– Guest WC and a utility room with washing machine under the stairs.

First floor

– Three bedrooms:

– Double with en-suite (bath, twin basins, separate shower), dressing table, walk-in wardrobe, wall-mounted TV and sliding doors to the full-width shared balcony (two chairs and a small table).

– Double with en-suite shower, walk-in wardrobe, wall-mounted TV and balcony access (two chairs and a small table).

– Twin bedroom accessed across the atrium with built-in seating and a separate utility room (washing machine, ironing board, iron).

Second floor

– Top-floor double under the eaves with en-suite shower. Glass doors lead to the roof terrace.

– Large freshwater pool (shallow lounging area with immersed stools by a sunken pool bar with fridge and sink; integral Jacuzzi at the far end). Sun loungers and parasols around the pool.
