It is approximately a 5-minute downhill walk to the town centre and a further 5 minutes to the Old Town, harbour and local beach clubs.

A washing machine is also located on this level for guest convenience.
Outdoor Living – Private Saltwater Pool, Terrace & Views
Designed to maximise its south-facing position, Villa Kalology’s outdoor areas make the most of Kalkan’s sunshine and coastal scenery.
The private saltwater swimming pool features Roman steps for easy access and a depth of 1.8m, offering a gentle and skin-friendly alternative to chlorine. Six padded sun loungers and umbrellas provide plenty of space for sunbathing.
A shaded pergola creates the perfect alfresco dining area, complete with a table and cushioned seating. A traditional Turkish köşk seating area and double swing seat offer inviting spots to read, relax or enjoy the uninterrupted views. A charcoal BBQ enhances outdoor dining options.
Please note: the pool does not have a shallow end; children should be supervised at all times.

Comfortable & peaceful villa
The location was very nice, close to the centre, but also very comfortable and peaceful. The host was also caring and helpful, and quickly met our needs.
It was especially great that there was a bathroom in every room of the house.
We had a great experience, and we would love to come back!
Villa Kalology - Lovley stay and pool bigger than pictures suggest
Stayed here for a week, had a lovely stay on out first visit to Kalkan and would visit again and stay here no problem. Don’t be put off by the location, I much preferred to be on the edge of town and the views and mountain breeze make it much more comfortable than being closer to town. Taxi’s very cheap and at time of writing 300 lira each trip into town. There is a lovey coffee shop, 2 mins walk up the road and a restaurant that was nice and a small supermarket for urgent bits. Jane from Lale homes was great and helped out with the odd query.
Impossible to fault!
Such a great, well designed and extremely comfortable villa, complete with sea-view balconies for each bedroom. The pool is the perfect size and deceptively deep, and the location makes nipping down to town extremely easy. We found the close supermarkets to be fairly average, but the Migros on the right-hand side further down the hill was considerably better. You are spoilt for choice with roof-top restaurants and bars in Kalkan, and we enjoyed Kalamar Beach Club, especially the water-sports / diving platform, while Zest was also excellent, if a little more expensive. Highly recommend a boat trip from Kas to go snorkelling (although don’t expect a lot of fish), and the Saklikent Gorge was incredible (although get there early to avoid the masses!). Patara Beach was beautiful but expensive, and the ‘ruins’ are being so extensively restored that they are starting to look ‘as new’ – suggest Pinara rock-tombs and ampitheatre instead, although again arrive early (to avoid the heat). There is no charge and we had the whole place to ourselves, with the exception of several goats. Lastly, highly recommend Sahika Bahce restaurant in Berzigan, for an indulgent brunch or dinner, although booking is required. By some distance, one of the best places we have stayed.
Amazing holiday
We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Villa Kalology. The villa is very well equipped, comfortable with lovely big beds and the en-suite’s and balconies added extra luxury.
We went in August so it was very hot and the pool was perfect to cool off after basking on the sun loungers.
Easy to get into town which has everything you need and expect on holiday.
Utterly brilliant. I’ll definitely be going back.
Thank you team.
