Villa Gul is a stylishly presented 2 bedroom villa in an unbeatable location- just a stone’s throw from Kalkan’s Old Town. The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests, has a private pool, sauna, and 2 double en-suite bathrooms. The Villa:

Inside, there is a spacious open plan and modern kitchen, dining and living area. The sleek kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday.

There are two double bedrooms, configured as a master double and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom is en-suite, with the master bedroom having a fantastic jacuzzi bath, with views over the bay.

Each bedroom also has access out onto a balcony, from which there are views over the Old Town and bay. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.

In addition, Villa Gul has it’s very own sauna- a fantastic and unusual feature! The villa is ideal for couples or small families.

The nearest amenities are just 1 minute away, and the Old Town plus harbour are just a 3-5 minute walk. Therefore there is no need for a hire car or taxis at this property.

Outside Areas:

The villa has a pretty, enclosed courtyard style pool terrace with room for sun loungers and an alfresco dining area. There is also an outdoor shower. Although the villa is in a fantastic central location, the outside areas are secluded and peaceful.

Villa Gul was perfect for our 10 days in Kalkan, it was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, had everything we required and was ideally located in the heart of the old town.

The small pool and patio area were great , we were never bothered by noise.

The owner was very welcoming and helpful and Lale homes were great to deal with – friendly, very helpful and professional “

We have just enjoyed a 10 day stay in Kalkan and our second time in Villa Gul.

I would highly recommend it, very close to the old town Centre, literally a 5 minute walk.

The villa is modern and spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to self cater and there was a very substantial welcome pack on arrival.

The pool has recently been extended and is perfect for a dip to cool off. The balcony offers a fantastic view and for catching early evening sun.

We will definitely be back!

Cennet Apartment is a stylish 2 bedroom apartment nestled away at the top of Kalkan’s Old Town. All amenities are just a 1-2 minute walk and the harbourfront just a 5 minute stroll away.

Accommodation:

Located on the ground floor of the block, on entering Cennet Apartment there is a spacious open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect self catering break. The living area is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, satellite TV and DVD player. Doors lead out onto the private terrace.

A pretty stone archway leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and two bedside tables. The twin bedroom is similarly furnished and each bedroom has access onto private enclosed terraces plus the shared pool and sun terraces.

Cennet Apartment is fully furnished throughout and a weekly clean and linen change is provided. The apartment has air conditioning to all rooms and complimentary toiletries are provided for guests on arrival. An on site English speaking management team is always available to help guests- they will be as involved/discreet as you wish!

The apartment’s fantastic central location ensures that there is no need for car hire or taxis. However, there is a car parking spacing should you wish to hire a car for day trips.

Outside areas:

Outside, the apartment’s private patio features it’s own table and four chairs- the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining. The beautiful communal pool and terraces are shared with just two other apartments and benefit from sun all day long. The pool terrace is comfortably furnished with sun loungers, parasols and tables. The communal areas are very pretty with cascading bougainvillea, banana trees and hibiscus.

This apartment couldn’t have been nicer . The welcome pack and little touches were really welcome and thoughtful.

The apartment was so well equipped , spotless and home from home .

Nothing at all was too much trouble for the super owners .

We are delighted to have Solvi Apartment, an Asfiya Retreat Apartment within our portfolio. A 2 bedroomed duplex property arranged over two floors, ground and first floor. This apartment benefits from having its own private terrace and pool as well as use of the large communal pool on the complex. Located in a convenient location just off the Kalamar Road and less than a 10 minute walk to Kalkan’s old town quarter. The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style, is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi internet access, satellite TV, DVD player, MP3 docking station, safe and hairdryer.  The apartment also has use of the attractively designed communal pool and spacious sun terraces, which are furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols.

Lovely apartment in a quiet location walkable to old town, harbour and beach clubs.

Apartment was very well equipped with great air con and good WiFi.

There’s was also easy in street parking directly outside the resort for our hire car.

The pool was bigger than it looked on the pictures and a great spot to cool off.

Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return.

What an amazing time we had at the Solvi Apartment.

Great location, supermarket 2 mins away and kalkan town 10 mins scenic walk away.

Beautiful apartment with everything you would need for your stay. Our private pool was a good option.

Communication with Jane and Elsie was seemless throughout and transfers wete arranged through them too.

The apartment itself is really well decorated, very spacious, has it’s lovely own pool (as well as use if the shared pool) and everything you need.

The owners are super responsive, helpful and communication was great.

A lovely place, great location and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment Solvi, felt more like a villa. Fantastic outside space with large comfy sofa and good-sized dining table, all around your own pool.

Very well-equipped large kitchen, we had everything we could possibly need. Upstairs the beds were really comfortable (which is always a concern when your away for two weeks)

6 minute pretty flat walk into town and a lovely we’ll stocked supermarket 2 mins away.

Villa Honeybee is a luxury villa located in the prestigious area of Komurluk. Set over 3 floors, the villa boasts stunning panoramic views across the bay towards the harbour.

Ground floor (pool level):

The ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with double glass doors which open out to the pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom with large en-suite shower room on this floor with a door from the bedroom leading out onto to the pool terrace (please note that the shower room can also be accessed from the hallway, but the door can remain locked if preferred).

The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a 42″ television with English and Turkish channels. The television is a smart TV which enables you to watch Netflix if you have an account. The villa also has a water cooler, washing machine and a dishwasher.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms on the first floor which all have sea views. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds (each 90cm x 200cm) and the third is a double bedroom (160cm x 200cm). Each bedroom has access to a shared sea view balcony. The double and one of the twin bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms; the remaining twin bedroom has access to the house shower room on this level

Second floor (entry level):

There is a double bedroom on this level with a king size bed (180cm x 200cm) and access to a private roof terrace offering lovely sea views and furnished with cushioned sun loungers. This bedroom has use of a separate shower room on this floor.

