Our staying was really good and pleasure!

We spent 18 days there.

The view was so stunning that we specially go home to see those beautiful sunsets of Kalkan.

House is situated near the road, so you can go to the beach by foot, but it is really hard for us, so we needed to rent a car.

We had some minor problems, but all of them was quickly solved by Jane. She was always in touch:)

Kitchen is fully renovated, but there you will not find any cooking and kitchen basics: salt or pepper, oil, liquids or rubbish sucks.

So it is ok to buy for us as we had a very long staying.

Also I want to add: House was extremely clean!

That was fantastic! I have a very great experience with holiday rentals staying.

We had cleaning every Monday and Janes team was making a great job!

The kitchen is fully renovated and now there is the dishwasher.

Jane and all the team are very pleasant and helpful. Always ready to solve any problem.

The apartment is very stylish and comfy, and very well maintained. Cleaning is very good. The view from the balconies is awesome. The noise from the road is very very low and will not bother you. Supermarkets, old city and Kalkan beach are very close to the apt.

The apartment is great and worth the money.

The Cennet apartment is a beautiful, stylish 2 bed apartment situated within 5 minutes walk of the bars and restaurants of the Old Town but just far away enough to ensure peace and tranquility. With a sea view, pretty gardens and a large pool it was perfect. We have stayed here 3 times now and are always delighted with the accommodation. It has been beautifully decorated throughout with gorgeous little touches which provide a luxurious feel. We will be back!

Well appointed quirky apartment with all the essentials. It was great to be able to open the patio doors and have the swimming pool right there.

The welcome pack was a generous bonus. Although the apartment is well located at the top of the old town, for us the hill was too steep to walk back from the centre which meant taxis back.

All in all, would definitely recommend.

Safa has recently been fully refurbished, with careful thought put into ensuring that guests have a premium & relaxed holiday experience, with some luxury touches.   

The property interior has been designed and tastefully furnished to an exceptionally high standard in a contemporary style, & offers air-conditioning throughout. The apartment entrance leads straight into the light and airy open plan kitchen and living area.

The brand new fully fitted kitchen, complete with breakfast bar & bar stools,  is very well equipped, & includes:

There is also a expresso coffee machine and milk frother for coffee lovers, and an electric juicer. The washing machine is located in a cupboard opposite the kitchen, and there is also a Bosch water cooler machine in the same area.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area, with a large, comfortable L shaped sofa, wooden coffee table and a wifi connected Smart TV, with access to UK channels, Netflix, Youtube, Prime TV etc.

Bedroom 1 (master) this bedroom has a brand new double bed with comfortable mattress &  padded headboard, bedside tables with lamps, and a double wardrobe with open shelving, plus a separate vanity unit with mirror.  

 

Bedroom 2 (twin/double) – this bedroom offers flexible sleeping accommodation, as it can be configured with either twin beds, or a king size bed. The beds are brand new, and have comfortable mattresses, and a padded headboard, & bedside tables with lamps. Fitted wardrobe & open shelves, plus separate vanity unit with mirror. Door which connects with the balcony

Spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. Everything seemed newly refurbished and lots of crockery and glasses. Nice pool which we had to ourselves most of the time and made use of the balcony. Was up a very steep hill which did not bother us too much but useful to know for future guests. Close to supermarket and all amenities

We had a wonderful ten days in Safa Apartment from 1st – 11th May 2025!

The apartment is very tastefully decorated; clean and luxurious, and fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable self-catering holiday. Jane has literally thought of everything and we couldn’t fault anything!

The location is superb; only a couple of minutes’ walk to the many restaurants and bars in Kalkan’s old town (and the other way to the shops & banks, etc., in the town centre), but it’s very peaceful and secluded, in a quiet residential setting.

All in all, a lovely stay and we can certainly recommend Safa Apartment!

We have just arrived home from our visit to your Safa apartment, and I am emailing to let you know that we had a wonderful time.

The transfers worked really efficiently, the vehicles were very luxurious and the drivers polite and accommodating.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with non-stick pans and sharp knives. The beds and sofa were really comfortable and we were grateful that the apartment was so generously stocked with loo roll, dishwasher tablets etc.

