Apartment Ortada is a bright and airy, modern duplex apartment with its own private pool and two outdoor terraces.  The main ground floor pool terrace is south facing and enjoys all day sun, whilst the lower ground shady garden courtyard provides a welcoming escape from the summer heat.

 

The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor and opens to a very bright and spacious open plan living area with a well-stocked modern kitchen with water cooler and Nespresso coffee machine, indoor dining area and airy living space housing an ample L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, TV with UK channels and Bluetooth speaker.  Two large sets of patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace and outside dining area.  A BBQ, adjustable shade and comfy sun-loungers complete the picture. 

The two light and generous bedrooms are on the lower level and both open out onto the downstairs garden courtyard.  This is also equipped with outdoor furniture and a table tennis table for entertainment. 

The master bedroom has a large double bed, air conditioning, ample storage for clothes and an ensuite shower room.

Begonvil 3 Apartment has the best position in the building – on the top floor, where you can take in the fantastic sea views from both the ground floor balcony, and the roof terrace on the top floor! It is slightly elevated, so you get the panoramic views across the entire bay, yet it is within VERY easy walking distance of the Old Town

Entrance floor:

On entering the apartment there is a bright and airy kitchen and living area. The kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped, with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. Double patio doors lead off the spacious living area out onto a large dining balcony with new pergola.

On this floor there is also a double bedroom which also has access out onto the balcony. There is a utility area and a newly refurbished family bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

First Floor

A flight of stairs leads up the top level of the apartment. Here there is a lovely twin bedroom, hallway and newly refurbished bathroom with shower, sink and WC. A door leads out onto the private roof terrace.

Outside areas:

Begonvil 3 has several different outside areas, meaning there is always somewhere to escape to with a glass of wine and a good book! In front of the entrance to the apartment, there is a stylish built in seating area with table.

There is a large balcony leading off the living area and also a roof terrace at the top of the apartment, furnished with sun-loungers and a bistro table with chairs. The roof terrace is very secluded and the ideal place to sunbathe.

Set in a block of just three apartments, the apartment also has access to the communal pool and gardens.

Located close to the Thursday market, the apartment is within easy walking distance of all amenities and just a five minute walk to the centre of Kalkan.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor of the apartment there is a spacious master bedroom which has double doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The room is light and airy, air conditioned and is furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinets, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, shower enclosure and sink unit.

First Floor:

A flight of stairs leads up to the living area and the twin bedroom. This twin bedroom is also air conditioned and furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. A side balcony offers sea views. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower unit, WC and sink. The open plan living area on this level is a good size, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and seating area with L-shaped sofa. Leading off the lounge is a covered balcony with dining table and chairs- the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the shade.

Outside areas:

Stairs lead from the first floor up to the roof level. Here there is a utility room with washing machine. A door leads out onto the private roof terrace from which there are spectacular sea and mountain views. A pergola gives shade throughout the day- making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the views day or night.

Outside, the apartment has it’s own 7m x 4m private pool, surrounded by sunbathing terraces and pretty gardens. Outside Area:

As well as the apartment’s own private balconies and roof terrace, guests’ at Sahane also have use of a beautiful shared pool and terrace. This is shared with two other (smaller) apartments and the terrace is furnished with sunloungers and parasols. The pool area benefits from all day sunshine.

The surrounding communal gardens are beautifully maintained and feature well tended cascading bougainvillea, banana trees and hibiscus.

Villa Fosa is a wonderful family villa offering a large private swimming pool, beautiful gardens and stunning sea views. Located between Kalkan and Kalamar Bays, the villa has many amenities within easy walking distance.

Ground floor:

Inside the villa is designed for easy summer living, with the open plan design on the ground floor making use of large French windows that open out onto the swimming pool terrace and an ‘al fresco’ dining area for eight people. The large kitchen features an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Magimix Nespresso machine, while the washing machine is located under the stairs together with an iron and ironing board. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The indoor dining area has a wooden table and six chairs, while the living room features two comfortable cream armchairs, together with a sofa bed, new flat screen 50 inch HD television and Blu-ray player and Amazon Firestick.  Pretty, traditional style lighting throughout the ground floor together with handmade wooden cupboards all add to the quality and beautiful style of the property.

