Location 

Villa Korsan is situated on the hillside above beautiful Kalamar Bay. Its elevated position provides magnificent views across the bay, the Mediterranean and the islands beyond. 

The sea and nearest beach clubs (Kalamar, Lures and Kulube are approximately five minutes away via a downhill walk. Beach clubs are always a popular option for guests, offering access to swimming platforms, restaurants, bars and in some cases, a choice of water sports 

Supermarkets, local mini markets and a selection of cafés and restaurants are also within walking distance, so guests do not always need to travel into town for everyday shopping or meals out. 

Kalkan town centre is approximately a 20–30-minute walk from the villa, or a short taxi ride 

The Accommodation 

Ground Floor 

The main living level is bright, spacious and designed to make the most of Villa Korsan’s wonderful Mediterranean setting. 

The open-plan living area incorporates a comfortable lounge, indoor dining space and fully equipped contemporary kitchen. Wide sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, filling the room with natural light and creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor living areas. 

The lounge has a large flat-screen television with satellite channels and a DVD player. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi throughout. 

The kitchen is well equipped for catering for a larger group and includes a coffee machine. Coffee capsules can be purchased from the villa’s management team. 

A separate utility room contains a washing machine, a large ice-making machine and a second full-size fridge, providing valuable additional storage and preparation space when the villa is occupied by a larger group. A guest WC and separate shower are also located on this floor. 

Bedroom One 

The ground-floor bedroom is a spacious twin room with an en-suite shower room. Wide sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, giving the room a bright, airy feel and easy access to the villa’s main outdoor space. 

Lower Ground Floor 

Reached by a flight of external steps from the entrance gate at road level, the lower ground floor is home to the villa’s covered games area. 

Guests can enjoy games of snooker or pool and table tennis while still taking in the panoramic Mediterranean views. This provides an excellent additional social space, particularly for families travelling with older children and teenagers. 

Two twin bedrooms are also located on this level. Both have entrances which are separate from the main house. 

Bedroom Two 

The first lower-ground-floor bedroom is furnished with twin beds and has its own en-suite shower room. A French balcony takes advantage of the villa’s elevated position and beautiful sea views. 

Bedroom Three 

The second bedroom on this level also has twin beds, an en-suite shower room and a French balcony with views towards the Mediterranean. 

As these two bedrooms have separate access from the main house, they are best suited to adults or older children and are not recommended for young children sleeping without an accompanying adult. 

First Floor 

Four double bedrooms are located on the first floor, three of which have their own en-suite facilities and private sea-view balconies. 

Bedroom Four 

The first is a beautifully presented double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Glass doors open onto a private balcony with uninterrupted views across Kalamar Bay. 

Bedroom Five 

The second double bedroom also has an en-suite wet-room-style shower room, together with a bath. Its private balcony provides another lovely vantage point from which to enjoy the sea views. 

Bedroom Six 

The third double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and private balcony overlooking the bay and Mediterranean beyond. 

Bedroom Seven 

The fourth bedroom on this floor is a slightly smaller room furnished with a queen-size double bed. This bedroom does not have en-suite facilities; guests can use the additional shower room on the ground floor. 

Second Floor 

Bedroom Eight 

The second floor has an additional double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. Set apart from the main bedroom level, it provides a more private sleeping space and has direct access to a dedicated roof terrace area. 

Roof Terrace 

Villa Korsan’s fabulous roof terrace is one of the property’s standout features. From its elevated position above Kalamar Bay, the terrace enjoys far-reaching panoramic views across the Mediterranean, the surrounding coastline and the islands beyond. 

A small kitchenette makes it easy to prepare drinks and refreshments without returning to the main kitchen. There is also an additional WC on this level. 

A raised, shaded Turkish-style seating area provides an inviting place to relax during the day. As evening falls, the roof terrace becomes a wonderful setting for sunset drinks, warm summer evenings and stargazing above the bay. 

Outdoor Space 

Villa Korsan’s main outdoor area is arranged around its private swimming pool. Irregular in shape, the pool measures approximately 7.7 metres by 7.6 metres at its widest point and 2.6 metres at its narrowest, with a depth of approximately 1.4 metres. 

The spacious pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, providing plenty of room for a group of up to 16 guests to relax together. A comfortable seating area with a retractable awning offers shade during the warmest part of the day. 

The covered alfresco dining area has ceiling fans and provides a sociable setting for breakfasts, relaxed lunches and evening meals. A traditional stone barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking. 

Thanks to the villa’s elevated hillside position, both the pool terrace and upper outdoor spaces enjoy beautiful views across Kalamar Bay and the Mediterranean beyond. 

Please note that Villa Korsan is arranged over several levels. A flight of external steps leads from the entrance gate at road level to the games area, with further steps continuing to the pool terrace and main accommodation. There are also internal stairs between the bedroom floors and roof terrace. The villa may therefore not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