Thank you for the welcome pack, which made life easier on the first day.

We would happily recommend your company to our friends. Everyone has been very helpful and responsive to any requests, Elsie in particular.

We recently stayed at Safa Apartment and had a fabulous time.

There are so many positives about this apartment:

Beautifully decorated and furnished

Very well equipped – everything you need for a great self catering holiday was there and we particularly loved the water dispenser and coffee machine.

The Smart TV is a great addition too!

The outside area is lovely with brand new sunbeds with super thick mattresses and a lovely pool that is shared by only 3 apartments. We were very lucky to be the only guests by the pool each day but there is plenty of room around the pool anyway.

AND Safa is literally a couple of minutes walk into the Old Town!

We loved it all.

I stayed in Safa Apartment for a week in April. It is a really beautifully and luxuriously decorated apartment. It is a very convenient and short downhill walk into the Old Town and harbour, and a fairly easy walk back as well. It’s very conveniently located to the Carrefour supermarket and has lovely views down to the Bay from the large terrace off the living space. It really did feel like a home away from home – as comfortable and well kitted out as beautiful in design. Highly recommend and very much hope to stay in again!

My wife and I stayed at Leto 16-30 September.

Leto is a great apartment / town house. Brilliant location – close to town, but also quiet and peaceful. 

The shaded courtyard is perfect in the warmest part of the day, whilst the swimming pool and patio is ideal for sun lovers.

Leto is in very good condition and is well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are both large and comfortable.

We have stayed in Kalkan many times and rate Leto very highly compared to some of the other villas and apartments we have rented.

We hope to be able to return in 2026.

Leto townhouse was clean, tidy & well appointed with all facilities for self-catering. It is in a quiet location but ideally located in central Kalkan within a few minutes walk of a multitude of good Restaurants and shops. Particularly of note on accommodation are all bedrooms have en-suite showers/toiletries and a separate pleasant courtyard away from the sunny pool area provides a comfortable area of shade on hot days. Thanks to Jane & her team – we have enjoyed our stay and the very good support you and Lale staff have provided. I can recommend you, the business and the Leto townhouse to any visitor to Kalkan and hope I will be able to return at some future time. Very best Wishes John

Fantastic holiday staying at Leto apartment

When we first walked through the door of Leto we were blown away. The ground floor was so spacious and the kitchen area was more than we expected. We were greeted with some fresh bread and milk & ham in the fridge. Lovely touch. The upstairs was another wow factor. All 3 bedrooms with en-suites were fantastic. The pool was just what we needed to enjoy relaxing when we had days at the apartment. The location is perfect, easy 5 minute walk into the old town and there is a supermarket about 1min walk away, perfect for fresh bread/croisssnts etc. I would highly recommend Leto apartment. Thank you Jane and Elsie and the rest of the team. Nothing was ever to much trouble for you. You really made our holiday very special. We had a wonderful 9 nights at Leto!

The accommodation

Private entrance leading to the front door, front garden with mature planting. Off street secure car parking

Outdoor area

The private pool has roman steps leading into it and is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, a double swing seat and a large outdoor dining table which is shaded by a pergola. There is also a lovely ottoman seating area where you can lounge or catch a nap whilst looking out at the stunning views of the sea and Kalkan’s famous snake and mouse island.

The internal accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor – open plan lounge/kitchen/ dining area. The lounge has ample seating in the form of 2 large sofas and a comfortable armchair. There is a Smart Tv with a Firestick connected in the lounge allowing you to access UK channels Netflix YouTube etc.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle and toaster and is well stocked with everything you need to cater for yourself in the villa.

The dining area has a table seating 6.

There is also a WC on the ground floor

First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed vanity unit & stool, and a very large wardrobe , private balcony and en-suite shower room.

Twin bedroom with single beds (which can also be configured as a king size ) vanity unit double wardrobe en-suite shower room and private balcony

Top floor: bedroom with double bed wardrobe vanity unit and en-suite bathroom. Door out to roof terrace with spectacular views . The washing machine is also on this floor

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Villa Kalology. The villa is very well equipped, comfortable with lovely big beds and the en-suite’s and balconies added extra luxury.

