Sitting below the D400, you are local and just a stone’s throw away from the fabulous Kalkan weekly market (every Thursday), easy-to-reach local bars, rooftop restaurants, Migros & Bim supermarkets, and a butcher and greengrocer.
With an easy 10-15-minute walk down to town bars, restaurants, and The Old Town (you may need a taxi back up), Villa Marie is a luxurious, fully equipped, modern three-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa offering everything you need for a perfect holiday. The villa’s interior has been designed and furnished to a high standard, with many additional touches that we believe set this villa apart from other properties.

Ground Floor – Villa Marie

Open the front door, and you are greeted with sunlight streaming from all glass, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors. This fabulous open plan living, dining, and kitchen space is both roomy and comfortable. The lounge area boasts an extra-large, super-comfy sofa, a large curved Smart television, an Amazon Fire TV Stick, a Bluetooth speaker, and superfast Wi-Fi (available throughout the villa).

The kitchen and dining area are a stylish, functional space. The kitchen is fully equipped with John Lewis appliances, a cold/hot drinking water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. The dining area has a lovely, large table with 6 high-backed, comfortable chairs.

Leading out to the main terrace and large heated pool, this comfy outdoor/indoor living space houses a sofa, comfy chairs, and a coffee table. This is a great place to relax, out of the sun, whilst the sunbeds and egg chair are full sun facing, looking out towards the olive groves and the glistening Mediterranean Sea. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

First Floor – Villa Marie

Two ensuite bedrooms are located on the first floor. The twin (2 x single beds) suite and a Queen-size suite, both with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto private balconies with stunning sea and mountain views.

Second Floor – Villa Marie

The Penthouse suite has a queen-size bed and is located across the entire top floor. This luxury master bedroom suite is simply a wonderful space. With a mini-fridge and tea/coffee-making facilities, wake up in the morning and, from your oversized balcony, watch the sun rise over the mountains and the boats sailing in and out of the beautiful Kalkan Bay.

Outdoors – Villa Marie

The Villa offers great outdoor areas for both sun and shade seekers alike.
As you walk down the steps to the front door, you are greeted with a sumptuous seating area, shaded by trees. The garden is brimming with plants; feel free to pick some flowers or herbs for the table or for your salads or BBQs.

The side terrace and main terrace to the rear benefit from day-long sunshine. This secluded area offers the perfect space to sunbathe and take a dip in your own private pool.
The pool is a good size at 12 metres long, with Roman steps on entry. Villa Marie has the added benefit of pool heating for the cooler months [at additional cost], as well as a very convenient poolside shower. You will also find a gas BBQ on the side terrace.

There is an outdoor dining table positioned under a covered pergola for those wonderful alfresco meals.

Should you wish to hire a car, a private parking space is located at the front of the villa.

Security: For your security and peace of mind, the property also features a comprehensive, secure, and easy-to-operate alarm system and a safe for all your valuables.

In our opinion, this beautiful villa certainly has the wow factor, offering a luxury home-away-from-home experience. Little extra touches, such as locally commissioned art in every room. John Lewis appliances, super-soft Turkish cotton towels in your room, and beach towels for your sunbed. A friendly (yet discreet) English-speaking Villa Manager is available should you need him.
A luxury welcome pack awaits you, and, where possible, certain items can be requested as additions, such as beer or wine.

We will be returning this year for our fourth stay at this wonderful villa—once as a couple and now three times with our little girl—and it truly feels like a home away from home every time we visit.

The location is perfect, with just a 10–15 minute walk into the harbour, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The villa itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The welcome pack on arrival is a lovely touch and always appreciated after travelling.

One of our favourite things is how relaxing it is here. Whether you’re sitting by the pool during the day or enjoying the peaceful evenings, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The pool area feels very private despite neighbouring villas, which makes it even more special.

Inside the villa is finished to a high standard. The beds are extremely comfortable, the showers are spacious, and having an ensuite and balcony for each room adds a real touch of luxury. Air conditioning throughout keeps everything cool and comfortable, even in the height of summer.

