Villa Berlin is a luxury villa for rent with 5 bedrooms sleeping 10 people, located in Kalkan’s Kızıltaş area. As well as the magnificent sea and bay views, Villa Berlin has all the amenities you will want for your holiday.

On the ground floor leading into the large open plan kitchen, dining and living areas.

Ground Floor:

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware and kitchen utensils.

Living Room: In the living room, which has a sea view and has been designed comfortably, there is a seating group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioner, iron and ironing board. There is an exit to the pool from the living room.

Separate WC on this level.

Our first time in that region of turkey and great city of Kalkan. I don’t think I can do justice with words towards the Villa Berlin but all I can say is the view is spectacular. The building is a new build. It’s super clean and it’s managed by people who are very caring everybody in our group of 10 loved the villa and we had such an amazing time for nine days every day. The location is only five minutes away from the sea and city center. You could probably walk and get there in 15 minutes. The villa is on a hill overlooking the city of Kalkan and the sea. Like I said, the words would not do justice I will definitely recommend anybody to visit and stay.

Villa Berlin made one of our most memorable trips ever. Everything was perfect. I would like to thank you on behalf of all the guests, we all loved it.

Villa Ela is a stunning 6 bedroom contemporary villa, enjoying unobstructed panoramic sea views from its hill-side position above Kalkan.

Ground floor:

Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, featuring a state of the art fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops. Integrated appliances include double fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, & washing machine. There is also a kettle and toaster, and a coffee press. Separate island area with hob/extractor, plus breakfast bar with bar stools.

Outdoor areas:

Villa Ela has a stunning infinity pool (11M x 4 M) with the added benefit of full steps leading into the pool on one side (great for children, or for just cooling off during the hot weather!) surrounded by a marble terrace with plenty of sun-loungers and umbrellas. There is also a stone built BBQ, and an outside shower. To the side of the terrace is a lawned area, with separate seating, and also a table tennis table for the more active guests! On the top floor of the villa is a glorious roof terrace, offering the best views of all. It is partially shaded by a pergola, and has a built in seating area, plus a small bar area, fridge and sink – perfect for enjoying a sun-downer whilst taking in the magnificent views!

Private garage underneath the property, plus additional parking outside on ground floor level. The villa is suitable for those with impaired mobility, as it can be accessed on the flat via the ground floor parking area, and there is one double bedroom with en-suite also on the ground floor.

Villa Ela was a real find! Beautifully decorated and very well equipped with an incredible view over Kalkan that we could never tire of. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable (so no fighting over the dud room!) Plenty of outside space and shade and at no time did the 12 of us feel cramped. The owner, Erhan, was charming and helpful at all times. I would definitely recommend this Villa to all my friends and Terramar holidays who we booked through.

Villa Emily is a stylish and contemporary 5 bedroom villa in a fantastic location: tucked away on a peaceful residential street, yet within easy walking distance of the Old Town and all amenities.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, luxuriously furnished and ideal for larger family groups.

Ground floor:

This level has an open plan fully equipped kitchen with extensive units, a breakfast bar and indoor dining table. Patio doors open onto a balcony which is furnished with bean bags- a great place to take in the fantastic views.

The kitchen is equipped with all white goods: oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The open plan lounge area has comfy seating, flat screen TV, CD/DVD player and iPod player. Sliding doors open out from the lounge area onto a large balcony which is furnished with comfortable rattan furniture. Outside steps lead down from this balcony to the pool and terrace area.

Lower ground floor:

The lower floor has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom on this level is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite shower room. The final bedroom is separate from the rest of the villa as it is accessed from the pool terrace. It is ideal for those in a large group who prefer a little extra privacy! This bedroom also has a walk in shower room.

First floor:

There are 2 bedrooms, both en-suite. The first bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom on this level has twin beds with an en-suite bathroom, once again with a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto balconies, which have uninterrupted views of Kalkan and the bay.

Second floor:

On the top level of the villa is the spacious roof terrace which has plenty of comfy seating and shade provided by a parasol. The ideal spot for an evening drink whilst watching the sun set over the bay. In addition, there is a jacuzzi/plunge pool on the roof terrace. True luxury!

Outdoor area:

Outside, the villa has a good-sized private pool which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and an outdoor dining table for 10 guests. There is also an outdoor kitchen with fridge and BBQ

Villa Fosa is a wonderful family villa offering a large private swimming pool, beautiful gardens and stunning sea views. Located between Kalkan and Kalamar Bays, the villa has many amenities within easy walking distance.

