Villa Teshir, a beautifully presented detached 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom character stone villa with a large private pool, lush gardens and breath-taking sea and mountain views.   

Villa Teshir is on 2 levels and the stone floors inside and out give it a charm of its own. 

Please note: 

The property is undergoing renovations this winter, including new bathrooms, updated kitchen with island unit, renovated pool and new furniture throughout. All will be ready to take reservations from May 2025 and new photos will be available early Spring. 

 

Villa Teshir is set in the heart of Kalkan in the area knowns as Ortaalan and an easy flat walk of 10 minutes into town.  The property is situated well below the D400.  

The nearest supermarkets, Migros and Macro, are only a 5 minutes’ walk away.  

Whilst a car is not necessary, there is a private parking space available. 

Outside Areas: 

This lovely, detached villa has large spacious outdoor areas comprising of a large pool (6m x 5m) with Roman steps for easy access.   
There is a secluded garden with lemon and olive trees and a large veranda which runs the entire length of the villa. Here you will find a comfortable seating area comprising of sofas and easy chairs.   

The spacious terrace surrounding the pool has a dining area, 4 sun loungers and a built brick BBQ, all overlooking Kalkan Bay.  

Ground Floor:

The spacious ground floor comprises of a dining kitchen, lounge and cloakroom.  
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes all the usual modern appliances, a water cooler and a Nespresso coffee maker.  

From here, French doors lead directly to the pool terrace. 

 
The comfortable lounge has sofas, easy chairs and a coffee table. There is a 42-inch flat screen TV offering all the English channels you may require. 

There is direct access out to the veranda, shaded by olive trees from our garden below. 

 

First Floor: 

On the 1st floor there are 2 ensuite bedrooms, both with large, fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a 4 poster 6 ft king size bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. 

Both bedrooms have stunning sea views with shutters on the windows to keep you cool in the summer months.  

 

A “kosk” balcony with comfortable lounge seating, perfect for relaxing and looking out to sea or enjoying the twinkling lights of Kalkan in the evening.

The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor and opens to a very bright and spacious open plan living area with a well-stocked modern kitchen with water cooler and Nespresso coffee machine, indoor dining area and airy living space housing an ample L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, TV with UK channels and Bluetooth speaker. 

Two large sets of patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace and outside dining area.  A BBQ, adjustable shade and comfy sun-loungers complete the picture.

The two light and generous bedrooms are on the lower level and both open out onto the downstairs garden courtyard.  This is also equipped with outdoor furniture and a table tennis table for entertainment.

Fabio is the largest of the Ekin apartments and has two levels – the lower ground floor has three light and airy bedrooms and the living area (entry level) occupies the upper ground floor. This level has access to a very spacious and sunny terrace with large pool for sole use. An al-fresco dining area is also situated on the pool terrace together with an ottoman-style seating area – perfect for escaping the midday sun or for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The lower level has access to a pretty second terrace and garden area – this is secluded and affords some shade in the afternoon so it’s another ideal place to relax.

The living area of the apartment has comfortable seating with flatscreen TV and DVD player plus Ipod docking station and an open plan kitchen with with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is a dining area to seat 6 people. 

The bedrooms are configured as follows:

Bedroom 1 – super-kingsize bed, with en-suite shower room. Large patio doors leading to garden terrace area.

Bedroom 2 – kingsize bed. En-suite shower room. Large patio doors leading to garden terrace area.

The house was amazing. It is at walking distance to the centre; market, grocery, bakery etc. is really close to the house.

The house was really clean and we easily checked-in.

The house offers so a lot. Jane is really punctual 😊, she wasn’t a minute late than the time we agreed.

Wished we had more time; a week wasn’t enough to totally enjoy the house. 😅

I would suggest anyone who would like to have wonderful summer or winter vacation.

A large apartment on two levels. Very peaceful and beautiful place to relax.

Restaurants, harbour and old town are not far away (about 10 – 15 min walk).

The terrace and pool are top notch.

However, you can view the terrace/pool from the street, but there are few cars/people passing by.

All in all, we had a great stay.

