Minerva Apartment is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment in a highly sought after location- just a genuine 1 minute walk to the nearest amenities and an easy 5 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town. The apartment is located on a peaceful complex of just 6 apartments which share 2 large swimming pools, spacious sunbathing terraces and extensive communal gardens.

Accommodation:

On entering the apartment a spacious entrance hallway leads through to the light and airy open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances such as electric oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle & fruit blender, 2 cafetieres ( large and small) and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. The kitchen also has a marble topped table and chairs to comfortably seat 4.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area, furnished with a high quality cast iron sofa and armchair, chess table, book case, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Ipod Dock and Wi-Fi. Double patio doors lead directly out onto the wrap-around balcony.

The apartment has two bedrooms- a master bedroom with King-sized bed, en-suite and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room directly across the hallway. Both bedrooms are furnished with handmade traditional wooden wardrobes, bed side cabinets and vanity unit with mirror. A hair dryer is provided in the master bedroom. The bedrooms both have a door leading out onto the balcony.

The en-suite and separate shower room are both equipped with walk-in shower, WC and sink.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Outdoor areas:

A fantastic feature of Minerva Apartment is the huge wrap-around balcony which can be accessed from the bedrooms and living room/kitchen. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs for 6, a rattan sofa, chairs and coffee table set.  The perfect place to spend lazy days, the balcony benefits from beautiful mountain and sea views.

There are two large swimming pools shared by six apartments, both of which have Roman steps for easy access. The pools are both surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces, with sun loungers and a parasol provided for the use of guests at Minerva Apartment.

Situated just behind the Anka (formerly Yali) Supermarket complex, the apartment is in a fantastic central yet peaceful location- ensuring that there will never be a need for car hire or taxis.

Villa Apricus is a spacious, modern 3-bedroom villa with large 6m x 4m pool surrounded by lush gardens. The villa has lovely shaded seating areas with comfortable outdoor seating, garden swings and hammock, The furnished roof terrace is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the stunning panoramic sea and mountain views over Kalkan. Located in the residential area of Ortaalan a gentle walk downhill to the old town will take approx. 10 mins, taxis are readily available for the less energetic with average cost being around £1.50.  Close to many amenities including the local Thursday market. supermarkets, cashpoints, cafes and restaurants are all within a 3 to 10 mins walk.

Ground Floor

The ground floor has an open plan living space with a large corner style sofa, smart tv, and fireplace. Sliding glass doors from here lead directly out to the pool terrace.
The kitchen area is bright and modern fully furnished with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
A Double bedroom opening onto poolside with separate shower room, is also located on this level.

First Floor

The first floor has two bedrooms, the double master bedroom is en-suite and a twin bedroom with separate shower room. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony that has no sea view.

Top Floor

The top floor has a wonderful roof terrace with a shaded dining area, BBQ and comfortable seating, the ideal place to relax and watch the sun go down while admiring the splendid sea and mountain views over Kalkan.

Outside Areas

The good-sized pool is approx. 6m x 4m. around the terrace you will find sun loungers and a comfy seating area with table and BBQ. For the more energetic under the pool is a table tennis room.

The garden area has a lovely mature trees and shrubbery plus shaded seating.

Road side parking is available right outside where steps lead up to the terrace and front door.

Villa Andrea is a beautiful, immaculately presented 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa nestled on the hillside in Kiziltas. The villa offers a contemporary fully equipped kitchen, stylish living area and 3 double bedrooms (one configured as a twin). The villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished and decorated throughout, with great attention to detail, with a mix of contemporary and traditional styling. All three bedrooms are en-suite and there are inverter technology air conditioning units in all main rooms. The open plan ground floor layout includes a fully fitted contemporary kitchen and kitchen island, plus ample seating in the form of a large L shaped sofa & armchair. There is a 4K smart flat screen TV in this area too, where you can watch UK channels via IPTV. There is high speed internet available for guests too.

Andrea has a great outdoor space in the form of a large terrace and newly renovated pool complete with roman steps ( 6 x 3M ), a shady dining area and comfortable seating both on the main terrace and also on the covered terrace on pool level, plus on the 1st floor balcony and roof terrace. There are lovely sea views from the villa too, on all levels

From the villa it is only a short walk to the Thursday market area and the town centre (approx. 5 minutes) plus a further 5 minute walk to the Old Town. Due to the villa’s elevated location, you may prefer to take a taxi back!

Ground floor:

The open plan living area contains a well-equipped kitchen that features an island with bar stool seating for up to 6 people.  A water cooler, fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and cafetiere are also provided. The lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table, flat screen TV and TV unit

Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen onto the pool terrace.

There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First floor:

Bedroom 1 – A double bedroom king size bed and en-suite shower room. Sea view balcony with table and chairs

(the balcony on this level is shared between both bedrooms, and has lovely sea view)

The roof terrace has the best sea views of all and is perfect for enjoying sundowners whilst taking in the beautiful sunsets over Snake & Mouse islands.

Up two flights of stairs passing the separate new media room on the lower level.

Ground Floor:

Fully equipped, bespoke hand-made kitchen, featuring a granite-topped island. The kitchen includes top of the range stainless steel appliances, and everything you would need for self-catering.