Ground floor:

Inside the villa is designed for easy summer living, with the open plan design on the ground floor making use of large French windows that open out onto the swimming pool terrace and an ‘al fresco’ dining area for eight people. The large kitchen features an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Magimix Nespresso machine, while the washing machine is located under the stairs together with an iron and ironing board. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The indoor dining area has a wooden table and six chairs, while the living room features two comfortable cream armchairs, together with a sofa bed, new flat screen 50 inch HD television and Blu-ray player and Amazon Firestick. Pretty, traditional style lighting throughout the ground floor together with handmade wooden cupboards all add to the quality and beautiful style of the property.

First floor:

On the first floor you will find one large bedroom with a super-king size bed, wooden furnishings and lovely en-suite shower room finished in cream and stone tiles, together with the pretty en-suite twin bedded room, which is also furnished in wood. Both have large glass doors that open out onto a wonderfully spacious balcony with wooden seats and sun loungers to enjoy the views.

Second floor:

On the second floor is the luxurious Master Suite, which features a super-king size bed and private shower room, together with a lovely roof terrace with iron sofas on which to relax with a book or a drink at the end of the day. The views from the Master Suite are spectacular and it’s the perfect location for enjoying some star gazing.

Whichever room you stay in, you will wake up in the morning and open your curtains to stunning views of the Mediterranean and the towering Taurus mountains that form the backdrop to Kalkan.

In addition, we offer rental of a full range of baby/child equipment including a BT baby monitor, Baby Bjorn potty, Phil & Ted’s travel cot, high chair, etc – please ask us about prices for your requirements. The villa also has a range of children’s books and family games.

A beautiful home from home, this villa offers the perfect escape for a family or group of friends seeking a villa that offers luxury, space and style in one of the best and most convenient locations in Kalkan.

Outdoor areas:

Outside the villa, guests can enjoy a lovely private swimming pool with built in steps offering easy access to the water. Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing terrace with wooden sun-loungers, covered with thick cushions for extra comfort in the sun. Pink and white oleanders together with large pot plants surround the pool area, creating a wonderful holiday escape.

To the side of the villa, steps lead up to a large shaded drinks terrace with a seating area, consisting of a hammock chair swing and offers wonderful views out over the bays. Bougainvillea and oleander surround the terrace and a large hammock is the perfect place for an afternoon siesta. All around the villa are pretty gardens with banana trees, bougainvillea and jasmine growing, and you can make use of the Weber barbecue that is available for guests. An outside shower is perfect for refreshing yourself during the day. Roof terrace with fairy lights.

A beautiful villa with everything we needed

We had a lovely stay at Villa Fossa. A beautiful villa with everything we needed. We loved the pool and the extra shaded seating area with hammocks. Lots of lovely restaurants and places to drink just a short walk away or about a 20min walk down the hill to old Kalkan town. We took a taxi back to the villa costing around £3.50 after an evening out. Villa was clean and tidy with lots of storage. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All round a fantastic stay and we will definitely return.

Villa Fosa, had everything you needed to enjoy a lovely family holiday in Kalkan. A great location with lovely relaxing views from all balconies, especially the top balcony.

The villa is in a great location with bars and restaurants nearby. Also, near several Migros’s.

It was walking distance to the Town, which was a 15 minute enjoyable stroll.

Everything was perfect. Everything we needed was supplied.

The villa itself was lovely and was kept very clean.

The terrace and pool area was very spacious and we spent many hours on the roof top terrace taking in the amazing views.

The location of the villa was perfect with many fabulous restaurants and well stocked supermarkets in the vicinity and the town was also just a short walk away.

We would thoroughly recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Nothing was too much trouble.

You need to be fit and able as it’s a good 15/20 minutes walk down to Kalkan which is very hilly and uneven pavements.

On the plus side it has stunning views.

Villa Greenwich affords spectacular views of Kalkan Bay enhanced from its elevated position in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms) Villa Greenwich provides sea views from every room and contemporary, stylish interiors with large glass windows to allow the light to flow freely through the open plan areas. The open plan ground floor comprises a large lounge with a comfortable large L shaped sofa & TV, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, well connected to the exterior areas via large sliding windows.

The outside spaces are well thought out and ideal for summer living. There is easy access to the large private pool via the roman steps in the corner. A large al-fresco dining area is covered with a shady pergola, cushioned sun loungers and parasols are provided for relaxing, and another comfortable seating group is located at the edge of the pool terrace. There is a BBQ and a table tennis table located to the side of the terrace.

Two of the bedrooms have private balconies, and the master bedroom on the top floor has its own private terrace furnished with sun loungers and a rattan ‘egg’ chair. There is also a separate roof terrace, with its own bar, and jacuzzi and offers the perfect place for a chilled sundowner whilst taking in the views.

A water cooler, fridge freezer, luxury wine fridge, Nespresso Coffee Machine, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and cafetiere are also provided (the washing machine can be located in a cupboard under the stairs) There is a separate seating area to the side of the breakfast bar with swivel armchairs. Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen area onto the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1,2 & 3 – Stairs lead up to the first floor and large landing with a seating area.

