Villa Palm was built in 2014 and is managed by a local maintenance team who can assist during your stay. The owners are English speaking and have visited Kalkan for many years.
The large infinity pool with a palm tree island is the iconic feature of this stay. There is also a large hot tub and plenty of space for sunbathing.
The villa has four spacious floors with bedrooms distributed across the top three, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, bath and beach towels, additional bed linen and hairdryers.
There is a large lounge area and flatscreen TV as well as a variety of books and films available for guest use.
On the basement level there is also an ottoman-style cinema room that can seat many guests and a bar area complete with seating, TV, a large pool table and table tennis table. Note: these are recently updated features and we hope to update these images at the start of the season.
The villa features several private balconies including a comfortable, pergola seating area on the rooftop as well as master and twin bedroom balconies. There is also a small garden area on the basement level.
Additional amenities. The kitchen is complete with a variety of essential cooking equipment as well as a poolside BBQ and relevant equipment. There is also a washing machine and iron located in a large cupboard on the top floor.
We would strongly recommend buying some bottles of water on arrival and throughout your stay as the tap water is not the most pleasant to drink in the region. We would also recommend bringing a small speaker system for your own enjoyment but we ask you to be respectful with playing music later in the evening, to avoid a run in with the local authorities.