Outside, the patio area with the BBQ is fantastic—especially with a butcher just down the road where you can pick up some amazing fresh meat. There are also handy shops like Migros and BIM within a 5–10 minute walk, making it really convenient for essentials.

The gardens at both the front and back are beautifully maintained, full of stunning flowers that add to the overall charm of the villa.

Travelling with a child is made so much easier too, thanks to the connection with Kalkan Kids Zone—you can arrange for everything you need for your baby or child to be ready and waiting when you arrive, which is a huge help.

We wouldn’t hesitate to return again (and again!). This villa really does tick every box for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable holiday.

Villa Marie is, without a doubt, the most beautiful villa my family and I have ever stayed in. Our expectations were high before we arrived, but Villa Marie still exceeded every one of them.

From the moment we walked through the door, it felt special. The villa is beautifully designed, with stylish interiors, little pops of colour, and it smelt amazing! Everything was spotless, with crisp white linen and towels. (I’m one of those people who checks the beds as soon as I arrive, and Villa Marie smashed it!) It was immaculate and exceptionally well cared for.

Every detail has been thought through, with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Outside is a piece of paradise! The stunning infinity pool, views across Kalkan Bay, and outdoor dining and seating areas were perfect. We spent many evenings BBQ’ing and watching the sun set, and our morning coffee has never felt so good!

Having stayed in many villas over the years, I can honestly say Villa Marie is in a league of its own. It’s more than a beautiful place to stay; it feels like a home, and one we’ll never forget. Leaving was so hard, but we’re already planning our next visit!

The return journey can be taken at a relaxed pace or by inexpensive local taxi in the evenings.

A shaded private parking area with space for cars or motorbikes is available at the villa — a valuable and practical feature in this central part of Kalkan.

The Accommodation

Villa Dalkiran is arranged over two main floors, plus a separately accessed ground floor annexe, offering flexibility and privacy across the layout.

Ground Floor – Open-Plan Living & Terrace Access Bedroom

The ground floor opens into a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area designed for relaxed socialising.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker and hob, and a dining table comfortably seating eight for indoor meals. The adjoining lounge area provides generous seating and a large smart TV with internet access, English and German channels, as well as a DVD player.

At the heart of the terrace sits the infinity-edged swimming pool (approximately 8m x 4m), visually merging with the blue of Kalkan Bay beyond. Pool‘s depth is 1,55m throughout – at the front corner there are stairs going into the pool, the separate kids pool is between 40-50cm deep making it perfect for the little ones. The pool area is framed by ample sun loungers and parasols, providing both sunny and shaded relaxation space throughout the day.

Two separate seating areas allow guests to enjoy sunset drinks while watching the harbour lights appear below. A shaded outdoor dining area seating eight creates a natural setting for long, relaxed summer evenings.

For added entertainment, the villa includes table tennis (equipment provided) and table football, offering a welcome balance between relaxation and activity.

Our staying was really good and pleasure!

We spent 18 days there.

The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.

House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.

We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)

Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.

So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.

Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

That was fantastic! I have a very great experience with holiday rentals staying.

We had cleaning every Monday and Janes team was making a great job!

I really liked the apartment. A magnificent view from both terraces. The house has absolutely everything, lots of crockery, pots, pans, sharp knives, good towels and bed linen. The apartment is very cosy, with lots of different stylish things & peaceful. There are private sun loungers by the pool (everything is signed). The host resolved all issues that arose instantly.

Overall, everything was wonderful. Thank you for your care and for a very good stay, Jane. We will definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay at Jane’s apartment! It was perfect location with an amazing view. The pool area was such a bonus and the photos don’t even do it justice. Communication was amazing, we did have one issue with the lock being very stiff to the front door but Jane communicated and solved the issue very quickly! Would definitely return!

Ground Floor

The villa is accessed through an entrance gate located at the side of the property.

Upon entering, you’ll find the well-equipped kitchen immediately to your right, complete with a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen features modern appliances, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, kettle, and toaster. Sliding doors conveniently open to the pool terrace.