On this level there are three bedrooms – two spacious doubles and a twin bedroom, all of which have their own ensuite shower rooms. We had a fabulous stay at Villa Greenwich, everything about it was perfect, it’s beautifully furnished, well maintained, had everything you would need with great attention to detail.

The views are extraordinary and just a £2.50 fare by taxi to the centre. Taxis are in abundance and the manager of the villa is so helpful, couldn’t have been better

The nearest amenities are just 1 minute away, and the Old Town plus harbour are just a 3-5 minute walk. Therefore there is no need for a hire car or taxis at this property.

The villa has a pretty, enclosed courtyard style pool terrace with room for sun loungers and an alfresco dining area. There is also an outdoor shower. Although the villa is in a fantastic central location, the outside areas are secluded and peaceful.

What a stunning Villa nestled in the heart of the old town. Villa Gul truly ticks all the boxes & has everything you need for a fantastic holiday in Kalkan.

Everything is catered for & the owner Omer is on hand to provide support if you need it.

It’s one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in Kalkan & we would return in a heartbeat x

Villa Gul was perfect for our 10 days in Kalkan, it was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, had everything we required and was ideally located in the heart of the old town.

The small pool and patio area were great , we were never bothered by noise.

The owner was very welcoming and helpful and Lale homes were great to deal with – friendly, very helpful and professional “

We have just enjoyed a 10 day stay in Kalkan and our second time in Villa Gul.

I would highly recommend it, very close to the old town Centre, literally a 5 minute walk.

The villa is modern and spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to self cater and there was a very substantial welcome pack on arrival.

The pool has recently been extended and is perfect for a dip to cool off. The balcony offers a fantastic view and for catching early evening sun.

We will definitely be back!

Ground Floor – Villa Hacer

Villa Hacer has a semi- open plan living area, the kitchen is well-equipped and contains an integrated electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and dining table for 4.  Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.  

The comfortable lounge area includes an L-shaped sofa, bookcase, coffee table and flat screen TV. Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.   

There is also a communal cloakroom on this floor. 

First Floor – Villa Hacer 

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there’s a double and a twin en-suite bedroom, each enjoying their own balcony with good sea views.  

Top Floor – Villa Hacer 

The second double en-suite bedroom is located on this floor and has access to a large roof terrace with stunning panoramic views.

Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite shower room with rainforest shower, king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, jacuzzi bath, air-conditioning, hairdryer, balcony with sea view.  

Bedroom 2 – Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room with rainforest shower, 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning, balcony with sea view.

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Hacer 

There is a lower ground floor area with a separate entrance. Here there is an exercise bike and table tennis for guests to use. 

Outside – Villa Hacer

Villa Hacer has a lovely outdoor space with a secluded feel and magnificent panoramic views. The private infinity edged pool with ladder steps measures 7 x 3m (1.6m deep), and surrounding the pool are 4 sunbeds 2 of which are in a shallow area of the pool.  

Table football is in the villa’s side garden for guests’ entertainment. 

There is also a covered comfortable outdoor sofa seating area to relax in, and a dining area with seating for 6 guests, plus a portable charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining.

Recently returned from ten days staying at Villa Hacer.

Well maintained house which had everything we needed and the views from pool and every floor were stunning.

For those who aren’t familiar with Kalkan, you should know that the roads are very steep so we used taxis to get back and forth to town.

Some steps to get to the villa from the road which would not suit someone with mobility issues.

We would happily stay here again.

Villa Harika

Harika is a stunning, beautifully designed villa which offers luxurious holiday accommodation. Exceptionally spacious inside and out- the villa boasts five en-suite bedrooms, a large infinity pool and private gardens and terraces. Offering fantastic sea views, the villa is also in an ideal location- just 300m from the town centre, a short walk down to all shops, restaurants and amenities.

Villa Harika is beautifully-presented five bedroom, fully air-conditioned villa, with stunning views of Kalkan harbour, bay and islands.

Close to central Kalkan, Villa Harika is tastefully furnished and there are many private areas in and around the villa in which to relax.

Ground floor:

The open plan ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with all new Siemens kitchen appliances including built in oven and microwave, water dispenser and new ice make, dining area and spacious living room, and cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

IPTV, DVD player, new living room furniture, top of the range sound system, IPod docking station and WiFi are all provided at the villa.

Lower ground floor:

The lower ground floor has two large bedrooms – one with kingsize bed and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms with modern fittings – the kingsize bedroom has new spacious walk in shower. Each bedroom on this level has access to a quiet terrace with comfortable seating area and full sea views. All 5 bedrooms have new furnishings.

There is also a utility room on this floor, equipped with washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron.

