Villa Kaputas is a stunning luxury 6 bedroom villa, perfect for larger groups, and offering every comfort you could want from your holiday. Situated in a quiet location in the hills behind Kalkan, it’s the perfect place to switch off and relax the days away. The villa is fully air conditioned, and has beautiful cool marble flooring throughout.

Ground floor:

There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, all with fantastic views, as there are huge french windows all the way along one side of the building. Kitchen: Fully fitted & very well equipped, with stunning black granite counter top. There is an oven, gas hob, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, along with all the cooking and serving equipment you could want for your holiday – there’s even a food processor, and a cafetiere for any coffee lovers! There is a large, extending dining table in the kitchen, seating up to 12 people.Lounge: Plenty of comfortable seating, with 2 modern, comfortable 3 seater sofas, plus an armchair, & coffee table, Large flat screen TV with surround sound system, with satellite TV, and DVD player. Wifi Internet access

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom, with king size bed, double wardrobe, vanity unit, bedside tables, large en-suite shower room. Wall to wall French windows with gorgeous views. Cloakroom/Laundry area: Downstairs cloakroom with WC and washbasin, laundry area with washing machine

The villa is perfect for families and larger groups. Access to the villa is via a fairly steep set of steps to the property, so this may cause problems for people with mobility needs.

Outdoor areas:

There is a spacious, marble patio area surrounding the beautiful infinity pool, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, plus a comfortable shaded swing seat at the front of the property. There is a large pergola to one side, directly opposite the kitchen area, with a marble topped table and chairs for alfresco dining, plus a stone built BBQ at the back of the property. On the top floor of the property is the beautiful furnished roof terrace. It is shaded by a pergola, great for hot sunny days. The roof terrace has a small kitchen area including a fridge, so why not take advantage of the amazing views and relax whilst enjoying a few sun-downers? Private parking is available outside the property.

Villa Ela is a stunning 6 bedroom contemporary villa, enjoying unobstructed panoramic sea views from its hill-side position above Kalkan.

Ground floor:

Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, featuring a state of the art fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops. Integrated appliances include double fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, & washing machine. There is also a kettle and toaster, and a coffee press. Separate island area with hob/extractor, plus breakfast bar with bar stools.

The lounge has contemporary style, comfortable sofas and arm chair, coffee table, & media wall with flat screen TV (55”) DVD player & iPod dock dining area and table (seating 12) Downstairs cloakroom. Double bedroom with twin beds; en-suite with double sink and shower.

First floor:

Bedroom 1 -Master suite with king sized bed; private balcony with panoramic views; en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate shower unit, sink & WC . Bedroom 2 – twin beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, WC, private balcony; Bedrooms 3 – Master bedroom, with double bed, juliet balcony, seating area arranged to take in the views with armchair , table & shelves, en-suite bathroom with shower, sink & WC.

Second floor:

Outdoor areas:

Villa Ela has a stunning infinity pool (11M x 4 M) with the added benefit of full steps leading into the pool on one side (great for children, or for just cooling off during the hot weather!) surrounded by a marble terrace with plenty of sun-loungers and umbrellas. There is also a stone built BBQ, and an outside shower. To the side of the terrace is a lawned area, with separate seating, and also a table tennis table for the more active guests! On the top floor of the villa is a glorious roof terrace, offering the best views of all. It is partially shaded by a pergola, and has a built in seating area, plus a small bar area, fridge and sink – perfect for enjoying a sun-downer whilst taking in the magnificent views!

Private garage underneath the property, plus additional parking outside on ground floor level. The villa is suitable for those with impaired mobility, as it can be accessed on the flat via the ground floor parking area, and there is one double bedroom with en-suite also on the ground floor.

Villa Ela was a real find! Beautifully decorated and very well equipped with an incredible view over Kalkan that we could never tire of. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable (so no fighting over the dud room!) Plenty of outside space and shade and at no time did the 12 of us feel cramped. The owner, Erhan, was charming and helpful at all times. I would definitely recommend this Villa to all my friends and Terramar holidays who we booked through.