Offering three bedrooms, and exceptionally spacious accommodation, the villa has been carefully designed to maximise the beathtaking sea views from all levels. The outdoor areas at Porto are ranged across different levels, offering guests a fabulous choice of different spaces in which to swim, sunbathe, or just to relax and drink in the amazing vistas. Being west facing, the villa benefits from all day sun regardless of the time of year.

The interior and exterior spaces have been recently cosmetically updated by the new owners, to ensure that guests have a comfortable, luxury experience. Careful thought has been put into every piece selected for the villa, including many unique custom designs, and a relaxing, rustic colour palette has been used throughout, along with tasteful art pieces.

Amenities at the villa are second to none – two of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi baths, and share a private verandah / terrace.

A spectacular spa and leisure area has been recently added within the grounds – this incorporates a gym, cinema room and sauna. 

Beautiful mature gardens and stone walls surround the property, helping to give the villa high levels of privacy.

Villa Porto is located next to the prestigious Villa Mahal Hotel and beach club in Kisla, just a 15-20 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town and harbour area and complimentary private transfers are included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Penthouse level:

The villa is entered (at the rear) on the penthouse level. This floor offers a very generous 100 square metres of space and features two unusually large master bedrooms, both of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms and indoor Jacuzzi bathtubs. These bedrooms share a private terrace with glorious sea views. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating set, and a rattan ‘egg’ chair.

Each bedroom has a double-size bed, ample wardrobe space, vanity unit and a Jacuzzi positioned to take advantage of the sea views. Both have en-suite shower rooms with Jack & Jill basins.

Stairs lead down from this level to the ground floor accommodation.

Ground floor:

Third bedroom – This room is again very spacious (22 square metres) and is configured as a twin room, with wardrobe, large vanity unit and and en-suite shower room.

Kitchen – fully fitted, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and espresso coffee machine.

Lounge – the lounge has a leather sofa, coffee table, rocking chair, plus a wall-mounted flat screen TV facing the sofa. The courtyard garden is accessed from one end of the lounge and at the opposite end, there are three sets of doors leading out to the pool terrace.

There is also a separate WC located on this level.

Outside the villa:

Courtyard garden – this is located at the back of the ground floor level and is furnished with table and chairs.

Pool terrace area – there are two lovely shaded areas adjacent to the stunning split-level infinity pool. The first is the dining area which seats eight, and the other is a comfortable seating set with two arm chairs. The pool has rattan sun-loungers arranged around it and a large cantilevered umbrella, plus a top of the range BBQ.

A separate spa and leisure area, including gym, sauna and cinema room can be found within the villa’s extensive grounds.

Lower garden – lawned area, with cabana-style double lounger overlooking Kalkan bay. 

Private beach platform  – steps lead down from the garden, across a track and then further steps cut into the cliff side (shaded by olive trees) lead down to sunbathing platforms set into the rocks; at sea level a decked platform is furnished with sun-loungers, parasols and scatter cushions. Steps lead directly into the sea.

The outdoor entertaining area is a great space for those who still have some energy after a day by the pool or fancy some shade and activity from the afternoon sun. It consists of a pool table, table tennis and darts board. The outdoor dining area is a beautiful space for alfresco dining with stunning waterfall lights hanging above the table.

The villa’s stunning glass façade with stone walls is modern and sophisticated and provides the perfect balance between the interior and the exterior of the villa.  The quality continues inside with marble flooring and full glass walls that frame the breath-taking views of the sea, beach and town.  Serious wow factor is the glass enclosed staircase that connects all three floors.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor there is one en-suite double bedroom with fully fitted, bespoke wardrobes and makeup area.

The modern, spacious lounge is flooded with light by the walls of glass doors and looks out onto the expansive terrace and pool area.  The 75″ TV and surround sound makes it a beautiful space to enjoy a movie together.  This floor boasts a reading area with handcrafted chairs and coffee table.  The marble kitchen and breakfast bar consist of all the amenities needed while staying at Villa Lavaya.  The marble dining table seats 14 and is the perfect place if you want to eat indoors. At the rear, sliding doors open out onto the games area.

A WC is also provided on this level.

First floor:

On the first floor you will find two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin (can be made into double on request), with bespoke fitted wardrobes and dressing/make-up area.  Each bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors which open up onto a large balcony with seating to enjoy the views of the water. 