With its own private access, there is a fifth bedroom on the lower ground floor (a double), which is accessed through the lower front garden terrace. It too has its own en-suite bathroom with modern fittings (please note, that because this bedroom is separately accessed from the main house, it is not suitable for young children).

First floor:

The first floor also has two large bedrooms – one with kingsize bed and one with twin beds. Again, both bedrooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms with modern fittings. Both of these bedrooms have private balconies with impressive sea views.

Outdoor areas:

At the side of the pool terrace, there is a large table beneath a shady pergola for al-fresco dining. The lower ground floor has a shady secluded chill-out area with 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table – ideal for reading and relaxing in a cool breeze. There is another shady terrace with side sea view and a large comfy sofa at the side of the villa. Also located here, is a custom built stone natural BBQ plus a full-sized drinks fridge, ready for preparing your nice cool sundowners!

The larger than average infinity pool has wonderful sea views and there are ample new sun-loungers and parasols provided, new outdoor heater, new outdoor speaker. New contemporary glass balustrades now compliment the newly extended terrace.

The villa is an approximate 8 minute walk from central Kalkan – this is downhill all the way, therefore, uphill on the way back, so taxi’s home might be required.

Luxury 5 bedroom villa with private pool located in the Komurluk district of Kalkan. This elegant villa offers accommodation for 10 guests over 3 floors. Located to the east of Kalkan's town beach and harbour, the villa offers stunning, unobstructed sea views. The location ensures that there sun throughout the day. Kalkan's Old Town is an easy 10 minute walk.

Villa Honeybee is a luxury villa located in the prestigious area of Komurluk. Set over 3 floors, the villa boasts stunning panoramic views across the bay towards the harbour.

Ground floor (pool level):

The ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with double glass doors which open out to the pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom with large en-suite shower room on this floor with a door from the bedroom leading out onto to the pool terrace (please note that the shower room can also be accessed from the hallway, but the door can remain locked if preferred).

The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a 42″ television with English and Turkish channels. The television is a smart TV which enables you to watch Netflix if you have an account. The villa also has a water cooler, washing machine and a dishwasher.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms on the first floor which all have sea views. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds (each 90cm x 200cm) and the third is a double bedroom (160cm x 200cm). Each bedroom has access to a shared sea view balcony. The double and one of the twin bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms; the remaining twin bedroom has access to the house shower room on this level

Second floor (entry level):

There is a double bedroom on this level with a king size bed (180cm x 200cm) and access to a private roof terrace offering lovely sea views and furnished with cushioned sun loungers. This bedroom has use of a separate shower room on this floor.

Outdoor areas:

The villa benefits from having a generously-sized pool terrace furnished with sun-loungers which have thick comfortable mattresses and two deckchairs.

The terrace gets plenty of sun throughout the day and is in the perfect position for enjoying the spectacular sunsets that this area of Kalkan is renowned for. A table and chairs are provided under a shaded area for alfresco dining, along with a large gas BBQ. A comfortable seating area is also positioned at the front of the pool terrace overlooking the sea.

Amazing week in Villa Honeybee

We have just come back from the most amazing week staying in Villa Honeybee, Kalkan.

Our first time to Turkey and we will definitely be coming back to Kalkan.

There were 10 of us sharing the villa and it was just perfect for all of us. The location and views were incredible. Very spacious even with 10 of us.

Jane and Elsie at Lale Homes looked after our every needs beautifully .. from the very start when we booked the villa to the return transfer back to the airport.

We couldn’t have chosen a better Villa. Kalkan has captured all our hearts and we will definitely be returning.

The only one slight issue we had during our stay at the Villa was that we couldn’t get the TV to work.. which usually on holiday we wouldn’t have even tried to watch tv however our stay coincided with the second week of the Olympics needless to say it would have been good to be able to catch up on the daily events taking place in Paris.

Apart from this slight inconvenience Villa Honeybee created the most wonderful memories for all of us.. thank you Lale Homes.

Villa Jojo, is a stunning private 3 bed property with private pool and an elevated position offering sea and mountain views. The villa is set over 3 floors and has the added benefit of being gated with off road parking.

Ground Floor:

Spacious open plan kitchen/living area. Brand new kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Dining area with seating for 6 people. Comfortable sofa, smart TV and full length doors in both the kitchen and living room area which open outside onto the terrace and pool area. WC and laundry area with washing machine on this level.

First Floor:

Two double bedrooms, both en suite. Full length doors open onto a shared balcony with sea and Kalkan Town views.

Second Floor:

Twin bedded/double bedroom with en suite. Door opening onto a balcony with uninterrupted sea views.

Outside Areas:

The pool terrace has a covered dining area with seating for 6 guests, including sink unit, outside fridge and a BBQ. Ample and comfortable seating area off to one side, offering al fresco living during your stay.