This level houses two double bedrooms. Villa Jibreel is a beautifully renovated, 5-bedroom villa in the peaceful Kalamar Bay area. Set over four floors, it offers stunning sea views from most floors, a large private pool (which can be heated) a stylish dining terrace, and a panoramic roof terrace. Beautifully furnished & decorated throughout, it’s the ideal villa for families or groups seeking a peaceful yet sophisticated getaway

Access to the villa – there is an off-road parking space at the front of the villa. From this, there are gated steps which lead down through a charming front garden filled with a variety of plants and trees to the front door.

Accommodation

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor (entrance level)

The front door of Villa Jibreel opens directly into a welcoming hallway and lounge area. To the right, the stylish lounge features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that frame the sea views and fill the space with natural light. Comfortably furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, and a pouffe, it’s a perfect space to relax.

Entertainment is taken care of with a 4K smart TV equipped with a Firestick, giving guests access to international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. A small balcony off the front of the lounge provides a charming spot to enjoy a morning coffee at the bistro-style table and chairs.

To the side, another set of sliding doors leads out to the spacious dining terrace, where a large marble-topped table seats 10 guests—ideal for al fresco dining with a view. Shade is provided for this area by the pergola above the dining terrace.

A convenient WC with sink is also located just off the lounge area.

The separate kitchen, located behind the lounge/hallway, also opens onto the dining terrace through French windows. Modern and fully equipped, it includes a large fridge-freezer, oven & hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an espresso coffee machine—everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

A corridor on this level features useful storage cupboards and a modern family shower room, shared by both bedrooms. A side door from the corridor also provides direct access to the side pool terrace.

The largest bedroom in the villa, this spacious room features a king-size bed with a padded headboard, bedside tables, a double wardrobe, and a vanity unit with an LED-lit mirror. A small desk offers a quiet workspace, ideal for guests who may need to work during their stay. Pool Terrace

The spacious freshwater pool features a graduated depth and Roman steps in the corner, providing easy access for all ages. Around the pool, you’ll find 10 sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the sun, as well as a shaded lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table—ideal for relaxing out of the midday heat. Guests can enjoy a game of table football, refresh under the outdoor shower, or cook up a feast on the free standing BBQ. Hulya Evi is a modern 2 bed, 2 bath maisonette/duplex apartment, located in a quiet neighbourhood of Kalkan. There is a private pool, stunning sea views and nearby amenities. The villa is a maisonette type house, set on two levels and provides all the facilities for a family or party of up to 4 people. The property is accessed from the main road via a staircase, which leads to the pool level.

Entrance:

The main entrance is on the ground level which leads into an open plan space with modern lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with island and bar stools. A lovely apartment, which we have visited before and enjoyed. Jane and Elsie were really friendly and efficient in setting up the property rental, airport transfers and a rental car in Kalkan for us, all of which worked perfectly and enhanced our holiday.

As before, the villa was beautifully clean, well equipped and well presented. A great welcome pack too, and this was much appreciated as we arrived on a late flight and did not get to the property until gone midnight.

Hulya Evi also has a brilliant pool for a relatively small (2-bedroom) apartment.

Lale Homes were great every time we contacted them, always responding quickly and very helpfully. Knowing a property was managed by Lale would influence our choice of places to stay in the future – and we have no doubt we will be back in Kalkan again, after all, this was already our 9th visit!

The Kalkan Beach Club were great too, really friendly as well and the last water taxi across to the harbour really is a wonderful way to get into town for dinner.

Hard to pick a favourite restaurant as we have never had a disappointing meal in Kalkan.

Inside the house, it’s beautifully designed.

There was basic food left for us in the fridge.

The pool is nice and ideal in size, it is good in terms of hygiene every morning as well.

The house is very close to the beaches, walking distance.

