Fabulous 3 bed villa, with beautiful south facing sea views from all levels! The internal accommodation is spacious, light and bright throughout. The accommodation

Private entrance leading to the front door, front garden with mature planting. Off street secure car parking

Outdoor area

The private pool has roman steps leading into it and is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, a double swing seat and a large outdoor dining table which is shaded by a pergola. There is also a lovely ottoman seating area where you can lounge or catch a nap whilst looking out at the stunning views of the sea and Kalkan’s famous snake and mouse island.

The internal accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor – open plan lounge/kitchen/ dining area. The lounge has ample seating in the form of 2 large sofas and a comfortable armchair. There is a Smart Tv with a Firestick connected in the lounge allowing you to access UK channels Netflix YouTube etc.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle and toaster and is well stocked with everything you need to cater for yourself in the villa.

The dining area has a table seating 6.

There is also a WC on the ground floor

First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed vanity unit & stool, and a very large wardrobe , private balcony and en-suite shower room.

Twin bedroom with single beds (which can also be configured as a king size ) vanity unit double wardrobe en-suite shower room and private balcony

Top floor: bedroom with double bed wardrobe vanity unit and en-suite bathroom. Door out to roof terrace with spectacular views . The washing machine is also on this floor

Alternatif Villa is a spacious and modern 4 bedroom villa, located within easy walk distance of the Old town and amenities. The villa has a large private pool with separate shallow end, expansive terraces with wonderful sea-views; perfect for al-fresco dining. Inside, the villa is contemporary, well equipped, air-conditioned throughout and has everything needed for a perfect holiday.

Villa Alternatif is a spacious 4 bed family friendly property with a large pool and outdoor areas with sea views.

Accommodation:

Interior:

The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with air-conditioning through-out.

Bedroom 1: large twin room with en-suite, large balcony with uninterrupted views over Kalkan.
Bedroom 2 and 3: large double bedroom with en-suite. 2 balconies, ones private, one shared.
Bedroom 4: double or twin, with door to terrace.
Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite fully tiled shower rooms with WC and sink. All en-suites are a good size.
The main living area also has a good sized shower room with WC and wash basin.

Kitchen: Large fully fitted kitchen, including cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and iron available. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals.

Living Rooms: The living room has two sofa’s, a large flat screen TV with DVD and CD player, together with Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a large dining table and seating inside if alfresco dining is not for you.

Towels and linen are provided. The villa will be cleaned once a week, when all bed-linen and towels will be changed..

Outdoor Area:

The villa is set in the middle of its own large terrace area with large private infinity pool. There are 6 sun beds with 3 large sun umbrellas, and two large swing chairs for relaxing in or out of the sun. There is also outside a BBQ with seating on the terrace and balconies for alfresco dining.

The villa is suitable for small children with a shallow pool for them to play in. We can also arrange car hire, airport transfers and day trips at an additional cost. We now have a new high standard security system fitted to ensure safety at the Villa.

Villa Alexander is a welcome addition to our listings.  A beautifully presented, luxurious 4 bedroom villa with spectacular sea views, situated in the popular and sought-after area of Kisla, renowned for its spectacular views of the bay and its fabulous sunsets.  The property has been carefully designed to make the most of those superb views and it’s also close to the exclusive Mahal Beach Club.

Built from local stone, with marble flooring and air-conditioning throughout, Villa Alexander has been stylishly furnished and is sure to be very popular with our guests.

Entrance:

Up two flights of stairs passing the separate new media room on the lower level and the laundry room.

Ground Floor:

Fully equipped, bespoke hand-made kitchen, featuring a granite-topped island. The kitchen includes top of the range stainless steel appliances, and everything you would need for self-catering. Appliances include: electric oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water cooler, juicer and blender.

Open plan living and dining area with working fireplace, TV and a bluetooth speaker. A selection of board games and books are provided for your use.

A guest cloakroom can also be found on this level.

First Floor:

Paris Room: A large spacious double room, with a king size bed, seating area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony that provides stunning views over the bay.

Sepia Room: A large spacious double room, with king size bed, seating area, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony that provides stunning views over the bay.

Twin Room: This room is located between the Sepia & Paris rooms – it has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a sea view balcony.

Top Floor:

Master Suite: Villa Alexander’s crowning glory is a vast top floor master suite with open plan marble bathroom with bath and walk in shower. This room features a super-king-sized bed, twin basins, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and splendid sea view balcony.

  • The centre of Kalkan lies a 15-20 minute walk away or a 3 minute car / taxi ride. Alternatively, a water-taxi from the Mahal Beach Club can be taken across the bay to the old town
  • The 9th and 10th guests (if applicable) will be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the living area of the property

Late Summer Stay

Just back from a week’s stay at Villa Alexander. There were 6 adults so we used most of the accommodation. It is a beautiful villa with fantastic views especially at sunset. Bedrooms are generous and the beds are a good size and very comfortable. They also have blackout curtains which not all properties in Kalkan offer. The kitchen/ lounge area is a beautiful space with all the amenities you’d expect. The pool is crystal clear and maintained twice a day. The garden is all tiled and is also regularly swept. There is also a games room on a lower level with medium TV. Football table and pool table. I would definitely recommend this villa. The only thing I would say is there are a lot of steps from the road to the front door so take this into consideration if you book.

Beautiful Villa Alexander

We have just returned from two fantastic weeks at Villa Alexander.

The Villa is just as the photos show the main suite on the second floor is huge and has amazing views from its full length balcony, the rooms on the first floor were equally as luxurious and had a balcony running their full length.

The living area and fully equipped kitchen had everything you needed and more but as always most time was spent in and around the pool which was so comfortable and spacious.

The pool Guy came every day so it was kept clean for the whole of our stay.

The Laundry room was also very useful.

I must add that any requests to Lale Homes was dealt with immediately, their suggestion for caterers was very useful and the chef we used Kazim Oguz of ‘Chefs at home’ was easily the best meal we had during our stay, a proper chef who spent for five hours preparing the meal!

I would highly recommend Villa Alexander and Lale Homes who were great communicators and super efficient throughout.