A spacious master suite is meticulously designed with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes and a luxurious bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing Jacuzzi bath or a relaxing shower with sea views. But, the most incredible part of this master suite is the private Jacuzzi and plunge pool which sits on the terrace.  A unique waterfall cascades from this first floor pool into the expansive main infinity pool below.  Two large bamboo cushioned swings hang from the pergola and sit above the pool.  If you prefer a sun lounger, lie back in one of the two that sit in this beautiful pool overlooking the sea.

Second floor:

The second floor consists of a further en-suite bedroom with double bed, fitted bespoke wardrobes and dressing/makeup area.  What makes this bedroom so special is the 180* balcony.  The views from this floor are incredible at all times of the day and night.

Lower ground floor:

On the lower ground floor you will find a further en-suite bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing/makeup area. 

For those who like to stay fit while holidaying, the lower ground floor gym is the perfect place for you.  You will find all you need.

The new media room on this level will keep everyone happy, whether you want to watch a movie on the 65″ TV with surround sound, or play a game on the Xbox.  The bespoke lie-down TV bed enables this room to be used as a double bedroom (if required) and will keep you comfortable whatever you choose to do. There is a fridge in the room so you don’t need to go up to the main kitchen for drinks or snacks.  This room is also en-suite.

Outside:

The huge 15m saltwater infinity pool at Villa Lavaya can be heated if desired and has a shallow section to enable non-swimmers/children to enjoy the pool, yet is still deep enough for the full length to be used by swimmers. From the pool there are views to the right out to Mouse and Snake Islands, a view best appreciated at sunset when dramatic hues of oranges, pinks and purples illuminate the sky.
If you are looking to hide from the midday sun, the hammock in the side garden is an ideal spot to relax with a good book. For those who enjoy the heat, grab a chilled bottle of water from the outdoor bar and relax in the unique swing structure while catching the sun’s rays. The ​day beds next to the pool allow you to lie back and unwind to the sounds of water flowing from the master suite infinity pool above; the canopy can be extended to provide shade ​here ​if required.
The outdoor entertaining area with pool table, table tennis and darts board is a great space for those who still have some energy after a day by the pool, or fancy an afternoon activity shaded from the sun. Close by is a cushioned rattan seating area for spectators to sit and chill or just cool off with a refreshing drink.

There is an alfresco dining area ideally situated between the kitchen and built-in stone BBQ, waterfall lights above the table create a magical ambience and a beautiful setting for evening dining.

Minerva Apartment is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment in a highly sought after location- just a genuine 1 minute walk to the nearest amenities and an easy 5 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town. The apartment is located on a peaceful complex of just 6 apartments which share 2 large swimming pools, spacious sunbathing terraces and extensive communal gardens.

Accommodation:

On entering the apartment a spacious entrance hallway leads through to the light and airy open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances such as electric oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle & fruit blender, 2 cafetieres ( large and small) and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. The kitchen also has a marble topped table and chairs to comfortably seat 4.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area, furnished with a high quality cast iron sofa and armchair, chess table, book case, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Ipod Dock and Wi-Fi. Double patio doors lead directly out onto the wrap-around balcony.

The apartment has two bedrooms- a master bedroom with King-sized bed, en-suite and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room directly across the hallway. Both bedrooms are furnished with handmade traditional wooden wardrobes, bed side cabinets and vanity unit with mirror. A hair dryer is provided in the master bedroom. The bedrooms both have a door leading out onto the balcony.

The en-suite and separate shower room are both equipped with walk-in shower, WC and sink.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Outdoor areas:

A fantastic feature of Minerva Apartment is the huge wrap-around balcony which can be accessed from the bedrooms and living room/kitchen. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs for 6, a rattan sofa, chairs and coffee table set.  The perfect place to spend lazy days, the balcony benefits from beautiful mountain and sea views.

There are two large swimming pools shared by six apartments, both of which have Roman steps for easy access. The pools are both surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces, with sun loungers and a parasol provided for the use of guests at Minerva Apartment.

We spent three wonderful weeks in the Minerva and it is one of the best apartments we have stayed in over the years.

Spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with extras like washing up liquid, wash powder, tea towels, cleaning supplies and a thoughtful welcome pack.

