photos showed and we felt very comfortable, home and home. We’ve just got back from the most wonderful 9 nights staying at Jane and Lev’s apartment. Absolutely stunning location, the apartment was just perfect. Breathtaking views & loved the pool which we had to ourselves. Fully kitted out with everything you need & the welcome back of fresh bread, eggs, water, tea and coffee were a really lovely touch. The walk into Kalkan old town took about ten mins, cheap cab back. So many gorgeous restaurants, lovely shops and everyone was so friendly. The comms with Jane was first class. All the info provided was super helpful and she was very quick to respond, nothing was too much trouble. Cafe Leon in the old town is definitely worth a visit. They do amazing breakfast and coffees and the team are so efficient and friendly. We were lucky enough to bump into Jane and her husband Lev who are so lovely. They both made us feel so welcome and gave us lots of tips. We cannot thank you enough for making our holiday so special & will be back for sure!

Melissa Apartment is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom duplex apartment with it’s own swimming pool and private roof terrace- making it feel more like a villa, but with the price tag of an apartment! Located close to the Thursday market, the apartment is within easy walking distance of all amenities and just a five minute walk to the centre of Kalkan.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor of the apartment there is a spacious master bedroom which has double doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The room is light and airy, air conditioned and is furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinets, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, shower enclosure and sink unit.

First Floor:

A flight of stairs leads up to the living area and the twin bedroom. This twin bedroom is also air conditioned and furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. The open plan living area on this level is a good size, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and seating area with L-shaped sofa. Outside areas:

Stairs lead from the first floor up to the roof level. Here there is a utility room with washing machine. A door leads out onto the private roof terrace from which there are spectacular sea and mountain views. A pergola gives shade throughout the day- making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the views day or night.

Outside, the apartment has it’s own 7m x 4m private pool, surrounded by sunbathing terraces and pretty gardens. The terrace is equipped with 4 rattan sun loungers and a gas BBQ is provided for guests. The apartment is accessed off the main road through a gated entrance and down a small flight of steps- making the outside spaces very secure and private.

This apartment is a real gem of a place. It’s more like a villa than an apartment, it has so much room. It is beautifully kept with the pool and patio area cleaned everyday. The pool is a lovely size and very welcome on a hot day. Internally, the bedrooms are furnished with lovely comfortable beds and excellent showers with adequate room for clothes – the only thing missing for me in the bedroom was a chair to sit at the dressing table to do hair and makeup. We took one off the balcony so all was ok. Lovely sitting room with a great modern kitchen, only thing missing here for me was a microwave. On the few wet days we had takeaways delivered and they could have done with a boost in a microwave but it’s not a show stopper. We loved the upper terrace and spent many hours up there, the furniture is very comfortable and the views are fabulous. Again one thing I think would enhance this is a fridge to keep drinks and ice in instead of having to go down to the kitchen. Melissa is very well appointed to walk into town Migros is just down the road and the wonderful Coriander restaurant is also very nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone the owners are fantastic and a shout out to Jane and her staff who manage the villas. Oh and lastly the fresh bread that is delivered is a lovely touch. Thank you Sharon and Rami for allowing us to rent your beautiful apartment, we hope to be back in the future.

Melissa apartment is not an apartment, it’s a good sized semidetached villa. Great pool, loads of room on the many balconies. A little noisy at times as your close to the school. Overall a good stay. Would recommend Melissa apartment to anyone.

Great accommodation and good location, very clean and well equipped with everything you need.

Lots of outside sitting areas with good views and lovely pool.

It was one of the best vacation for our family.

Villa has a very good location: from each floor you have amazing sea views.

All the day long you can find places with shade. Pool is deep and clean.

Kitchen is fully equipped.

Beautiful apartment, conveniently located within the village, steps to a multitude of excellent restaurants and shops.

It was clean and beautifully laid out with a terrace and pool, all mod cons.

The hosts were lovely, helpful, and readily available to answer any questions.

A few thoughtful extras which were a nice surprise.

I was there with my two teenage children and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Would be happy to rebook.

Melissa Apartment: Everything seen in the advertisement about the house was exactly as described, even more.

When we entered the house, even something for breakfast was left for us, considering that we arrived by road after a long journey.

The views from the house were great, the cleaning of the house perfect and when we encountered any problem, it was resolved extremely fast.

For example, on the second day we entered the house, the water was cut off. Although the water in the tank was finished, Ramazan brought water in a tanker in a very short time, perhaps not taking an hour, and he solved our problem immediately.

There is a lot of thought and attention to detail, there was even a small portable cold box for snacks to take with you to the beach.

The size and depth of the swimming pool were good and it was extremely clean.

If I were to go to Kalkan again, I would definitely choose this place, which has excellent views, is perfectly maintained and a great location, and I would definitely recommend it to those who want to stay.

Sahane is a beautifully presented duplex apartment featuring a spectacular penthouse floor with private wraparound roof terrace. It enjoys an unrivalled location in Kalkan’s historic ‘Old Town’, only a genuine 2 min stroll to Kalkan’s restaurants, harbour and beach (no taxi’s needed).

The apartment offers panoramic sea views from every room, which all have private balconies from which to enjoy one of the best views in Kalkan. 

Ground floor:

The light and airy open plan lounge and dining area are tastefully decorated in a contemporary Turkish style and feature lounge and dining seating.  The lounge opens out onto a spacious balcony, furnished with table & chairs to allow guests to enjoy everything from an al fresco breakfast or that sundowner at the end of a hard day!  The well equipped kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer and electric water cooler. Smart TV, Firestick and Bluetooth Speakers.

A feature limestone archway leads to a spacious king size bedroom and a twin room – each of these have their own balconies.

