Elmas Yildiz is a fabulous 1 bed garden apartment on the ever popular Mediterranean complex. Elmas Yildiz (Diamond star) is tastefully furnished & very well equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. The apartment has one of the largest private gardens/outside areas on the complex, allowing for privacy, & giving plenty of space for relaxing and making the most of outdoor living.

The apartment:

The internal accommodation consists of a spacious open plan lounge & kitchen, a bedroom and shower room. The kitchen is large and fully fitted, with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine, and is very well equipped, with everything you could want for your self-catering needs. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and chair with occasional tables, a TV with inbuilt DVD player )NB – DVD playback only), a Bluetooth speaker & iPod docking station.  The apartment has free WiFi plus a safe for extra peace of mind.

The bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and vanity unit with hairdryer, and the modern shower room is adjacent.

Outdoor area:

Enjoy alfresco dining on the shady private patio area, relax on the comfortable sun beds, or go for total relaxation and quiet time on the day bed. The gated private garden area is very attractive, with an olive tree, colourful Bougainvillea and lots of pretty plants and flowers. The Mediterranean complex is well regarded and a desirable place to stay. It is a good size, with a choice of 5 communal swimming pools, and is very attractive, with lovely gardens, and is in an excellent location, only minutes from local shops, restaurants and banks, and just a short walk (5 minutes) to the Old Town and Harbour.  As well as the garden furniture, Elmas Yildiz has 2 sun beds and a parasol for guests use at the pools.

The apartment is up a short flight of steps on the outside (about 7). Inside there is the open plan split level lounge and kitchen. The lounge is spacious and opens out onto the poolside. The kitchen is modern with a table and 4 chairs, plus it has a small balcony with table and 2 chairs for a quick coffee (or glass of wine). There is a shower room off the lounge.

Bedrooms 

To the other side of the lounge is the second shower room and both bedrooms. The twin bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors with direct access to the poolside. The double bedroom is up 2 steps and has its own balcony with table and 2 chairs.

Blueberry 1 Apartment is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a really envious position just by the supermarkets, banks and restaurants, and across from the Thursday Market, but also just a 10 minute walk to the harbour.

It is also one of those precious few apartments with a private pool, making it particularly attractive to those wanting to enjoy and swim or splash about any time of the day, just outside the door.

Living Area 

The apartment is light, airy and comfortable throughout. Blueberry 1 is open plan with a lounge area with a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table and wall mounted TV. Large doors/windows let in lots of lights and open out onto the poolside and terraces.

The modern kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 stools, has all the appliances you need including oven, hob, ridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, water dispenser and a coffee maker.

The two bedrooms can be configured either as 1 twin and 1 double, or both doubles as the beds push together. Useful for making the apartment suitable for couples of small family groups. If you are a family with two children, the apartment can accommodate you comfortably. There are also 2 shower rooms so no sharing.

On the entry level of the apartment, there are three stylish en-suite bedrooms. To the rear of the townhouse is the twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a large private balcony which looks over the courtyard below.

To the front of the townhouse are two double en-suite bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has double wardrobes, bed side cabinets and huge super King- sized luxury beds. Villa Kariska is a beautiful and spacious private villa, ideal for one or two families, or a group of friends wishing to holiday together. A home from home, it has an abundance of extra features.

Ground floor:

Villa Kariska is comfortably furnished and offers a large spacious, light and airy, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which opens directly onto the gardens and pool area.

The beautiful modern kitchen with its granite work tops, is equipped with everything you might expect at home from a dishwasher and washing machine to an Nespresso coffee machine and chilled water dispenser. The living space includes everything you might need such as wi-fi internet, smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker.

First floor:

The master bedroom suite covers the whole of the first floor, with a six-foot four poster bed, en-suite, seating area and large private balcony.

Second and third floors:

The other three bedrooms are on these floors, and include one king-size room and two twin rooms. All bedrooms open out onto spacious balconies with bistro table and chairs.

Outside Areas:

The villa boasts a large terrace with a private pool within beautiful mature gardens. There are plenty of areas to sunbathe on with our six sun loungers and 3 large parasols for those who enjoy the shade. There are plenty of different areas to find peace and quiet and enjoy the stunning views of the beautiful Taurus mountains and sea.

The terrace has a large dining table which seats 10 guests. There is another smaller seating area in our courtyard, and a double hammock on the shady upper terrace.

The stunning roof terrace is the perfect place to chill and enjoy the sunsets. A fridge is available to make sure you have cold drinks available for the those 6 o’clock G&Ts. For those who like to cook outside, we have a large kettle barbeque.

The garden is fully maintained throughout the year by a local professional team. The pool, patio and garden areas are cleaned on a daily basis early in the morning, as not to disturb your day. The inside of the villa is cleaned once a week and given a full linen change, or more frequently at guests request.

The villa is in a peaceful, residential location and is an easy 10 minute stroll to the centre of Kalkan. The town beach and harbour is a further 5 minutes. A car is not required at this property, and taxis are readily available and well priced.