The folding doors onto the terrace were wonderful and I spent most of my time on the huge wrap around terrace just chilling and reading and having a drink or two!

Jane was fast as always answering the two queries we had.

Highly recommended and many thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Beautifully furnished well equipped villa, home from home but with fantastic views, a pool, which we basically had to ourselves and of course glorious sunshine. Location just opposite the Thursday market, and easy walk to the old town. Support from Jane at Lale homes when required was excellent. Would highly recommend 👌.

Minerva is the perfect package!

Just returned home from 11 nights at Minerva. When we arrived we were wowed at how lovely the apartment is – it is beautifully decorated with lovely tiles and wooden ceilings. The kitchen is well kitted out and we often cooked at the apartment. The water cooler is a great feature (we refilled it twice during our stay at a reasonable cost) as is the air conditioning which was very much appreciated in the heat. The bathrooms were lovely with helpful light up mirrors and the bedrooms and living room were spacious and comfortable.

Minerva is the ground floor apartment in a beautiful site of 6. The living space opens onto a spacious balcony with views over the swimming pool and to the sea and mountains further afield. Every day we soaked up the views and at night the twinkling lights of the apartments on the opposite hillside lit up Kalkan like a Christmas tree! There are bars, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep (2 minute walk away) and then 5-10 minutes walk into the old town. Our favourite was Lime Bar round the corner which had a pool table and dart board and so kept our boys occupied in the evening.

Jane and Elsie at Lale Homes were super helpful from the moment I booked until the moment we left – Jane couldn’t have been more helpful and was always on hand to answer any questions via whatsapp once we arrived. They provided a perfect service and I would absolutely book with them in future and would happily return to Minerva again.

We were really sad to leave and all agreed it was the best family holiday we’ve had and part of that was due to the lovely setting!

A wonderful 11 day break

We have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing 11 days in Kalkan.

The Minerva apartment is fantastically located just a ten minute walk into the town and is equipped with everything you need for a holiday.

We were really lucky in having the swimming pool to ourselves for the duration of our stay and enjoyed all the outdoor space.

It was extremely hot and so we appreciated the excellent air conditioning!

I’d really recommend this apartment and the service we received from Lale Homes which was outstanding throughout our stay.

Loved Minerva apartment – we stayed for two weeks and it was a perfect space for my husband, myself and daughter.

Fabulous views, comfortable beds good showers and great air-con. It has a high quality but homely feel.

The pool was lovely, warm, sparkling clean and we were the only ones using it for the two weeks.

The location is great, close enough to walk to the old town and harbour but still tucked away and quiet.

There are also some great cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The Thursday market is just across the road.

The apartment is well equipped and we had a couple of BBQs as it is such a lovely terrace and view.

Jane and Elsie at Lale were so helpful with any requests – I’d really recommend Minerva and Lale.

As first time visitors to Kalkan, we are now totally in love 🥰.

We arrived after midnight after a very long journey and accessed the property very easily.

We opened the door and literally said ‘wow’. This is a beautiful, authentic yet modern apartment and we opened up the doors to the most stunning starlit sky and the lights of the houses from the mountains down to the sea.

Having a water cooler ready stocked was fantastic.

The apartment has absolutely everything you could need and more. Who knew I would need and use all 3 different sizes of cafetières 😂.

The pool is super and we felt as if it was our own at times as it wasn’t busy at all.

The development has 2 residential tortoises who love to eat leftover salad and veg scraps.

We didn’t go out as much as we thought as one of our party had a terrible head cold for 3 days so the apartment came into its own for meals at ‘home’.

We loved meals out on the balcony and we just wish we were staying longer.

We hope to return to Minerva very soon. 🇹🇷❤️

Our second time staying at Minerva and it didn’t disappoint.

The owners had updated the bedrooms with new beds and spacious wardrobes since our last visit which was a nice surprise.

Very central to supermarkets and restaurants.

This is an attractive apartment set in well-kept grounds. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable.

There are two good pools at the complex. The location is good, close to the weekly market, supermarkets, bakery and greengrocer.

Although close to the Main Street it is very quiet. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach/Old Town.

I would definitely stay in the apartment again.

Communication with Lale Homes was good and they arranged the transfers to the airport.