Close to two of the best beach clubs in Kalkan – Palm Beach is only a few steps away, and Zest Beach Club just a 5 minute walk away. Beautiful Bijou apartment

My husband and I have just returned from a two week stay at the exceptional Olympos 9 apartment in Komurluk for the second time. This apartment is impeccably clean, well decorated and furnished and is equipped with every conceivable extra you may need. From toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, bags for kitchen bin and toilet bins, mosquito plug-ins, washing up liquid, cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets, shopping bags etc. A lovely welcome pack was there on our arrival too. Much thought and detail has gone into the needs of the holiday maker! We had inadvertently taken the wrong adapters so on arrival couldn’t use our appliances. But to our surprise there was a double adapter in the apartment and Jane quickly arranged two more to be dropped off. Jane went above and beyond in ensuring we had the kind of holiday we were hoping for. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool area was well maintained and quiet and in the two weeks we were there had the pool to ourselves every day except one. The breathtaking views from the balcony are etched into our memory bank and the views even encouraged us to eat in on some nights watching the sun go down over the mountain. My only challenge was the wardrobe space, as we don’t travel lightly, plus there was insufficient space to hang longer garments, but not everyone travels with extra luggage!!

We have been coming to Kalkan every year for 26 years and have stayed in many of the villas and apartments in Kalkan. We can definitely recommend this well equipped bijou apartment with outstanding views. They say “good things come in small parcels”. This is one of them! We also thank Jane for providing such a wonderful space to have a relaxing holiday.

We had a really great holiday in this wonderful apartment that looks exactly like photos. The view is amazing and it was lovely to have the sun on the balcony right up until sunset. It’s an easy 15 min walk into town along a flat road.

The lovely beach club, Zest is just a 10 min walk down the hill which is a great place to spend the day, they do great food too.

Jane was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely return again to this apartment.

A recent 10 day trip in this beautiful apartment in the Kormuluk area of Kalkan. The apartment is immaculate with amazing views of Kalkan Bay. It has everything you need. It is peaceful and beautifully maintained. We had the pool to ourselves for the whole time we were there!

We’ve been to Kalkan a few times before and stayed in different areas and accommodation, however, Olympos 9

was by far the best. The peaceful location was perfect for an easy walk into town, with beach clubs close by. The apartment was beautifully furnished with everything you could need. The view of the bay from the large balcony was incredible. The pool and it’s area were kept very clean, so quiet and peaceful. Jane, the host, was super responsive with any requests we made.

We will definitely be returning, this place is too special not to return!

The apartment was exactly as the photos showed it to be, lovely. Jane was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Very comfortable bed and sunbeds on the balcony. Only a 5 min walk into town along a flat road. We got a taxi back at night when it was dark as the road is unlit, but they are only £4 so cheap! Highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for all the help Jane before we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed was at hand. Although we had some inclement weather the apartment provided us with everything we needed. We spend 3 weeks at the apartment sharing the first week with our two teenage granddaughters who enjoyed their stay. Without doubt the apartment provided very good value for money.

Olympos 9 is such a great place to stay. This was our second time and we were lucky enough to stay for over 3 weeks. We love it. Location, location, location. The views are amazing and the the spacious balcony is perfect any time of day. Add to this a well equipped kitchen, great shower, comfortable bed, smart TV if you can tear yourself away from the view. We will definitely return. Plus the team, which I’ve used for many years, provide great service from booking to departing nothing is too much trouble and their communication throughout, is always thorough, timely and accurate. Another great stay.

Fabulous property with fantastic views

Fabulous property with fantastic views. Very quiet and so homely and tastefully decorated. Pool was clean and peaceful during our stay. Can’t think of anything that wasn’t there, plenty of crockery and glasses etc, even bags for life to carry your shopping! Jane was very helpful and any queries I had were responded to immediately. There was a very useful folder anyway with lots of information which was great. It was only a short 10 minute walk into town. We always had a taxi back at night once it got dark as the road wasn’t lit up enough for us but would be okay for some. Taxis were cheap and plentiful with a flat rate for a certain radius within the town so it was no bother. I would highly recommend this property

Beautiful Apartment!

