Villa Berlin is a luxury villa for rent with 5 bedrooms sleeping 10 people, located in Kalkan’s Kızıltaş area. As well as the magnificent sea and bay views, Villa Berlin has all the amenities you will want for your holiday.

Entrance:

On the ground floor leading into the large open plan kitchen, dining and living areas.

Ground Floor:

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware and kitchen utensils.

Living Room: In the living room, which has a sea view and has been designed comfortably, there is a seating group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioner, iron and ironing board. There is an exit to the pool from the living room.

Separate WC on this level.

1. Bedroom: En suite with twin beds, make up table, bedside table and wardrobe.

First Floor:

Roof terrace with jacuzzi, seating area and swing chair and breakfast bar with stools. The roof terrace is accessed from sliding doors leading off of one of the twin bedrooms. This area is very spacious with the most spectacular sea views.

The view is spectacular!

Our first time in that region of turkey and great city of Kalkan. I don’t think I can do justice with words towards the Villa Berlin but all I can say is the view is spectacular. The building is a new build. It’s super clean and it’s managed by people who are very caring everybody in our group of 10 loved the villa and we had such an amazing time for nine days every day. The location is only five minutes away from the sea and city center. You could probably walk and get there in 15 minutes. The villa is on a hill overlooking the city of Kalkan and the sea. Like I said, the words would not do justice I will definitely recommend anybody to visit and stay.

Villa Berlin made one of our most memorable trips ever. Everything was perfect. I would like to thank you on behalf of all the guests, we all loved it.

Villa Manila – We are very happy to add Villa Manila to our listings. This recently renovated, exceptionally large 4 bedroom villa offers superb design throughout with fabulous outdoor space with some of the best sea views in Kalkan. The villa has been carefully thought out style and design wise, including many unique custom designs, and a relaxing, contemporary colour palette has been, along with tasteful artwork. Located in a peaceful and elevated location above Kalamar Bay, the villa offers truly outstanding views from all levels.

Five en-suite generously sized bedrooms in total, three of which are on the first floor with a master suite on the top floor penthouse level, with walk in wardrobes/dressing areas, all with stunning en-suite wet rooms . All of the bedrooms are generously proportioned and have spectacular views.

Outdoor spaces – Ground ﬂoor outside pool terrace area with a stunning emerald tiled infinity-edged pool with shade pool for kids and ınternal jacuzzi pool, plus an outdoor kitchen & bar with shady pergola, and a top of the range builded BBQ. Pool terrace furnished with a unique large Balinese style swing daybed. Kalkan harbour and Kalamar bay sea views from the main pool terrace.

At the back of the villa is a unique and truly beautiful courtyard garden. There is pool table, bar and table tennis table in this courtyard area. The penthouse level has its own private roof terrace with outdoor bar and own relaxing daybed.

Ground ﬂoor:

Open plan area with kitchen, dining area and living area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and Samsung 4K Ultra TV + Samsung bluetooth sound bar.

The kitchen features composite marble worktops and top-end Siemens white goods.

There is also a WC/cloakroom on this level.

One of the villa’s unique design features also starts on the ground floor – the custom made curved staircase, with its beautiful metal fretwork balustrade, plus teak veneered treads, which winds its way up to the upper floors.

Floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows which lead out onto the spacious sunbathing terraces to the front of the property.

First floor:

This level features three unusually large bedrooms – all of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms, walk in wardrobes, and glorious sea views. All bedrooms have private balconies furnished with a rattan chair for relaxation.

Bedroom 1 – 35m2 double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe area. There is a bath in the bedroom with amazing sea view and this bedroom also has a separate wet room style shower room, vanity unit & mirror, plus a private balcony and stunning sea view.

Villa Manila, Kalkan certainly delivered on our expectations!

Villa Manila, Kalkan certainly delivered on our expectations, and in most cases exceeded them. The ground floor is huge, and the kitchen has full sets of cutlery, crockery and innumerable glassware. The outside area / pool are massive, beds for all, a huge swing bed, two full size dining tables & chairs + seating. Not to mention the outside bar with sink & fridge, plus pool table and table tennis. If this wasn’t enough, there’s a roof terrace with bar, sink, fridge and more seating. We were only there 7 days, so not enough time to adequately use every area available! All 4 bedrooms are large doubles, good storage (with coat hangers), all have en-suite bathrooms and balconies with great views. Bedding, towels etc are all of good quality and the place was immaculately clean. Views from every vantage point are excellent, overlooking both bays. Will certainly book again, and highly recommend to anyone.