The vehicles and drivers were excellent.

We are delighted to have Solvi Apartment, an Asfiya Retreat Apartment within our portfolio. A 2 bedroomed duplex property arranged over two floors, ground and first floor. Lovely apartment in a quiet location walkable to old town, harbour and beach clubs.

Apartment was very well equipped with great air con and good WiFi.

There’s was also easy in street parking directly outside the resort for our hire car.

The pool was bigger than it looked on the pictures and a great spot to cool off.

Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return.

What an amazing time we had at the Solvi Apartment.

Great location, supermarket 2 mins away and kalkan town 10 mins scenic walk away.

Beautiful apartment with everything you would need for your stay. Our private pool was a good option.

The apartment itself is really well decorated, very spacious, has it’s lovely own pool (as well as use if the shared pool) and everything you need.

The owners are super responsive, helpful and communication was great.

Beautiful apartment Solvi, felt more like a villa. Fantastic outside space with large comfy sofa and good-sized dining table, all around your own pool.

Very well-equipped large kitchen, we had everything we could possibly need. Upstairs the beds were really comfortable (which is always a concern when your away for two weeks)

6 minute pretty flat walk into town and a lovely we’ll stocked supermarket 2 mins away.

Sahane is a beautifully presented duplex apartment featuring a spectacular penthouse floor with private wraparound roof terrace. It enjoys an unrivalled location in Kalkan’s historic ‘Old Town’, only a genuine 2 min stroll to Kalkan’s restaurants, harbour and beach (no taxi’s needed).

The apartment offers panoramic sea views from every room, which all have private balconies from which to enjoy one of the best views in Kalkan. 

Ground floor:

The light and airy open plan lounge and dining area are tastefully decorated in a contemporary Turkish style and feature lounge and dining seating.  The lounge opens out onto a spacious balcony, furnished with table & chairs to allow guests to enjoy everything from an al fresco breakfast or that sundowner at the end of a hard day!  The well equipped kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer and electric water cooler. Smart TV, Firestick and Bluetooth Speakers.

A feature limestone archway leads to a spacious king size bedroom and a twin room – each of these have their own balconies.

The ground floor also features a spacious, fully tiled bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and WC.

First floor:

A solid antique marble staircase leads up to the Sahane’s penthouse king size master suite.  This exceptionally spacious suite style bedroom complete with seating area commands spectacular sea views. All beds have very comfortable ‘Dorma’ mattress toppers to ensure guest comfort. The en suite bathroom includes a walk in shower, WC, sink and mirror. The bathroom has been fully tiled in Turkish travertine.  The suite has its own private, extensive sun terrace which is furnished with sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs and private bbq.

Outside Area:

As well as the apartment’s own private balconies and roof terrace, guests’ at Sahane also have use of a beautiful shared pool and terrace. This is shared with two other (smaller) apartments and the terrace is furnished with sunloungers and parasols. The pool area benefits from all day sunshine.

The surrounding communal gardens are beautifully maintained and feature well tended cascading bougainvillea, banana trees and hibiscus.

The town beach and harbour area are within a few minutes’ walk and the old town’s shops, cafes and restaurants are a mere 2 minutes’ walk away.

My friend and I have just returned from 9 days in the Sahane apartment. Wonderful views, and in a perfect position on edge of the old town. The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed. We would not hesit to book it again.

Stayed at the Sahane Apartment for 8 nights in Sept 2024. Only two of us in the 3 bed apartment which was clean and spacious.

Stunning views of Kalkan Bay, good air conditioning and well equipped kitchen although a plug for the sink and some washing up liquid provided would have been useful.

Comfortable beds and living area and swimming pool and garden area were spotlessly clean and maintained.

Highly Recommended. Best restaurant during our stay was ARA Terrace Restaurant.

Amazing!!!!

My partner and two teenagers stayed here for 10 days. The apartment was perfect and had everything you could possibly want on holiday.

The owner has taken a lot of thought and time to provide items such as, a water cooler, safety deposit box, good wifi, sound system where you can use your phone to play music, valuable air conditioning, beach towels, barbecue, clothes airers, washing machine etc.

The views and location could not be better, and with two balconies to choose from was wonderful.

