Location – Central Kalkan, Walk to Old Town
Villa Paloma is situated in inner Ortaalan, one of Kalkan’s most desirable and peaceful residential areas, approximately a 10–15-minute walk from the town centre and Old Town. Guests can easily reach Kalkan’s renowned restaurants, cafés, artisan shops and harbour on foot, without the need for taxis or car hire.
The villa is also within a few minutes’ walk of supermarkets, local shops, the bus station and the weekly market, adding to its everyday convenience. Its position offers attractive outlooks across the surrounding natural landscape, enhancing the sense of space and tranquillity.

Ground Floor – Living Area, Kitchen & Bedroom
The ground floor opens into a bright and spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, finished in a contemporary style and designed for relaxed holiday living. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors connect the interior seamlessly with the pool terrace, filling the space with natural light and creating a strong indoor–outdoor flow.
The living area is furnished with two comfortable three-seater sofas, an armchair and a flat-screen TV, offering access to Netflix and a Firestick for streaming UK channels.. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a large breakfast bar with seating for six, fridge freezer, built-in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, water cooler, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and an espresso coffee machine with milk frother.
A cloakroom WC is located on this level, along with a discreet laundry area housing a washing machine, drying racks, iron and ironing board.
Also on the ground floor is Bedroom 1, a flexible double bedroom that can be configured as a king-size or twin. Overlooking the pool terrace and benefiting from an en-suite shower room, it is particularly well suited to guests who prefer minimal stairs.
First Floor – Bedrooms 2 & 3
The first floor accommodates two generously sized en-suite bedrooms. One is arranged as a double and the other as a twin, which can also be configured as a king-size bed if preferred.

The separate media room features comfortable seating, with a large 64” smart 4K TV for streaming (via a Firestick) and a Playstation console for games enthusiasts. The main area houses a pool table and a selection of gym equipment. A mini fridge is also provided, making this a practical and comfortable space for both relaxation and recreation.
