Villa Yirmi occupies an elevated position in Kızıltaş, one of Kalkan’s popular residential hillside areas, known for its open bay views and cooling summer breezes.
Kalkan Old Town, the harbour, rooftop restaurants and beach clubs are approximately a 20–25 minute walk away, or just a 3–4 minute drive. Due to the hillside setting, the final section of the approach road is steep; guests may prefer the use of a hire car or local taxis, particularly for evening returns from town.

Accessed via steps from the private parking area, the entrance opens into a bright, double-height open-plan living space. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors frame the bay and lead directly onto the pool terrace, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The lounge features comfortable sofas, armchair seating, coffee table and wall-mounted flat-screen TV — alongside a Yamaha piano, a distinctive and rarely found feature in Kalkan villas, adding an elegant and sociable touch to the living space. Complimentary WiFi, marble flooring and full air conditioning ensure comfort throughout.
The modern kitchen is spacious and well-equipped for self-catering, with oven and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar with stools and water dispenser. The adjacent indoor dining area comfortably seats up to 12 guests. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.

The lower ground floor is dedicated to leisure and practical facilities.

Also located on this level is a separate utility room with washing machine and, notably, a tumble dryer — an uncommon but highly practical feature for a Kalkan villa, particularly useful for larger groups, families or guests staying longer during the season.

The view was so stunning
Our staying was really good and pleasure!
We spent 18 days there.
The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.
House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.
We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)
Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.
So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.
Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!
That was fantastic! I have a very great experience with holiday rentals staying.
We had cleaning every Monday and Janes team was making a great job!

Lovely apartment with fantastic views
Thank you for all the help Jane before we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed was at hand. Although we had some inclement weather the apartment provided us with everything we needed. We spend 3 weeks at the apartment sharing the first week with our two teenage granddaughters who enjoyed their stay. Without doubt the apartment provided very good value for money.
Great Little holiday Hideout in a good Location!
Great little holiday hideout in a good location – very handy for the harbour, shopping and the old town. The apartment was nicely decorated and furnished – very comfortable! The kitchen whilst a tad on the small side (as in work space) was well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. For three of us this place was a good size – although the 3rd bedroom (which we didn’t use) is quite small with 2 beds in it. So whilst technically sleeps 6, my only watch out would be it might be a bit tight for six people. I’d imagine less of an issue for families or during summer months when you tend to spend less time in the accommodation. The internet connection was good and constant and having the firestick was a bonus for catching up on Christmas TV in the evenings. We’d highly recommend the apartment as well as Jane and her team who were very responsive to any questions we had ahead of our arrival and during our stay.