The ground floor also features a spacious, fully tiled bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and WC.

First floor:

A solid antique marble staircase leads up to the Sahane’s penthouse king size master suite.  This exceptionally spacious suite style bedroom complete with seating area commands spectacular sea views. All beds have very comfortable ‘Dorma’ mattress toppers to ensure guest comfort. The en suite bathroom includes a walk in shower, WC, sink and mirror. The bathroom has been fully tiled in Turkish travertine.  The suite has its own private, extensive sun terrace which is furnished with sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs and private bbq.

Outside Area:

As well as the apartment’s own private balconies and roof terrace, guests’ at Sahane also have use of a beautiful shared pool and terrace. This is shared with two other (smaller) apartments and the terrace is furnished with sunloungers and parasols. The pool area benefits from all day sunshine.

The surrounding communal gardens are beautifully maintained and feature well tended cascading bougainvillea, banana trees and hibiscus.

The town beach and harbour area are within a few minutes’ walk and the old town’s shops, cafes and restaurants are a mere 2 minutes’ walk away.

Great Little holiday Hideout in a good Location!

Great little holiday hideout in a good location – very handy for the harbour, shopping and the old town. The apartment was nicely decorated and furnished – very comfortable! The kitchen whilst a tad on the small side (as in work space) was well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. For three of us this place was a good size – although the 3rd bedroom (which we didn’t use) is quite small with 2 beds in it. So whilst technically sleeps 6, my only watch out would be it might be a bit tight for six people. I’d imagine less of an issue for families or during summer months when you tend to spend less time in the accommodation. The internet connection was good and constant and having the firestick was a bonus for catching up on Christmas TV in the evenings. We’d highly recommend the apartment as well as Jane and her team who were very responsive to any questions we had ahead of our arrival and during our stay.

The Sahane apartment is perfectly placed for the old town restaurants, shops and beach. It is beautifully presented after having a ‘make over’ and suited 3 of us offering the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom must have one of the most incredible views from its gorgeous balcony. Perfect for having coffee or wine! We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and book again.

We’ve just returned from 8 days in the Sahane Apartment. We had a great time. It’s a really nice, well equipped apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town. We didn’t use the shared pool, but could’ve done, as there were plenty of sun beds. Instead, we spent most of our time on the balcony on the top floor. This has a couple of sun beds, and comfortable seating, perfect for taking in the stunning views over Kalkan bay. We’ve rented with Lale before – and, as usual, all dealings with Jane & Elsie were really easy, friendly and efficient.

Communication was prompt and Jane was able to answer all my questions leading up to our stay. Even arranged transport to and from the airport. The apartment was perfect for a family of 5. The views were stunning, a wonderful way to wake up in the morning looking out at sea. Just a few minutes walk we were in the centre of the huddle and bustle. We would love to return to Kalkan again, it was the most relaxing stay I’ve ever had on a holiday. The pool was never crowded, often had the place to ourselves.

Stayed at the Sahane Apartment for 8 nights in Sept 2024. Only two of us in the 3 bed apartment which was clean and spacious.

Stunning views of Kalkan Bay, good air conditioning and well equipped kitchen although a plug for the sink and some washing up liquid provided would have been useful.

Comfortable beds and living area and swimming pool and garden area were spotlessly clean and maintained.

Highly Recommended. Best restaurant during our stay was ARA Terrace Restaurant.

My partner and two teenagers stayed here for 10 days. The apartment was perfect and had everything you could possibly want on holiday.

The owner has taken a lot of thought and time to provide items such as, a water cooler, safety deposit box, good wifi, sound system where you can use your phone to play music, valuable air conditioning, beach towels, barbecue, clothes airers, washing machine etc.

The views and location could not be better, and with two balconies to choose from was wonderful.

The apartment was light and airy, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and during our stay the bedsheets and towels were changed.

We can not fault anything and would highly recommend staying here.

The management company, were brilliant and so helpful. They were very pro-active, and ensured we had all the information needed well in advance of our holiday, they arranged private airport transfers which was a godsend and a nice touch to start our holiday and when returning home.

A couple of times I had to contact Jane to obtain the key code and safe code as I had forgotten, and she was always available, extremely quick in responding and just lovely to correspond with.

Thank you for an amazing holiday, we will be back!! x

This is our 4th visit to Kalkan so its fair to say we know and love the area. This is however the first time we changed apartment location… and we are really glad we did! Firstly the views! I’m not sure they can be bettered in such a convenient location. It was great to get up early and watch the sunrise across the bay as the town comes to life. The location is probably as convenient as you can get… a short work to town, the beach and the water taxis… and the apartment itself is great. Just right for 2 adults and 2 children… enough space so you don’t murder each other… but homely too and well equipped for those days you don’t want to eat out and just want to watch a family film or lay by the pool.

A word to the management team at Lale Homes. Our stay wasn’t without incident… nothing to do with the property I may add… but we all suffered with a sickness bug in the first week. Jane could not be more accommodating with helping us with pharmacy requests and helping us with the language. Its when things don’t go completely to plan, that you really see the worth of the people you’ve booked with. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

We have been coming to Kalkan for a few years and have always stayed in hotels.

Swapping to an apartment has been a revelation and we’ll be staying this way from now on.

Sahane was perfect for our family of five.

The top bedroom with its gorgeous views was especially lovely and the outside space fully equipped with table and sofa chairs and sun loungers.

We enjoyed some lovely bbqs looking out over the bay.

Location- wise, Sahane is perfect. It’s literally a 3 min walk into the old town and to all our favourite restaurants and bars.

The pool was well maintained and a really peaceful place to chill besides.

All in all we felt we got the jackpot in terms of value for money and can’t recommend enough.