First floor:

On the first floor you will find one large bedroom with a super-king size bed, wooden furnishings and lovely en-suite shower room finished in cream and stone tiles, together with the pretty en-suite twin bedded room, which is also furnished in wood. Both have large glass doors that open out onto a wonderfully spacious balcony with wooden seats and sun loungers to enjoy the views.

Second floor:

On the second floor is the luxurious Master Suite, which features a super-king size bed and private shower room, together with a lovely roof terrace with iron sofas on which to relax with a book or a drink at the end of the day. The views from the Master Suite are spectacular and it’s the perfect location for enjoying some star gazing.

Whichever room you stay in, you will wake up in the morning and open your curtains to stunning views of the Mediterranean and the towering Taurus mountains that form the backdrop to Kalkan.

Pink and white oleanders together with large pot plants surround the pool area, creating a wonderful holiday escape.

To the side of the villa, steps lead up to a large shaded drinks terrace with a seating area, consisting of a hammock chair swing and offers wonderful views out over the bays. Bougainvillea and oleander surround the terrace and a large hammock is the perfect place for an afternoon siesta. All around the villa are pretty gardens with banana trees, bougainvillea and jasmine growing, and you can make use of the Weber barbecue that is available for guests. Villa Ocean Pearl is a truly stunning five bed, five bath 5 star luxury villa (sleeping up to 12 guests) The villa offers superb amenities, cool contemporary accommodation, and two swimming pools with unique waterfall features, plus many extra amenities – overall, this property has some serious ‘wow’ factor!

The villa is super contemporary in style, and has been very tastefully furnished and decorated. It offers spacious accommodation (370 sq feet in total) for guests throughout, and will sleep up to 12 guests (one of the lower floor bedrooms can be used as a family room, or for groups of older children/teenagers etc if required) All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms/bathrooms. There are top quality inverter air conditioning units in all main rooms and bedrooms for your comfort.

For larger groups, the outside areas are perfect too, with sunbathing terraces and dining and seating areas on the ground and lower floors, next to the two pools, plus all bedrooms on the upper levels have their own private balconies.

This is a villa that you may not want to leave too often, as it has been designed to give guests a wonderful , enhanced all round holiday experience for all ages. Choose to swim in either of the two pools (both with stunning waterfall features) Pamper yourselves in the spa bathroom & sauna, and then finish off relaxing on one of the fabulous hot beds. For the more active guests, there is a small gym area, plus a table tennis table outside. On the lower floor of the villa is a separate media room, with TV, surround sound system, and PS4 (with it’s own kitchenette, so you don’t need to bring drinks etc from the kitchen!) There is even a bar area and pool table within the ground floor living space!

Set in an elevated, quiet location, with lovely ocean and mountain views, the villa is in a brilliant position, just an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre, & another 5 minutes to Kalkan’s beautiful Old Town, with its amazing choice of restaurants, cafes and bars, and lovely boutique shops. (NB during the hotter months in the season, you may prefer to take a taxi back up to the villa)

 

Ground floor:

Large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that run the full width of the property create an almost seamless connection between inside and out, and effectively extend the inside living area to include the swimming pool terrace and connect everyone, whether chilling out inside or enjoying the sunshine or a shady spot outside.

The open plan living area has a large modern kitchen which flows into the lounge and dining area. This includes a stunning 30 foot atrium looking out onto the waterfall feature and main infinity pool. It allows light to flood in and makes the most of the incredible ocean and hillside views. It also has a bar area with a specially-commissioned white pool table (with marble playing surface under blue baize) complete with Swiss made pool balls to give a great playing experience.