A superb and secluded contemporary 5-bedroom villa, fully refurbished in 2022. Luxurious throughout, the villa has a large private swimming pool with spacious terraces and a beautiful outdoor dining area. Set in the peaceful Kalamar district of Kalkan, the villa is a stone’s throw from local shops and restaurants, and boasts fabulous sea views from the upper levels.

Villa Safran is situated on the Kalamar Road, just past Café Vita, Villa Safran County is a detached villa with an imposing entrance. A high walled garden for privacy, automatic controlled garage door and intercom entry system greets you, and once inside there are a few steps down into the grounds of the villa itself.

Upon entering the property, the actual size of the Villa Safran County becomes apparent, with an opulent entrance hall which opens onto the split-level open plan living areas with high ceilings and a central aircon system.

Ground Floor:

Filled with natural light the kitchen with granite worktops is super equipped with modern luxuries you’d expect from a villa of this magnitude, incorporating an integrated electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, juicer, ice maker, kettle and UK toaster. A stylish feature is the kitchen island with built-in gas hob and includes seating for 10 people. There is also a large sliding glass door to the outside for easy access to the pergola covered dining terrace.

A couple of steps down leads into the contemporary lounge area with a large comfortable L-shape sofa, armchairs and smart TV. Glass sliding doors maximise the view which looks out onto the luxurious pool terrace.

Off the entrance hall the first stylish bedroom with en-suite can be found, this is a family room with 1 king and 1 single bed, perfect for anyone not wishing to climb stairs or with a young child and has a French balcony with a pool view.

On this level there is a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and a separate guest WC.

Bedroom 1

Family en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower, king size bed, single bed, wardrobes with full length mirrors, smart TV, air-conditioning, safe, French balcony with pool view and sea glimpse (this bedroom is on the ground floor).

Stairs leads up to the first floor where an impressive landing awaits and the stylish décor continues in the three spacious double en-suite bedrooms, one of which has its own private Turkish bath and another with twin showers with picture window and sea views. All bedrooms share wonderful pool and sea views over Kalamar Bay.

First Floor:

Outside Area:

The generously proportioned elegant terrace with pool measuring 10 x 5.5m (1.6m deep) and jacuzzi is undoubtedly a key feature of this property. The jacuzzi seats 10 people and has walk-in roman steps and there are ladder steps at the other end of the pool, and an outdoor shower. 10 sunbeds adorn the pool with side tables and parasols, comfortable sofa seating and a swing seat.

All the grounds are tastefully landscaped and at one end of the outdoor terrace there is a more private sunbathing area with curtains and 2 sunbeds.

A large, covered pergola terrace equipped with lighting and a built-in bbq makes for the perfect alfresco dining experience and comfortably accommodates 10 people.

There is a table tennis game for all the family to enjoy, and due to its size, luxury décor and amenities this jewel of a villa certainly makes for an unforgettable holiday.

There is covered private parking for 1 car at the entrance to the property. (Some road noise may be heard from the pool terrace).

Villa Honeybee is a luxury villa located in the prestigious area of Komurluk. Set over 3 floors, the villa boasts stunning panoramic views across the bay towards the harbour.

Ground floor (pool level):

The ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with double glass doors which open out to the pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom with large en-suite shower room on this floor with a door from the bedroom leading out onto to the pool terrace (please note that the shower room can also be accessed from the hallway, but the door can remain locked if preferred).

The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a 42″ television with English and Turkish channels. The television is a smart TV which enables you to watch Netflix if you have an account. The villa also has a water cooler, washing machine and a dishwasher.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms on the first floor which all have sea views. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds (each 90cm x 200cm) and the third is a double bedroom (160cm x 200cm). Each bedroom has access to a shared sea view balcony. The double and one of the twin bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms; the remaining twin bedroom has access to the house shower room on this level

Second floor (entry level):

There is a double bedroom on this level with a king size bed (180cm x 200cm) and access to a private roof terrace offering lovely sea views and furnished with cushioned sun loungers. This bedroom has use of a separate shower room on this floor.