We went in August so it was very hot and the pool was perfect to cool off after basking on the sun loungers.

Easy to get into town which has everything you need and expect on holiday.

Utterly brilliant. I’ll definitely be going back.

Villa Kucuk is a 2-bedroom detached villa in a convenient location in Kalkan’s Ortaalan district.

The walk into Kalkan centre is approximately 10 – 15 minutes and a large supermarket is only 5-7 minutes’ walk away.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Entrance Floor: The interior of the property features natural stone walls, terracotta tiles and lovely wooden furnishings which combine to create a warm atmosphere that gives you a real holiday feeling. An open-plan kitchen and cosy living room occupy the entrance floor. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including gas hob, oven and fridge. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV and coffee table and is flooded with light from large doors which frame views of the private garden-terrace area. Off the living room is the first bedroom, a spacious double with pool view. This room is furnished with a double bed, wooden wardrobe, vanity table and bedside tables. A separate bathroom with walk in shower is located on this floor to the rear of the living space which serves as both the bathroom for this bedroom and a guest bathroom.

Lower Ground Floor: The master en suite bedroom occupies this floor featuring a double and large seating area which faces out to a small courtyard garden area which is accessed via glass doors. The room is bright and spacious and there is a good-sized bathroom with walk in shower.

Outside the Villa: The entrance floor hosts a sunny terrace to the front of the living space with outdoor seating area and alfresco dining terrace with stone masonry BBQ so you can enjoy an outdoor feast. To the side of the living area is private swimming pool and adjoining sunbathing patio with sun loungers for all 4 guests. On the lower ground floor there is a small courtyard garden area with mature planting and olive trees.

Please note that the pool is active during the summer season between May and October, please enquire for reservations that do not fall within these dates.

Arriving late at night we really appreciated the thoughtful and generous welcome pack of food essentials and snacks. Deniz is a great host and ably supported by Lale Homes (particular thanks goes to Elsie for all her help with airport transfers and ongoing communication) and Vedat who sorts out any villa issues. Deniz very kindly extended our check out time on the final day which was really helpful (we hadn’t requested it).

The villa is absolutely beautiful and impeccably cared for. It is spotlessly clean and very well-appointed. You’ll find a well equipped kitchen perfect for cooking, comfortable furniture and very comfortable beds. There are two spacious bedrooms and two good sized bathrooms (one en-suite on the lower level and one off the lounge/kitchen and close to the bedroom on that level), along with fast and reliable WiFi.

The views from the outdoor space are stunning. It offers plenty of space to relax, dine and sunbathe. We loved swimming in the pool and looking up at a beautiful bougainvillea tree. A major plus is the wonderful feeling of privacy and seclusion, which is such a relief when so many places feel overlooked. The pool and garden are maintained daily first thing in the morning.

The location is ideal, far enough from the centre of Kalkan (around a 15-20 minute walk) to be peaceful and quiet, but close enough to walk in when you want to. While Kalkan is known for being hilly and the villa is on a steep hill, we mostly walked both ways and sometimes took a taxi up the hill after dinner. The location is also close to the Kalkan market and nearby supermarkets with some restaurants being a 10 minute walk from the villa.

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at Villa Kucuk. We loved the quiet location and the villa was the perfect size for us (two female friends). We definitely recommend this villa.

Ground floor:

The entrance hall has a small ‘snug’ or TV room with a PS4 (with games) and smart TV provided for guests’ use, plus a sofa that can be made up as a large single bed to accommodate a 7th guest on request. On the other side of the hallway is a separate shower room with WC and basin. 

Past the staircase are a couple of steps down to the open plan living area. This is furnished with an L-shaped sofa and another small sofa placed around a coffee table. A wall mounted Smart TV is provided with English channels and Netflix (via your own account).

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, conduction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, wine cooler, ice machine, water cooler, toaster and kettle.  

Sliding doors from the kitchen and living area provide access to the pool terrace.

A washing machine can be found beneath the stairs, together with an ironing board and iron for guests’ use.