We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks at Olympos 9. The apartment is beautifully decorated inside, so many personal touches, it is like a home from home and was it was wonderful to return to after a day out.

It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even down to toilet rolls & kitchen towel and a lovely welcome pack was waiting for us upon our arrival.

The balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast every morning or a sundowner, overlooking the pool with a spectacular view of the bay.

For us, the location was perfect, easily accessible into town and only a short walk to Palm, Denizim(our personal favourite) & Zest beach clubs.

Jane & her team have provided exceptional customer service from the moment we booked, looking after our airport transfers, providing extensive information on Kalkan itself and making the whole process seamless.

We are already looking forward to returning next year!

It is just a five minute, downhill walk to Kalkan's centre and beautiful Old Town.

Mavi Kelebek Apartment is new to our rental portfolio for 2022! We are very pleased to offer this charming 2 bed duplex apartment, located in lower Kiziltas, with simply stunning views from all levels The apartment is located on a small. quiet complex (only 4 apartments) and is a 5 minutes stroll to the Old Town (the walk back is a little steep at the end, so you may prefer to take a taxi).

Entrance:

The apartment has its own private entrance. You enter at ground floor level, into a very large open plan lounge and kitchen area.

The Apartment:

The ground floor is light, airy and spacious. This level comprises an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, plus a separate WC.

The kitchen is fully fitted, with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, and a dishwasher. There is also a microwave, a kettle, toaster and water cooler machine. The kitchen island offers seating for 4 people with bar stools.

There are two 3 seater sofas in the lounge (one of which converts to a sofa bed) plus 2 armchairs. Large sliding doors lead out onto the wraparound balcony, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs for 4 people.

Stairs lead up to the top floor where there are two bedrooms. The master has a double bed, bedside tables, vanity unit and wardrobe, an en suite bathroom within the room and access onto the shared roof terrace. The other bedroom on this floor is a twin room, with wardrobe, bedside tables and vanity unit (the twin beds can be made into a double bed if preferred) This bedroom also has access to the shared roof terrace. There is a shower room next door to the second bedroom. The spacious roof terrace has truly amazing views and is furnished with a large umbrella and seating set with coffee table for 4 people.

Outside Areas:

The complex is spacious and peaceful with a large shared pool and terrace. Guests have the use of the apartment’s brand new sun beds and parasols within this area.

There is also a big marble topped dining table with chairs on the side of the terrace, please note that this can be used by all guests at the complex.

We love Kalkan, it was our 4th visit we intend to come back twice next year. We loved the location of the apartment and it had everything we needed. The pool was lovely. Will be booking again soon

This is a fabulous apartment, ideally located for a quick walk into town (and taxi back) . The apartment is spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Complete clean every week, which was well communicated to us by Jane, so no surprises. Pool area was spotless and it was a good size swimming pool, no rushing for sunbeds as this is only a complex of 4 apartment and each one has their own allocation of sunbeds. Would definitely use again and also strongly recommend Lale Homes who were professional, efficient and caring.

A fantastic apartment with amazing views and excellent amenities.

The apartment was immaculate and had everything needed for a great holiday.

Pool area was exceptional with sun beds allocated to the apartment. It was usually quiet so we had the pool to ourselves.

Town centre a 10 minute walk down a steep hill but taxi will collect and return if required.

We asked for Patio homes which helped the taxi driver know where to go.

We would fully recommend this apartment.

Just spent 10 days at Mavi Kelebek apartment! Wow is the view!

Perfect for a small family and great swimming pool.

Yes the hill is steep but you soon become a mountain goat or take a taxi!

Cannot fault Lale Homes excellent service from the team from start to finish.

Thoroughly recommend this apartment!

What an amazing apartment in the beautiful Kalkan, stunning views from both balconies, fab infinity pool and everything you could need in the gorgeous Mavi Kelebek (Blue Butterfly) apartment.

We were 4 friends on a girlie holiday and had a brilliant time, lots to see and do around Kalkan, went to Patara to see the sunset at the dunes which i would highly recommend, every meal we had in the town was fantastic.