Outdoor areas:

The villa benefits from having a generously-sized pool terrace furnished with sun-loungers which have thick comfortable mattresses and two deckchairs.

The terrace gets plenty of sun throughout the day and is in the perfect position for enjoying the spectacular sunsets that this area of Kalkan is renowned for. A table and chairs are provided under a shaded area for alfresco dining, along with a large gas BBQ. A comfortable seating area is also positioned at the front of the pool terrace overlooking the sea.

Stunning Villa Paloma is a brand-new luxury class property, comfortably accommodating 8 guests in four bedrooms (all ensuite) In an enviable peaceful location facing beautiful olive groves, the villa is within a 5-minute walk of the town centre, and the Old Town. The villa has lovely views at all levels – over local olive groves from the pool terrace/ground floor, and sea and mountain views on the upper floors.

The ground floor has an open plan lounge and stylish fully fitted kitchen, and the three bedrooms, ranged across the two upper floors are all a good size, & have their own ensuite facilities and private balconies, or in the case of the master bedroom on the top floor, to its own private roof terrace, complete with seating area & swing seat – the perfect place for a chilled sundowner whilst taking in the views.

All the outside spaces are well thought out, very spacious and ideal for summer living. One of Paloma’s key features is the exceptionally large pool, comprising a built in jacuzzi and separate shallow area as well as the main pool. There is also a plus a large charcoal BBQ and a table tennis table, both located on the pool terrace.

Paloma also has the benefit of a self-contained media room located underneath the villa, with 64” flat screen smart 4K ultra TV, comfortable seating, coffee table, mini fridge and pool table.

 

Ground floor:

Bedroom 1 – double with ensuite shower room.

This bedroom can be configured as twin beds or as a king size double.  The room overlooks the pool and is accessed from a connecting door from the living area.

Comfortable open plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen/ dining area and a separate W/C & laundry area. Full floor to ceiling sliding doors connects with the pool terrace outside.

The lounge houses two comfortable three seater sofas and an arm chair, & a flat screen TV with internet connectivity (so you can watch your favourite online channels) The well-equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar/table with 6 seats, water cooler/dispenser, fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an espresso coffee machine with milk frother (so you can make your favourite coffee shop style drinks)The washing machine is located in a cupboard under the stairs, along with two drying racks, iron and ironing board.  There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First floor:

Bedroom 2 & 3 – Stairs lead up to the first floor. There are two spacious bedrooms on this level – one double and one twin bedroom (the beds in the twin room can be converted into a king size bed if preferred) Both bedrooms have their own ensuite shower rooms, and private balconies with panoramic views, furnished with coffee table and chairs

 

Second floor: 

Bedroom 4 – the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. The room has direct access to the private furnished roof terrace, with sea and mountain views, seating area, umbrella, and double size swing seat

 

Outside Areas:

The outside spaces are well thought out and ideal for summer living. Outside dining area and seating set are each covered with a shady pergola. There are cushioned sun loungers and parasols on the main terrace, plus a single ‘egg’ chair. A BBQ and table tennis table are located to the side of the terrace. Very spacious pool terrace area, with pergola covered area and large private swimming pool, with integrated jacuzzi, and shallow area and Roman steps. Roof terrace with seating set and egg chair.

Amazing Villa in a perfect location

This was one of our favorite holidays, the villa ticked all the boxes for us and we had an amazing time!

The pool area was brilliant and we got to sunbathe all day long with the sun facing all angles.

All rooms were finished to the highest standard and we fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in. Everything we might of needed, was provided!

The villa was only a 5-10 minute walk from local restaurants and the nearest beach so it was absolutely perfect if we felt like eating out occasionally.

The views from the villa were outstanding daytime and nighttime!

The service from the booking team, all the way through to the property management team was so welcoming and helpful, couldn’t recommend them enough.

We also experienced a lovely gift delivered on my mums birthday which was unexpected and so thoughtful!

We are gutted to be home and are already wanting to come back! Really recommend this beautiful place!

Fabulous villa!

We stayed at Villa Paloma for 10 days at the end of October. It is a fabulous villa, very well equipped with lots of spaces for sunbathing and relaxing. The swinging chairs in particular were very popular. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. It was spotlessly clean and lots of towels were provided. The views from the top balcony were fabulous. We did have pool heating as it was the end of October and the pool was very warm. It was easy to get taxis to and from town but only a short walk to the nearest supermarket. Would highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic Villa!

Stayed at Villa Paloma for a week in early June.

Beautiful villa, very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was fantastic, large but not too deep.

The ping pong table was an added bonus and very well used during our stay.

The walk into town is downhill but we used the local taxis to come back, only about 3 pounds.

The area is very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Overall, fantastic villa and Jane organised taxi transfers to and from airport too, both journeys on time and very comfortable, thank-you.

We booked through Lale Homes and they too were excellent and thoroughly professional from start to finish, even arranging a change in accommodation at short notice to a superior villa when they came aware of an issue with the original villa booked.

We would definitely use them again.

Wow what a location!

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa at the end of April. Wow what a location!

The villa itself has everything you need and more, stunning views, comfortable rooms and lovely bathrooms.

The outside living area is excellent, really comfortable sun loungers and seating areas and shaded areas for the hotter parts of the day. The swimming pool we had heated at the beginning of the holiday which is a lovely touch because it would have been quite chilly as coming out of their winter season, perfect depth and size to get a few lengths in too.

The Villa also had a gym with a treadmill, bike and weights- perfect for a small workout in the morning with the mountains to look at.

The town is lovely, with lots of lovely food restaurants to eat in. The walks around the town are beautiful.

Would highly recommend this Villa and I will definitely be returning!
