Location 

Truffle Residences enjoys a superb central location just a short stroll from Kalkan’s charming Old Town, harbour, restaurants, cafés and beach clubs.

The Accommodation 

The apartment is arranged over two floors, offering a practical duplex layout with easy indoor-outdoor living. 

Ground Floor 

The entrance opens into a bright open-plan living space incorporating the lounge, kitchen and dining area. 

The lounge area is comfortably furnished and features a flat screen TV with satellite channels and an MP3 docking station. Large sliding doors open directly onto the covered terrace and communal pool area, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. 

The fully fitted kitchen includes granite worktops and integrated appliances including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, cooker hood and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided for guest convenience.

First Floor 

The upper floor houses the apartment’s two en-suite bedrooms. 

Bedroom 1 

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and benefits from access to a private balcony with lovely sea views across Kalkan Bay. Built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dressing area and a hairdryer are provided. 

Bedroom 2 

A twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, making it well suited to children or friends sharing. This bedroom also includes built-in wardrobes and dressing space. 

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and finished in the same warm neutral tones found throughout the apartment.