Outdoor areas:

The villa benefits from having a generously-sized pool terrace furnished with sun-loungers which have thick comfortable mattresses and two deckchairs.

The terrace gets plenty of sun throughout the day and is in the perfect position for enjoying the spectacular sunsets that this area of Kalkan is renowned for. A table and chairs are provided under a shaded area for alfresco dining, along with a large gas BBQ. A comfortable seating area is also positioned at the front of the pool terrace overlooking the sea.

Amazing week in Villa Honeybee

We have just come back from the most amazing week staying in Villa Honeybee, Kalkan.

Our first time to Turkey and we will definitely be coming back to Kalkan.

There were 10 of us sharing the villa and it was just perfect for all of us. The location and views were incredible. Very spacious even with 10 of us.

Jane and Elsie at Lale Homes looked after our every needs beautifully .. from the very start when we booked the villa to the return transfer back to the airport.

We couldn’t have chosen a better Villa. Kalkan has captured all our hearts and we will definitely be returning.

The only one slight issue we had during our stay at the Villa was that we couldn’t get the TV to work.. which usually on holiday we wouldn’t have even tried to watch tv however our stay coincided with the second week of the Olympics needless to say it would have been good to be able to catch up on the daily events taking place in Paris.

Apart from this slight inconvenience Villa Honeybee created the most wonderful memories for all of us.. thank you Lale Homes.

Harika is a stunning, beautifully designed villa which offers luxurious holiday accommodation. Exceptionally spacious inside and out- the villa boasts five en-suite bedrooms, a large infinity pool and private gardens and terraces. Offering fantastic sea views, the villa is also in an ideal location- just 300m from the town centre, a short walk down to all shops, restaurants and amenities.

Villa Harika is beautifully-presented five bedroom, fully air-conditioned villa, with stunning views of Kalkan harbour, bay and islands.

Close to central Kalkan, Villa Harika is tastefully furnished and there are many private areas in and around the villa in which to relax.

Ground floor:

The open plan ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with all new Siemens kitchen appliances including built in oven and microwave, water dispenser and new ice make, dining area and spacious living room, and cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

IPTV, DVD player, new living room furniture, top of the range sound system, IPod docking station and WiFi are all provided at the villa.

Lower ground floor:

The lower ground floor has two large bedrooms – one with kingsize bed and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms with modern fittings – the kingsize bedroom has new spacious walk in shower. Each bedroom on this level has access to a quiet terrace with comfortable seating area and full sea views. All 5 bedrooms have new furnishings.

There is also a utility room on this floor, equipped with washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron.

With its own private access, there is a fifth bedroom on the lower ground floor (a double), which is accessed through the lower front garden terrace. It too has its own en-suite bathroom with modern fittings (please note, that because this bedroom is separately accessed from the main house, it is not suitable for young children).

First floor:

The first floor also has two large bedrooms – one with kingsize bed and one with twin beds. Again, both bedrooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms with modern fittings. Both of these bedrooms have private balconies with impressive sea views.

Outdoor areas:

At the side of the pool terrace, there is a large table beneath a shady pergola for al-fresco dining. The lower ground floor has a shady secluded chill-out area with 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table – ideal for reading and relaxing in a cool breeze. There is another shady terrace with side sea view and a large comfy sofa at the side of the villa. Also located here, is a custom built stone natural BBQ plus a full-sized drinks fridge, ready for preparing your nice cool sundowners!

The larger than average infinity pool has wonderful sea views and there are ample new sun-loungers and parasols provided, new outdoor heater, new outdoor speaker. New contemporary glass balustrades now compliment the newly extended terrace.

The villa is an approximate 8 minute walk from central Kalkan – this is downhill all the way, therefore, uphill on the way back, so taxi’s home might be required.

Villa Ocean Pearl is a truly stunning five bed, five bath 5 star luxury villa (sleeping up to 12 guests) The villa offers superb amenities, cool contemporary accommodation, and two swimming pools with unique waterfall features, plus many extra amenities – overall, this property has some serious ‘wow’ factor!

The villa is super contemporary in style, and has been very tastefully furnished and decorated. It offers spacious accommodation (370 sq feet in total) for guests throughout, and will sleep up to 12 guests (one of the lower floor bedrooms can be used as a family room, or for groups of older children/teenagers etc if required) All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms/bathrooms. There are top quality inverter air conditioning units in all main rooms and bedrooms for your comfort.