First floor:

There are three double bedrooms on this floor. 

The first double room at the front of the property has a Juliette balcony with floor to ceiling wardrobes and a chest of drawers with mirror and stool. This room has lovely views across Kalamar Bay to the islands beyond and it shares a large family shower room with a ceramic basin and WC.

The second double bedroom is at the rear of the property with views of the tree-lined street below.  This bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and small decorative padded stool and shares the above-mentioned shower room across the landing.

The master bedroom on this level has sliding doors to a large covered balcony furnished with two armchairs and a small wooden coffee table; the perfect spot from which to enjoy the panoramic views of the bay below and the surrounding mountains.  The bedroom is furnished with an open frame wardrobe and a chaise longue at the end of the king-sized bed.  The en-suite shower room has a ceramic basin and WC.

Outside the villa:

There are 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols by the infinity-edged pool that has a shallow end with steps for access.  There is also a covered seating area with a sofa and two arm-chairs set around a coffee table in which to relax and enjoy the views, together with a swing seat.

To the side of the villa is a marble topped dining table to seat 6 guests and a built in BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.

  • Pool dimensions are approximately 5 metres x 3 metres (with shallow end)
  • The 7th guest (if applicable) will be accommodated on the large single sofa bed in the ground floor ‘snug’
  • Pool heating is available at this villa at an extra cost of £150 per week. This needs to be pre-booked with at least 7 days’ notice
  • Weekly cleans and linen changes are provided (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)

Olympos 5 enjoys one of the best locations in exclusive Kormuluk, only an easy 5-minute stroll to Kalkan’s renowned rooftop restaurants, harbour, and beach. The Olympos complex offers tranquil surroundings, with a large communal pool & sun-bathing terrace, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a shaded area with tables & chairs to cool off. Close to two of the best beach clubs in Kalkan – Palm Beach is only a few steps away, and Zest Beach Club just a 5 minute walk away. There are also car park spaces outside of the apartment complex for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.

Turtle View Apartment- It was perfect for us !

Hi there, please find my review for the Turtle View Apartment that we stayed in from 1-8 October 2025.

We were met my Usef, the apartment owner who showed us around and was able to answer any questions.

The view was absolutely stunning and there were two very comfortable loungers and a table and chairs on the balcony which were great for sitting outside and enjoying the scenery.  

There was a welcome pack which included bread, milk, butter, eggs and jam as well as some beer which was very much appreciated. There was also a water dispenser with a full bottle of water included.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.  The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious with lots of hot water.

The walk into town was around 15 minutes and we were really pleased with the location, it was perfect for us.

We would definitely recommend this apartment and Kalkan and would have no hesitation on staying here in the future.

Yusuf the owner who is very pleasant and speaks perfect English met us and showed us how everything worked. There is no key safe at this apartment. The apartment has been recently redecorated and the new a/c units are very efficient. The kitchen and shower room were new with a very good walk in waterfall shower. There was a welcome pack of bread, butter, jam, eggs, bread and milk plus a full bottle on the water cooler. The views are amazing and the apartment is well situated for both walking into Kalkan and the beach clubs. The large balcony is shaded and big enough for sun beds and table and chairs. We found the bedrooms very tight and in our opinion the second bedroom would only be suitable for children or young adults. Yusuf and his wife did a mid stay clean and changed the bed linen and towels.

Villa Hacer has a lovely outdoor space with a secluded feel and magnificent panoramic views. The private infinity edged pool with ladder steps measures 7 x 3m (1.6m deep), and surrounding the pool are 4 sunbeds 2 of which are in a shallow area of the pool.   

Table football is in the villa’s side garden for guests’ entertainment.  

There is also a covered comfortable outdoor sofa seating area to relax in, and a dining area with seating for 6 guests, plus a portable charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining.

Recently returned from ten days staying at Villa Hacer.

Well maintained house which had everything we needed and the views from pool and every floor were stunning.

For those who aren’t familiar with Kalkan, you should know that the roads are very steep so we used taxis to get back and forth to town.

Some steps to get to the villa from the road which would not suit someone with mobility issues.

We would happily stay here again.