This amazing bedroom opens up onto the pool/garden area through two sets of glass sliding doors which let light flood in.

En-suite Bathroom 1 – is a very large en-suite with a huge shower, sink, triple vanity unit and toilet.

Spa Area – this beautiful area with turkish tiling includes gym equipment, a sauna and two enticing heated beds, and is perfect for when you want to work off those extra pounds from all the wonderful holiday food, wish to relax and sooth any aches from all that exercise or simply wish to chill out! Built in the style of a traditional stone village home, Moonlight Garden Villa offers a very special experience in Kalkan. A lovely, tranquil villa with a wonderful private 10m swimming pool, olive trees, hibiscus, orange and lemon trees in the garden, A stylish home from home with plenty of space for outside living. Set in a peaceful location, with views of Kalamar Bay from the bedroom and roof terrace, large wooden gates and stone walls provide a private escape, perfect for couples or small families.

Ground floor:

Inside the property, on the ground floor you will find an open plan living/kitchen area which has been completely refurbished. Travertine flooring helps keep the villa cool in summer, while the comfortable large corner sofa is perfect for relaxing and watching TV (Amazon Firestick and English channels) or a DVD, or listening to music. The new kitchen has been fitted with a Siemens oven and ceramic hob, and you’ll also find a microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. There’s a small dining table with two wooden chairs in case you wish to eat inside. Leading off the living area you’ll also find a new shower room, with rainfall shower, toilet and sink.

First floor:

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large hand-made wooden wardrobe, and has patio doors that open on to a small balcony. The second bedroom is smaller and has two single beds. Both bedrooms have wooden floors and have hand-picked furnishings. The shower room is also on this floor, finished in travertine and with a rainfall shower.

 

Outdoor areas:

The villa has a lovely al fresco dining area at the front, with Weber barbecue and wrought iron table with travertine top and four chairs. There is also an informal lunch area with designer-styled wooden chairs and table set underneath a shady tree, while the roof terrace or extensive pool terraces are perfect for sun worshippers. Sun loungers surrounded the large 10m long private swimming pool.

On the roof terrace you will find a large day bed for sunbathing, together with two individual sun loungers, small fridge and fairy lights. The roof terrace has been newly tiled and offers beautiful views down to Kalamar Bay.

The villa is a 5 minute walk to the seafront in Kalamar Bay, where there is a beachclub with watersports. The nearest amenities such as a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, are also just a few minute’s walk away. It is roughly a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan, or taxis are readily available and good value.

Villa Amethyst is an exquisite 4-bedroom semi-detached villa located near to the Regency Hotel in the Ortaalan area. Its enviable position offers stunning, uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay. It is also ideally located to reach Kalkan centre and marina which is only a 10-minute walk away.  The beautiful interior, with stone feature walls, marble flooring and muted colours throughout, creates cool and luxurious accommodation for up to 8 people.

Two bedrooms – one double bedroom plus one twin bedroom, each with en-suite facilities and a balcony.

One double bedroom which occupies the whole floor and has en-suite facilities. This room has a large L shaped balcony with stunning views.

Top Floor:

One double bedroom which occupies the whole floor and has en-suite facilities. This room has access to a spacious roof terrace with panoramic views over Kalkan Bay. Comfortably furnished with a corner seating set, this is great vantage point to watch the boats coming back into harbour across the bay. 

Outside Areas:

The villa has a large freshwater pool for sole use and a spacious terrace area with ample sunbeds and parasols. There is also an al-fresco dining area that seats 8 guests and stone BBQ. The pool access is via graduated steps and the depth at this end of the pool is 1.3m. The depth at the other end of the pool is 1.5m.

The pool can also be heated on request for an additional fee.

The main entrance is on the ground level which leads into an open plan space with modern lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with island and bar stools.  The kitchen includes oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle.  Large french doors open to the pool terrace, outside dining area and the external staircase to the side of the building which leads to a superb private terrace from where guests can enjoy and take in the stunning sunsets.