For larger groups, the outside areas are perfect too, with sunbathing terraces and dining and seating areas on the ground and lower floors, next to the two pools, plus all bedrooms on the upper levels have their own private balconies.

This is a villa that you may not want to leave too often, as it has been designed to give guests a wonderful , enhanced all round holiday experience for all ages. Choose to swim in either of the two pools (both with stunning waterfall features) Pamper yourselves in the spa bathroom & sauna, and then finish off relaxing on one of the fabulous hot beds. For the more active guests, there is a small gym area, plus a table tennis table outside. On the lower floor of the villa is a separate media room, with TV, surround sound system, and PS4 (with it’s own kitchenette, so you don’t need to bring drinks etc from the kitchen!) There is even a bar area and pool table within the ground floor living space!

Set in an elevated, quiet location, with lovely ocean and mountain views, the villa is in a brilliant position, just an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre, & another 5 minutes to Kalkan’s beautiful Old Town, with its amazing choice of restaurants, cafes and bars, and lovely boutique shops. (NB during the hotter months in the season, you may prefer to take a taxi back up to the villa)

Ground floor:

Large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that run the full width of the property create an almost seamless connection between inside and out, and effectively extend the inside living area to include the swimming pool terrace and connect everyone, whether chilling out inside or enjoying the sunshine or a shady spot outside.

The open plan living area has a large modern kitchen which flows into the lounge and dining area. This includes a stunning 30 foot atrium looking out onto the waterfall feature and main infinity pool. It allows light to flood in and makes the most of the incredible ocean and hillside views. It also has a bar area with a specially-commissioned white pool table (with marble playing surface under blue baize) complete with Swiss made pool balls to give a great playing experience.

The large glass sliding doors open onto the fabulous infinity pool area and garden with beautiful colourful flower beds, an outside shower, BBQ and further dining table with seating for 10 under a shaded canopy, There are ample sun loungers, parasols, plus a sofa and two chairs with a coffee table which seat 5; all perfect for enjoying the magnificent views and sunsets whilst enjoying alfresco dining, a dip in the pool or a game of table tennis. A Yamaha amplifier with B & W HiFi speaker system has been installed around the main pool and pool table area. This has iPod connectivity which creates superb quality music even at low volumes.

The fully equipped kitchen has a built in oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, lots of cupboard space and also has a balcony with sea views and overlooks the pools.

The dining area has a large table and chairs with seating for 10 and is set in a spectacular 30 foot atrium with floor to ceiling windows, a beautiful modern chandelier above and stunning ocean views overlooking the main infinity pool area and ocean views.

The beautiful lounge has a large sofa, two arm chairs, coffee table, sideboard and large TV; perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views.

Lower floor:

The second Pool / Garden Area – this area has a further sofa, two chairs and a coffee table seating 5, a further 3 sun loungers, parasols, an outside shower and a beautifully planted area. Access is via the Spa area via two large sliding glass double doors.

A 65″ Samsung ultra high definition 4K TV with JBL 610 5.1 surround sound system and a Denon BT550 amplifier

PlayStation 4 Pro with 4K high definition

Bespoke comfy cushioned seating area which can convert into two single beds creating a fun sleeping option for older children.

Turkish Delight Suite – Master Bedroom 1 (Sleeps up to 4): A spectacular very spacious master suite with a super king bed, two bedside units, a large dressing table and chair, very large wardrobes, TV and seating area, two arm chairs and coffee table, plus two sofas, each of which can convert into a single bed, so this bedroom can sleep up to 4. This amazing bedroom opens up onto the pool/garden area through two sets of glass sliding doors which let light flood in.

En-suite Bathroom 1 – is a very large en-suite with a huge shower, sink, triple vanity unit and toilet.

Spa Area – this beautiful area with turkish tiling includes gym equipment, a sauna and two enticing heated beds, and is perfect for when you want to work off those extra pounds from all the wonderful holiday food, wish to relax and sooth any aches from all that exercise or simply wish to chill out! The second pool/garden area is accessed via here through a set of glass double sliding doors.

Ocean Pearl Suite – Master Bedroom 2: This very large dazzling second master includes a super king bed, two bedside units, large dressing table and chair, very large wardrobes and sofa. A set of three large floor to ceiling double sliding doors open up onto the pool/garden area.