The apartment was light and airy, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and during our stay the bedsheets and towels were changed.

We can not fault anything and would highly recommend staying here.

The management company, were brilliant and so helpful. They were very pro-active, and ensured we had all the information needed well in advance of our holiday, they arranged private airport transfers which was a godsend and a nice touch to start our holiday and when returning home.

A couple of times I had to contact Jane to obtain the key code and safe code as I had forgotten, and she was always available, extremely quick in responding and just lovely to correspond with.

Thank you for an amazing holiday, we will be back!! x

This is our 4th visit to Kalkan so its fair to say we know and love the area. This is however the first time we changed apartment location… and we are really glad we did! Firstly the views! I’m not sure they can be bettered in such a convenient location. It was great to get up early and watch the sunrise across the bay as the town comes to life. The location is probably as convenient as you can get… a short work to town, the beach and the water taxis… and the apartment itself is great. Just right for 2 adults and 2 children… enough space so you don’t murder each other… but homely too and well equipped for those days you don’t want to eat out and just want to watch a family film or lay by the pool.

A word to the management team at Lale Homes. Our stay wasn’t without incident… nothing to do with the property I may add… but we all suffered with a sickness bug in the first week. Jane could not be more accommodating with helping us with pharmacy requests and helping us with the language. Its when things don’t go completely to plan, that you really see the worth of the people you’ve booked with. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

We have been coming to Kalkan for a few years and have always stayed in hotels.

Swapping to an apartment has been a revelation and we’ll be staying this way from now on.

Sahane was perfect for our family of five.

The top bedroom with its gorgeous views was especially lovely and the outside space fully equipped with table and sofa chairs and sun loungers.

We enjoyed some lovely bbqs looking out over the bay.

Location- wise, Sahane is perfect. It’s literally a 3 min walk into the old town and to all our favourite restaurants and bars.

The pool was well maintained and a really peaceful place to chill besides.

All in all we felt we got the jackpot in terms of value for money and can’t recommend enough.

We’ve bene coming to Kalkan for 17 years on and off, but this is the nicest place we’ve stayed.

The roof terrace is just incredible, with the best views in Kalkan, and the complex is a very short walk into the town centre.

The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, with everything you need.

This beautiful contemporary style apartment is in a prime, super central location, close to the Likya Residence and within a 5 minute walk to the town. The apartment has been finished with high quality fittings and fixtures, throughout, features a rooftop plunge pool with great views, and many luxury touches

There are 3 double bedrooms on this floor of the apartment; each bedroom has sea views and an en-suite shower room (the master bedroom also has a Jacuzzi bath).
 
Upper level:
 
Floor to ceiling windows either side of bifold doors connect the open plan living area with fabulous sea and mountain views and make the space in this area light and bright.
 
The lounge area is furnished with a sofa and armchair, plus a coffee and occasional tables, and a large flat screen TV  (with English speaking channels) There is also an ipod dock, bluetooth speaker and CD/DVD player
 
The kitchen was fully remodelled and installed in March 2023. This offers a contemporary cooking and dining experience with an integrated water cooler, drinks fridge, induction hob, Quooker tap, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and coffee machine along with all the usual kitchen equipment. A long preparation and dining counter with bar stools provides an abundance of preparation and eating space.
 
Also on the upper floor is a separate WC.
 
Outside the Apartment:
 
The newly fitted plunge pool on the villa’s roof terrace offers integrated seating, Jacuzzi jets and lighting. The views to the sea and mountains are spectacular. One side of the terrace has a shaded seating area. The other has  sunloungers, beanbags and a BBQ. 
 
The front terrace has further sunloungers, plus a dining table and chairs.

Stunning apartment - inside and out

We have been to Kalkan many times and this apartment is perfectly located to be far away enough from the noise of the centre but close enough to be a short walk in.

The view is just breath-taking, lots to see during the day whilst the boats sail in and out of harbour and beautiful by night with the lights.

Very well provisioned, we had everything we needed during our stay and more. Very glad of the upstairs loo, as we couldn’t quite pluck up the courage to use the main en suite bathroom, which is pretty much on view with the glass partition.

Good supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Lots and lots of towels provided, plenty of spaces for everyone to relax.