Master Bathroom 2 – This Luxurious and decadent Master Bathroom has double frosted glass doors. It has an extra large couples bath, large massage shower, double sinks with six vanity units underneath and an extra huge full wall length mirror. It also has a separate toilet within the bathroom with a further sink and vanity unit.

First floor:

Access is via a spiral staircase leading to:

Mezzanine area with two arm chairs and sofa looking over the central atrium and waterfall feature where you can enjoy fabulous views and watch the sun go down.

Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 – There are 3 further spacious bedrooms on this level; one twin with 2 single beds and two with king size beds, all have private balconies with seating and sea views. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. New terrace on this level with stunning views accessed from bedroom.

We have just come back (as a group of 7 adults) from visiting Villa Ocean Pearl.

We cannot recommend this beautiful villa enough! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was a 5* luxury experience and we didn’t want to leave! The villa is finished to such a high spec and has all the facilities you could possibly want for a fun filled holiday.

Julie and Darrell were aware we were coming to Kalkan to celebrate a special birthday and went above and beyond with all the extra touches.

We booked the villa via Facebook and were assisted every step of the way with our holiday. We had transfers, boat trips and a full guide provided for us as well as a list of all the best restaurants, bars and beach clubs.

The villa is extremely spacious and in an ideal location. We cannot wait to visit again!

We all had a great week staying here and have memories to cherish forever.

There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, all with fantastic views, as there are huge french windows all the way along one side of the building. There is an oven, gas hob, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, along with all the cooking and serving equipment you could want for your holiday – there’s even a food processor, and a cafetiere for any coffee lovers! The villa is perfect for families and larger groups. Access to the villa is via a fairly steep set of steps to the property, so this may cause problems for people with mobility needs.

Outdoor areas:

There is a spacious, marble patio area surrounding the beautiful infinity pool, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, plus a comfortable shaded swing seat at the front of the property. There is a large pergola to one side, directly opposite the kitchen area, with a marble topped table and chairs for alfresco dining, plus a stone built BBQ at the back of the property. On the top floor of the property is the beautiful furnished roof terrace. It is shaded by a pergola, great for hot sunny days. The roof terrace has a small kitchen area including a fridge, so why not take advantage of the amazing views and relax whilst enjoying a few sun-downers? Private parking is available outside the property.

Villa Apricus is a spacious, modern 3-bedroom villa with large 6m x 4m pool surrounded by lush gardens. The villa has lovely shaded seating areas with comfortable outdoor seating, garden swings and hammock, The furnished roof terrace is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the stunning panoramic sea and mountain views over Kalkan. Located in the residential area of Ortaalan a gentle walk downhill to the old town will take approx. 10 mins, taxis are readily available for the less energetic with average cost being around £1.50. Close to many amenities including the local Thursday market. supermarkets, cashpoints, cafes and restaurants are all within a 3 to 10 mins walk.

Ground Floor

The ground floor has an open plan living space with a large corner style sofa, smart tv, and fireplace. Sliding glass doors from here lead directly out to the pool terrace.
The kitchen area is bright and modern fully furnished with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
A Double bedroom opening onto poolside with separate shower room, is also located on this level.

First Floor

The first floor has two bedrooms, the double master bedroom is en-suite and a twin bedroom with separate shower room. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony that has no sea view.

Top Floor

The top floor has a wonderful roof terrace with a shaded dining area, BBQ and comfortable seating, the ideal place to relax and watch the sun go down while admiring the splendid sea and mountain views over Kalkan.

Outside Areas

The good-sized pool is approx. 6m x 4m. around the terrace you will find sun loungers and a comfy seating area with table and BBQ. For the more energetic under the pool is a table tennis room.

The garden area has a lovely mature trees and shrubbery plus shaded seating.

Road side parking is available right outside where steps lead up to the terrace and front door.

Villa Andrea is a beautiful, immaculately presented 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa nestled on the hillside in Kiziltas. The villa offers a contemporary fully equipped kitchen, stylish living area and 3 double bedrooms (one configured as a twin). Outside, there is a large private pool, expansive terraces and a roof terrace. The villa has beautiful sea views and is an easy downhill walk to the centre of Kalkan.

The villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished and decorated throughout, with great attention to detail, with a mix of contemporary and traditional styling. All three bedrooms are en-suite and there are inverter technology air conditioning units in all main rooms. The open plan ground floor layout includes a fully fitted contemporary kitchen and kitchen island, plus ample seating in the form of a large L shaped sofa & armchair. There is a 4K smart flat screen TV in this area too, where you can watch UK channels via IPTV. There is high speed internet available for guests too.

Andrea has a great outdoor space in the form of a large terrace and newly renovated pool complete with roman steps ( 6 x 3M ), a shady dining area and comfortable seating both on the main terrace and also on the covered terrace on pool level, plus on the 1^st floor balcony and roof terrace. There are lovely sea views from the villa too, on all levels

From the villa it is only a short walk to the Thursday market area and the town centre (approx. 5 minutes) plus a further 5 minute walk to the Old Town. Due to the villa’s elevated location, you may prefer to take a taxi back!

Ground floor:

The open plan living area contains a well-equipped kitchen that features an island with bar stool seating for up to 6 people. A water cooler, fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and cafetiere are also provided. The lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table, flat screen TV and TV unit

Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen onto the pool terrace.

There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First floor:

Bedroom 1 – A double bedroom king size bed and en-suite shower room. Sea view balcony with table and chairs

(the balcony on this level is shared between both bedrooms, and has lovely sea view)

Second floor:

The roof terrace has the best sea views of all and is perfect for enjoying sundowners whilst taking in the beautiful sunsets over Snake & Mouse islands.

We are repeat guests to Villa Andrea for a reason – it really is the perfect Villa for a relaxing family holiday.

The inside and outside spaces are fantastic and spacious. The new pergola this year is a lovely addition and is the perfect spot for relaxing when you fancy a break from the fabulous pool.

The views from Villa Andrea are breathtaking at every level – try the beautiful roof terrace to watch the sunset, always a favourite time of the day!

A special mention to Jane, Elsie and Mimi and the team at Lale Homes – I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

From first booking to throughout the holiday they are beyond helpful, always on hand and an absolute delight to deal with.

Arrived to an immaculate villa at night, very eager for the following morning to see the views, and was not disappointed….truly stunning!

Ideal location, away from the main town but close enough for a gentle walk in.

Mid holiday clean was very much appreciated as stayed for 12 nights, stayed in many villas over the years but all party agreed VILLA Andrea was the best one yet.

Kalkan itself, is fantastic, our new favourite place, so charming!

Fully equipped, bespoke hand-made kitchen, featuring a granite-topped island. The kitchen includes top of the range stainless steel appliances, and everything you would need for self-catering. Appliances include: electric oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water cooler, juicer and blender.

Open plan living and dining area with working fireplace, TV and a bluetooth speaker. A selection of board games and books are provided for your use.

A guest cloakroom can also be found on this level.

First Floor:

Paris Room: A large spacious double room, with a king size bed, seating area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony that provides stunning views over the bay.

Sepia Room: A large spacious double room, with king size bed, seating area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony that provides stunning views over the bay.

Twin Room: This room is located between the Sepia & Paris rooms – it has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a sea view balcony.

Top Floor:

Master Suite: Villa Alexander’s crowning glory is a vast top floor master suite with open plan marble bathroom with bath and walk in shower. This room features a super-king-sized bed, twin basins, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and splendid sea view balcony.

The centre of Kalkan lies a 15-20 minute walk away or a 3 minute car / taxi ride. Alternatively, a water-taxi from the Mahal Beach Club can be taken across the bay to the old town
The 9th and 10th guests (if applicable) will be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the living area of the property

Beautiful Villa Alexander

We have just returned from two fantastic weeks at Villa Alexander.

The Villa is just as the photos show the main suite on the second floor is huge and has amazing views from its full length balcony, the rooms on the first floor were equally as luxurious and had a balcony running their full length.

The living area and fully equipped kitchen had everything you needed and more but as always most time was spent in and around the pool which was so comfortable and spacious.

The pool Guy came every day so it was kept clean for the whole of our stay.

The Laundry room was also very useful.

I must add that any requests to Lale Homes was dealt with immediately, their suggestion for caterers was very useful and the chef we used Kazim Oguz of ‘Chefs at home’ was easily the best meal we had during our stay, a proper chef who spent for five hours preparing the meal!

I would highly recommend Villa Alexander and Lale Homes who were great communicators and super efficient throughout.
